埼玉大学教育学部附属幼稚園内「こどもの育ち応援センター」の開設の経緯とセンター的役割の意義<教育科学>
This paper outlines the process and significance of establishing the "Child Growth and Well-being Support Center" at Saitama University Kindergarten and examines the role that national university-affiliated kindergartens should play as centers for early childhood education. Before the center’s establishment, the kindergarten, in collaboration with the university, organized community programs such as child-rearing lectures for local families, and early child-education training seminars for local early childhood educators. These activities led to a shared vision of establishing a center for early childhood education within the community. After obtaining approval, the center began preparations, including creating a website, signage, and hosting preliminary events. The significance of the center’s role is considered from three perspectives. First, it fulfills the role of a national university-affiliated school as a "leading and model institution" and contributes to early childhood education leadership in the region. Second, by supporting parents and providing training for educators, the center enhances early education in the community, in line with national guidelines. Third, the center fosters interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty members and promotes partnerships with other universities and sectors, such as education and healthcare. This multi-professional platform serves as a model for the future roles of national university-affiliated kindergartens.textapplication/pd
小学生の生活と遊びにおける異年齢での関わりの特徴 : 放課後児童クラブを中心に<教育科学>
With the declining birthrate, there are fewer siblings, and it has been pointed out that children have little interaction with peers of different ages. The purpose of this study was to focus on the relationships among children of different ages in after-school activities, to understand the actual conditions and characteristics of play, and to obtain suggestions for the development of a nurturing environment for children.
The study revealed that elementary school students reported that they enjoyed playing with other children of different ages, the characteristics of survival dodgeball play, and the characteristics of interactions between different age groupstextapplication/pd
