No full textCosmo Park, sebuah perumahan di atas gedung pusat perbelanjaan Thamrin City, menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang kepastian dan perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik rumah hunian. Meskipun berdiri di atas gedung fungsi usaha, setiap unit diberikan Hak Milik atas Satuan Rumah Susun, menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian dengan tujuan Penyelenggaraan Rumah Susun yang menekankan kepastian hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaturan hukum, konsep kepemilikan, dan perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik rumah di Cosmo Park. Metode yuridis normative digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pengumpulan data dari penelitian kepustakaan dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif. Pengaturan hukum pembangunan dan kepemilikan rumah hunian di atas gedung diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2002 tentang Bangunan Gedung dan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2011 tentang Rumah Susun. Perlindungan hukum terhadap pemilik rumah hunian di atap gedung fungsi usaha dilakukan melalui upaya hukum di peradilan.Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan akan klarifikasi hukum terkait rumah hunian yang dibangun di atas gedung dengan fungsi usaha seperti Cosmo Park, untuk memastikan kepastian dan perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik ruma

No full textCorruption is not just a symptom, it has become a culture. In essence, corruption is a form of structural violence and cultural violence. Various approaches have been offered to provide solutions to eradicating corruption, but the results have not been optimal. In this paper, we will examine various approaches in various scientific disciplines (multidisciplinary: anthropology, morals, philosophy, law and education) to the problem of corruption, including multiple interpretations of terms, to be able to provide a comprehensive understanding. From an anthropological perspective, for example, corruption originates from the traditional concept of tribute, and this tribute tradition originates from the concept of offerings. Then in Islam there are also those who transcend the concept of tribute into zakat, and the concept of offerings with udhiyyah. In another perspective, these efforts include; moral force movement, dualism demarcation tactics and deliberative democracy (communicative action), criminal action (theft), and anti-corruption curriculum

No full textSweet corn (Zea mays L. saccharata Sturt) is one type of annual crop whose life cycle is only 80 - 150 days. This study aims to determine the growth and production of sweet corn (Zea mays L. saccharata Sturt) due to the application of cow manure and banana peel liquid organic fertilizer. This research was conducted from March to June 2023. This study used a Factorial Randomized Group Design with 2 factors studied and 3 replications where the first factor was cow manure (K) consisting of 3 levels, namely K0 = 0 tons ha-1 (control), K1 = 15 tons ha-1, K2 = 30 tons ha-1. The second factor is banana peel liquid organic fertilizer (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely P0 = 0% (control), P1 = 10% liter-1 of water, P2 = 20% liter-1 of water, P3 = 30% liter-1 of water. The results showed that the application of cow manure had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, leaf area, cob length, cob diameter and cob weight per sample and had a significant effect on the cob weight parameter per plot. The application of banana peel liquid organic fertilizer has a significant effect on the cob diameter parameter, but has no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, leaf area, cob length, cob weight per sample and cob weight per plot. While the interaction between cow manure and banana peel liquid organic fertilizer had no significant effect on all parameters observed

Lean six sigma approach to increase process cycle efficiency in palm oil processing at PT. X
No full textThe Indonesian palm oil industry, a global leader in production, faces increasing challenges in maintaining efficiency and quality. This study aims to apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology to enhance production processes by integrating Lean Manufacturing principles with the systematic, data-driven approach of Six Sigma. Using the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) framework, the research identifies and mitigates inefficiencies in key stations of a palm oil mill. Novelty lies in the application of Lean Six Sigma to the palm oil industry, demonstrating significant improvements: a 16% increase in process cycle efficiency, a reduction of 70.5 kg in daily fresh fruit bunch (FFB) losses, and a decrease in associated costs by IDR 176,750 per day. The findings underscore the potential for continuous improvement in the industry through the systematic application of Lean Six Sigma

