グローバルなインフラ需要推計再考《特別論文》
Get PDF本稿は，グローバルなインフラ需要推計の方法論をレビューし，新たな推計のあり方を考察するものである。レビューにより明らかとなった課題に対して，本稿では，従来推計に含まれなかった既存施設の改良と日常的維持管理の費用を取り込み，また国によるインフラの単価と品質の違いを推計に反映させるアプローチを提示した。電力と道路について，中国とASEAN 5か国を対象に将来推計を行った結果，前者（改良，維持の計上）は推計額への追加となる一方，後者（単価，品質の違いの反映）は推計額を小さくする方向に働くことがわかった。両者は相殺しあうものの，本稿の方法論による電力需要の推計額は，従来の手法によるものよりも1.3～1.4倍の大きさとなる。この結果は，途上国が公共支出にかかる財政を運営していく上で，既存施設の維持費用により大きな注意を払う必要があることを示唆している。textapplication/pd
「お気軽」と「お気楽」に関する一考察
Get PDF本稿は敬語表現研究の一環として「御」を伴う「お気軽」と「お気楽」に関する類義研究を行なった。現代日本語書き言葉均衡コーパス（BCCWJ）のデータを用いて調査した結果、「お気軽」が圧倒的に動詞の共起が多いのに対し、「お気楽」は名詞との共起が顕著である。そして、「お気軽」は皮肉または自虐に使われることがあまりないのに対し、「お気楽」は皮肉または自虐の場面において多く用いられる。そのため、日本語を指導する際に、他者に向かって「お気楽」を使用する場合、失礼になる可能性があることを学習者に提示する必要がある。textapplication/pd

Get PDFWind and flood damage are natural disasters that strike Japan every year, therefore, education on disaster prevention and mitigation is essential in elementary, junior high, and high schools. Ty-phoons sometimes cause significant human suffering and damage to homes and other structures. Typhoons No. 15 and No. 19 in 2019, which hit the Kanto region, caused extensive damage in Saitama City and Ichihara City. Based on these experiences, affected municipalities are reviewing their district disaster prevention plans. Evacuation centers that are not prepared for flood damage, are linked with areas not expected to be damaged by flooding, thereby strengthening public and mutual aid. Since there are few descriptions of wind and flood disasters in current home economics education, it is desirable to develop cross-disciplinary teaching materials focusing on the clothing and housing domains in the future.textapplication/pd
