Hybrid Clustering Approach for Time Series Data
The clustering of data series was already demonstrated to provide helpful information in several fields. Initial data for the period is divided into sub-clusters Recorded in the data resemblance. The grouping of data series takes 3 categories, based on which users operate in frequencies or programming interfaces on original data explicitly or implicitly with the characteristics derived from physical information or through a framework based on raw material. The bases of series data grouping are provided. The conditions for the evaluation of the outcomes of grouping are multi-purpose time constant frequently employed in dataset grouping research. A clustering method splits data into different groups so that the resemblance between organisations is better. K-means++ offers an excellent convergence rate compared to other methods. To distinguish the correlation between items the maximum distance is employed. Distance measure metrics are frequently utilized with most methods by many academics. Genetic algorithm for the resolution of cluster issues is worldwide optimization technologies in recent times. The much more prevalent partitioning strategies of large volumes of data are K-Median & K-Median methods. This analysis is focusing on the multiple distance measures, such as Euclidean, Public Square and Shebyshev, hybrid K-means++ and PSO clubs techniques. Comparison to orgorganization-basedthods reveals an excellent classification result compared to the other methods with the K++ PSO method utilizing the Chebyshev distance measure
Analyzing Factors Responsible For Non- Acceptance of Hearing Aids
Hearing loss relates to missing certain sounds. The problem is certain sounds in the hearing nerve in our brain do not get enough stimulation. The nerves need stimulation. When it is not stimulated, the nerve stops working. When the nerve stops working, there arises complexity in our hearing nerves, which processes sounds that we hear. Similar to exercising which we do to keep your body healthy, our ears also need to hear sounds and recognize them to function at its best. So, the longer waiting time prior to hearing aids purchase, or to wear them, the less stimulation the brain and hearing nerves get. The speech recognition becomes worse. Studies by WHO shows that nearly 40% of the age group in between age group 55-74 yrs (McCormack A. & Fortnum H., May2013) suffers from this type of problem. If we compare with vision impairment Hearing Impairment users do not take this matter quite seriously. The problem of Hearing Loss is not only restricted to senior citizens but all age groups. Once the nerve is affected, there is no way to reverse the damage. There are also other side effects of not wearing Hearing aids. These include higher risk of cognitive decline, forgetfulness, depression, low performance at work leading to income, less productivity and the list goes on. The factors which responsible for non-acceptance are not single but rather they are multi faced. Starting from financial problems, Physical looks, Perception, discomfort, are some of the few reasons. In this paper has tried to identify the factors which are responsible for this challenge. There needs to be further research and findings which can provide more factors responsible. Major studies in this field in the near future can identify many other factors which are even date beyond our knowledge
Khula under Islamic Law & Judicial Practice in Pakistan: A No Fault Divorce Regime
Marriage is a highly esteemed union in Islam and is treated and protected as an eternal bond. Despite its stress on preservation of marriage bond, Islam allows its termination as a last resort, considering it the most abominable among the permissible acts, for estranged spouses if they fail to observe the limits ordained by Allah Almighty. The termination of marriage may be by divorce, khula or the order of court dissolving the same. Research focuses on the termination of the marriage by Khula, exploring its Islamic as well as the legal perspective with particular emphasis on the approach of Courts in Pakistan for empowering women and ensuring the grant of rights given to them by Islam centuries ago. The research explores whether the amendments pertaining to quantum of Haq Mehar/ dower introduced in the year 2002 by Ordinance LV of 2002, in the proviso of section 10(4) the Family Courts Act, 1964 and further amendments introduced in the province of Punjab in 2015 by the Punjab Family Courts (Amendments) Act, 2015 are against the injunctions of Islam. The research also explores the proposition of the Council of Islamic Ideology and Federal Shariat Courts on these amendments
Analyzing the Relationship between Cyberbullying Victimization and Well-Being of Students at Higher Education
The purpose of this research was to map out the relationship between the level of cyberbullying experiences and the well-being of students in higher education. A correlational research design was adopted to collect data. A stratified sampling technique was adopted to select the sample of 976 university students for this research. Existing validated research tools were adopted to collect data from students. The collected data were analyzed by performing descriptive statistics, linear regression and one sample t-test. The findings suggested that cyberbullying experiences affect the well-being of university students. As to see the gender differences, both male and female students have different level of cyberbullying victimization. To measure the difference in view of locality of the students, t-test results showed no difference in urban and rural students experiencing cyberbullying. All the findings are in line with available research. The limitations were stressed and future directions were also made to prevent cyberbullying at campuses to develop a healthy and productive study environment.  
