LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK, KOMITMEN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DAN PEGAWAI DI SD SWASTA AL-AZHAR 1 MEDAN
This exploration recounts the tale of the connection between the actual workplace, responsibility and preparing at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School. The factual strategy utilized is different relapse with a quantitative clear methodology utilizing traditional supposition tests first. The number of inhabitants in this review were educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School, adding up to 37 respondents, determined from the quantity of laborers at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Primary School, so the absolute example in the review was 37 individuals. Pemberian Kotoran Jangkrik dan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Dapat Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L. )
Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) is a type of plant that is used as a cooking spice in Southeast Asia and other parts of the world. This study aims to determine the effect of cricket droppings and growth regulators and the interaction of cricket droppings and growth regulators on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research was conducted from March to May 2023. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 factors studied and 3 repetitions where the first factor was cricket droppings (J) which consisted of 4 levels, namely J0 = without cricket droppings, J1 = 1.2 kg per plot, J2 = 2.4 kg per plot, J3 = 3.6 kg per plot. The second factor was growth regulators (Z) which consisted of 3 levels, namely Z0 = without growth regulators, Z1 = 2 ml liter-1 of water per plot, Z2 = 4 ml liter-1 of water per plot. The results showed that the application of cricket droppings had a very significant effect on all observed parameters such as plant height, number of leaves per clump, number of tillers per clump, number of tubers per clump and fresh weight of tubers per clump. The application of growth regulators did not significantly affect all observed parameters such as plant height, number of leaves per hill, number of tillers per hill, number of tubers per hill and fresh tuber weight per hill. Meanwhile, the interaction between cricket droppings and growth regulators did not significantly affect all observed parameters
Sosialisasi kawasan keselamatan operasi penerbangan di Desa Durian Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Rules related to aviation operation safety areas (KKOP) authorized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) must be complied with. The regulations related to the KKOP must involve the community and related government employees to be implemented optimally. This is done to avoid the cause of aircraft accidents in the airport flight area. Therefore, awareness activities related to KKOP rules need to be carried out to the community and relevant local government employees. KKOP socialization in Durian Village which is directly adjacent to Kualanamu International Airport in Deli Serdang has been carried out by Medan Aviation Polytechnic lecturers through community service programs. The airport was chosen because it is the fourth largest airport with an area of 1,650 ha and is among the top 10 busiest airports in Indonesia. KKOP socialization materials include descriptions related to community activities that are contrary to KKOP rules. In addition, the elaboration of binding legal aspects related to KKOP was also conveyed in socialization activities. Thus, the rules related to KKOP are expected to be obeyed by the community around the airport. Topics related to the rights of the community around KKOP were also presented to the community
Optimization of the temperature of coagulation water bath on processing of the polysulfone membranes for the wastewater treatment of palm oil mill effluent with ultrafiltration process
Ultrafiltration membranes include a type of porous membrane with a porous size order between 0.01 – 0.1 ?m. The size of the small pores can be made phase inverse. Ultrafiltration is used to separate macromolecules and colloids from their solutions. The ultrafiltrated membrane has an asymmetrical structure with a denser upper layer (the porous size is smaller than the lower surface porosity), so the hydrodynamic retention will be larger. The objective of this study is to optimize the regular coagulation tub on the 19% PSf membrane manufacturing process with DMF solvent and to optimise the performance of the optimum PSF membrane in the processing of liquid waste of the PKS (palm coconut plant) with the ultrafiltration process. In the membrane performance testing process, the materials and tools used are polysulfonic polymers with dimethylformamide (DMF) solvents, whereas the instruments used are a set of ultrafiltration modules consisting of a centrifugal pump, ultra-filtration cell, pressure gauge, barrel, permeation tank, feed tank, and hose. This phase of the study starts with membrane preparation, SEM analysis, initial analysis of PCS liquid waste sample, 19% membrane operation performance test with coagulation bath temperature variable 40; 50; 60 C and adjusting pressure with variation 5; 10; 15; 20; 25 Psi, then determining membrane performance test which is permeability, flow, and rejection coefficients. The results obtained from this study show that a 19% PsfDMF membrane with a coagulation bath temperature of 50 C is the membrane that has the most optimum performance used for the POME wastewater treatmen

This test looks at the relationship between non-actual workplaces, hard work attitudes and work discipline on the efficiency of instructors and staff at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School. The population in this audit are educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School, with a target of 40 remaining workers at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School being 40 people. The research results show that non-actual workplace (X1), hard work attitude (X2), work discipline (X3) have a fundamental influence on the efficiency of educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School. Meanwhile, non-actual workplace (X1), hard work attitude (X2) and work discipline (X3) influence the efficiency of teaching staff and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Elementary School (Y)
Pemberian Pupuk Kompos Kotoran Burung Puyuh dan POC Limbah Kulit Nanas terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis Hypogaea L.)
Peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) in Indonesia are the most important agricultural commodity after soybeans which have a strategic role in national food as a source of protein and vegetable oil. Quail droppings are a type of hot fertilizer, decompose quickly so they are directly absorbed by plants because they contain macro nutrients (Ca, P, N, K, and CI) and micro nutrients (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, and Mo) required by plants (Kusuma, 2012). Pineapple peel waste can also be used as organic fertilizer in solid or liquid form, test results show that the POC of Pineapple Peel Waste is P (23.63 ppm), K (08.25 ppm), N (01.27 ppm), Ca (27.55 ppm ), Mg (137.25 ppm), Zn (0.53 ppm) and Organic C (3.10%). This research aims to determine the application of quail manure compost and pineapple peel waste to the growth and production of peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.). This research was carried out in Pematang Setrak Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province, from June to August 2023, this research used a Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 factors studied and 3 replications where the first factor was quail manure (P) which consisted of 4 levels, namely P0 (without treatment), P1 ( 1 kg per plot), P2 (2 kg per plot), P3 (3 kg per plot). The second factor is the POC of pineapple peel waste (N) which consists of 3 levels, namely N0 (without treatment), N1 (35 ml liter-1 of water), N2 (70 ml liter-1 of water). The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of filled pods per sample plant (pods), pod weight per sample plant (g), pod weight per plot and seed weight per 100 sample seeds.The results of the research showed that the application of quail manure compost had a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of filled pods per sample plant, pod weight per sample plant, pod weight per plot and seed weight per 100 sample seeds, but had no significant effect on the plant height parameter. Providing POC from pineapple peel waste had a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of pods contained per sample plant, pod weight per sample plant, pod weight per plot and seed weight per 100 sample seeds. The interaction between giving quail manure compost and pineapple peel waste POC had a very significant effect on the parameters of number of filled pods per sample plant, pod weight per sample plant and pod weight per plot, but had an insignificant effect on the parameters of plant height and seed weight per 100 sample seeds.
Analysis of the Calculation Value of Domestik Component Level (TKDN) on high-rise building projects
Domestic products can be used to increase productivity and competitiveness in international markets. The government stipulates the use of domestic products by setting the sum of the value of the domestic component level and the weight of company benefits at 40%. Until now, there has not been much use of domestic products in the construction sector. Therefore, this study considers the value of the domestic component level in high-rise building projects to strengthen Indonesia's competitiveness in the industrial sector. In this study, the calculation method and value of the domestic component level will be analyzed along with the weight of benefits of construction service companies for multi-story building construction projects. The technique used in this study is quantitative, and it processes data such as technical specifications, cost budget plans, unit price analysis of work, and finding the percentage level of domestic material components through the Ministry of Industry website. The result obtained by this study is the percentage value of the domestic component level (TKDN) in high-rise building projects is 74.53%, the percentage value of the company's benefit weight is 3%, and the total value of TKDN and BMP is 77.53%. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the high-rise building project has met the requirements in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2021 concerning the Procurement of Goods and Services
PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMUNIKASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. ATHENA TAGAYA CABANG MEDAN
Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah teruntuk memahami pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi serta stres kerja pada kepuasan kerja pekerja PT. Athena Tagaya. Sumber informasi untuk menyelidiki informasi penting pekerjaan dan informasi tambahan. Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan penulis adalah survei dan dokumentasi penyelidikan. Uji ekspositori yang dapat digunakan antara lain uji keteraturan, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi adalah pemeriksaan kekambuhan yang berbeda. Dalam pembahasan ini, analis menemukan bahwa penguji hanya terdiri dari perwakilan dari kantor kebersihan PT. Departemen Athena Tagaya Medan, 30 pekerja. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, motivasi kerja (X1), komunikasi (X2) serta stres kerja (X3) sekaligus mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan patut diperhatikan pada kepuasan kerja PT (Y)
Tingkat Kerusakan Jagung oleh Hama Ulat Grayak (Spodoptera frugiperda J. E. Smith) pada Dua Ketinggian Tempat di Kabupaten Banyumas
Hama utama yang menyerang tanaman jagung adalah ulat grayak (Spodoptera frugiperda). Kondisi geografis Kabupaten Banyumas yang berbeda menjadikan setiap daerah memiliki kondisi lahan serta cara budidaya yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui pengaruh ketinggian tempat terhadap besarnya kerusakan akibat serangan hama ulat grayak pada jagung. Tujuan penelitian untuk menghitung kerusakan tanaman jagung yang disebabkan oleh hama ulat grayak pada dua ketinggian berbeda. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei langsung pada lahan budidaya jagung yang terserang hama ulat grayak di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara stratified purposive random sampling, dengan dilanjutkan uji t. Lokasi yang disurvei adalah dataran dengan ketinggian 114 mdpl (kelurahan Karangwangkal) dan 335 mdpl (kelurahan Sikapat), dari dua ketinggian tersebut diambil dua lokasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara diagonal yaitu 5 plot, setiap plotnya diambil 10 sampel tanaman untuk mendapatkan data hama pertanaman jagung. Kerusakan jagung yang disebabkan oleh ulat grayak sebesar 78.75% di Kelurahan Karangwangkal dan 50.25% di Kelurahan Sikapat. Serangan ulat grayak pada jagung di Kelurahan Karangwangkal lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelurahan Sikapat