No full textDi negara Republik Indonesia, tanggung jawab keamanan ada pada institusi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri). Atas dasar pemberian otonomi, kewenangan tersebut juga ada pada pemerintah daerah. Kewenangan Polri dalam UU RI No. 2 Tahun 2002 adalah sebagai penyelenggara salah satu fungsi pemerintahan di bidang pemeliharaan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat. Sedangkan Kepala Daerah berdasarkan UU RI No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah berkewajiban untuk menjaga ketenteraman dan ketertiban di daerah. Kewenangan yang dimiliki pemerintah daerah dalam terminologi otonomi tersebut memungkinkan dibuatnya berbagai perangkat-perangkat berupa aparatur daerah yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung dari pelaksanaan pemerintahan di daerahnya. Salah satu aparatur yang bertugas sebagai pendukung dari pelaksanaan pemerintahan daerah adalah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP). Keberadaan Satpol PP merupakan bagian dari proses penegakan hukum sebagai perangkat pemerintah daerah yang diperlukan guna mendukung suksesnya pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya, kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah melalui Satpol PP sering tumpang tindih dan berbenturan dengan penegak hukum yang lain terutama polisi. Kondisi ini menghasilkan friksi antara kewenangan Polisi sebagai aparat sentralistis dengan Satpol PP yang merupakan aparat Pemda yang otonom meskipun kehadiran Satpol PP sendiri dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam membantu kepolisian untuk bertugas di lapangan

Penerjemahan merupakan kegiatan dan produk yang sangat penting bagi siapa saja yang ingin mengenal maupun memperkenalkan hal-hal yang dimiliki oleh suatu kelompok, budaya, atau bangsa kepada yang lain. Pembelajaran menerjemahkan sebenarnya sudah dimulai dari fase awal pembelajaran bahasa asing, mamun kemampuan menerjemahkan tidak serta-merta diperoleh dengan menguasai bahasa asing. Mengingat bidang penerjemahan merupakan ladang yang terbuka luas bagi profesi penerjemah, maka generasi muda, terutama mahasiswa jurusan penerjemahan perlu dimotivasi untuk menggiati bidang penerjemahan yang bermanfaat untuk menunjang pencapaian mereka dalam akademik maupun karir dan kehidupan profesional mereka di masa yang akan datan
Integration of forecasting and MRP models for optimization of CPO raw material inventory in the palm oil industry
No full textInventory management of raw materials is a crucial aspect in ensuring the smooth production process of the palm oil industry. This study examines the effectiveness of integrating forecasting models and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to optimize the inventory of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) raw materials at PT Salapian Indo Sawit. The palm oil industry in Indonesia represents about 3.5% of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and provides employment for more than 17 million people. Inaccuracies in raw material inventory management lead to disruptions in the production process and inefficiencies in operational costs. The literature review shows that MRP methods with lot-for-lot techniques have been effectively implemented in various industries, but their application in the palm oil sector is still limited. The objective of this research is to analyze optimal forecasting methods for CPO raw material requirements and evaluate the efficiency of MRP implementation compared to conventional methods. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of forecasting methods (Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing) with MRP specifically for the palm oil industry, considering the unique characteristics of the palm oil supply chain. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with demand and historical production data from June 2020 to May 2021. The results indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing method with ?=0.5 provides the best forecasting accuracy (MAPE=0.120; MSE=436.17). Implementing MRP with lot-for-lot techniques results in significant efficiencies, including a reduction in order frequency (26.67%), a reduction in order quantity (7.63%), and a reduction in initial inventory (8.10%). This study concludes that integrating an accurate forecasting model with the MRP system is effective for optimizing CPO raw material inventory and enhancing the operational efficiency of the company

No full textThe Elections is carried out based on the standard provisions of the Law and the Code of Ethics for the Implementation of Elections. According to the Indonesian electoral Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections, the elements of the Election Organizer consist of the General Election Commission, the Election Supervisory Body and the Election Organizer Honorary Council which are a unified function of organizing elections. The role of the Election Organizer is highly demanded for its ability to implement the regulations of the election stages by heeding the Election Organizer Code of. The integrity and quality of the election are determined by the compliance of the election organizers in fulfilling the principles and ethics of election organizers as the basic formula for the formulation of the Election Organizer Code of Ethics, so that the enforcement of the Election Organizer Code of Ethics (rule of ethics) is a necessity in our democratic system. DKPP is authorized by law to carry out the function of maintaining the integrity, independence and credibility of the Election Organizer. DKPP can impose ethical sanctions on election organizers from warning sanctions to permanent dismissal of election organizers with the power of its decision instrument which was originally final and binding (Article 458 paragraph 3 of the Election Law). The provision of final and binding nature has been tested in the Constitutional Court in PUU case No. 32/PUU-XIX/2021 jo. No. 31/PUU-XI/2013, and then authorized the State Administrative Court to be able to test DKPP decisions. Thus, corrections to DKPP's ethical decisions can already be tested through the means of enforcing state administrative law (administrative law) with PTUN (beschikking) which is expanded so that it requires adjustments to the norms of the State Administrative Court Procedure Law