A Content Analysis Study of Grade-Five Science Curriculum in Single Nation Curriculum 2020 and National Curriculum 2006
The government of Pakistan’s democratic set-up of 2020 initiative to reduce disparities in the national curriculum by introducing Single Nation Curriculum 2020 (SNC) needs a line of description. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyse the content of the fifth-grade science curriculum placed in National Curriculum 2006 and SNC. For the accomplishment of this purpose, the contents of both curricula and textbooks were reviewed to match with the following seven content areas: student learning outcomes, suggested activities, information other than textbooks, web links, assessments, and projects. It was found that there were ten chapters of the grade curriculum in SNC and eight in the previously practised National Curriculum 2006. The activities given in the new curriculum were mostly hands-on for the students and the teachers. Information other than textbooks was thought provoking and had a learning drive. At the end of each chapter, web links and projects were given to encourage the students to learn actively and use technology for global pursuits. The study offers implications for Pakistan’s curriculum developers
Conventional Versus Molecular Methods for Diagnosis of Burkholderia cepacia from Different Clinical Samples of Iraqi Patients
The study aims at isolating and identification of Burkholderia cepacia bacteria from clinical samples from various pathological conditions such as diabetic foot ulcers, burn, wound, sputum and urine. The present study includes 280 samples collected from patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcer, cystic fibrosis, burns, sputum, and wounds who attend Alsader Medical City and Al-Hakim General Hospital during the period extended from September 2020 to February 2021 ( men and women ) with age groups between (1 -75) years. The identification of bacterial isolates were detected by classical and molecular technique (PCR), where the frequency among males 213 (79.2%) was more than that in female 67 (20.8%). The samples distribution is made according to age group; it appears high for the following high 26.8% with group (31-45) years male and female; 22% with group (31-45) years in male and 7.6% with the group (1-15) years in female. The results revealed that 42/80 specimens of the total number of samples are Burkholderia cepacia by using 16SrRNA gene to differentiate the B. cepacia from other (G-) bacteria, and 30/80 recA gene to differentiated B. cepacia from B. cepacia complex
Synthesis of Some New 1,3,4- Oxadiazole Derivatives and Thiazolidine Derived from Cysteine and Evaluation their Anticancer (MCF7) Activity
The study focused on the preparation of oxadiazole derivatives containing thiazolidine. Thiazolidine firstly was prepared from the reaction of benzaldehyde with L-cysteine with a good yield and then it was reacted with acetic anhydride to prepare acetyl thiazolidine, then with ethanol in the presence of H2SO4, then steps were taken to prepare a thiazolidine hydrazide (A3), which was reacted with aromatic carboxylic acid in presence POCl3 or carbon disulphide and base KOH to obtain oxadiazole derivatives A4-8. These compounds characterized using FT-IR, NMR and Mass (EI) were diagnosed and the synthesized compound were validated. The activity of oxadiazole derivatives were studied against breast cancer cells, the two compound A8, A4 showed good activity against the cells as for the compounds A5, A6, A7 it was showed little activity against these cells and the value IC50 was calculated
Biomedical and Biochemical Approaches and Strategies for Targeting and Delivery of Cadmium Oxide (CdO) Nanoparticles Aggregation Linked to DNA/RNA by Aryl Mercaptanes with Various Chain Length
CdO nanoparticles show a strong peak of Plasmon absorption in ultraviolet-visible zone. A strong interaction exists between the surface of CdO nanoparticles and aryl mercaptan compounds. Aryl mercaptan compounds cause to aggregation of CdO nanoparticles linked to DNA/RNA and hence, lead to widening of peak Plasmon of CdO nanoparticles surface at 550 (nm) and emerging a new peak at higher wavelength. In the current project, this optical characteristic of CdO nanoparticles is used to time investigate of interaction between different aryl mercaptanes and CdO nanoparticles. The results were shown that aryl mercaptan compounds with shorter chain length interact faster with CdO nanoparticles. Therefore, a simple and fast method for identification of aryl mercaptanes with various chain length using red shift in surficial Plasmon absorption is presented
Synthesis and Characterization of Some New Copolyester from Curcumin Mono-Carbonyl Analogues
Nine copolyesters were prepared from a dicarboxylic acid, curcumin analogues (monocarbonyl) and phenophthalene dye in the mole ratio of 2:1:1 by direct polycondensation using triethylamine (Et3N) as the condensation agent. The dicarboxylic used is 2,6-Pyridine dicarbonyl dichloride acid. The curcumin analogues were prepared by acid catalyzed Aldol condensation reaction. These copolyesters were characterized by FT-IR. The fluorescence of the synthesized copolyesters was also investigated. Furthermore, Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to investigate the thermal stability of these copolymers
Technology Leadership: Assessing the Competency Level of High School Administrators and Teachers in the Use of ICTs
Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have a significant role to play in schools and classrooms. The world is shifting towards a new digital era and school administrators and teachers must adapt to prepare their students for it. This study aimed to assess the ICT competency of high school administrators and teachers in Antique, Philippines in terms of cognitive ability, skills, and attitudes. The results showed that both school administrators and teachers rated themselves to have high proficiency in general computer uses and skills in using Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, use of the internet and data management. They were also rated to have high proficiency in applying ICTs in classrooms to create an ICT learning environment. However, the standard deviation shows that the ratings were varied, particularly for use of internet, data management, and application of ICTs in classrooms. There were no significant correlations between the proficiency of school administrator and teachers. However, sex, age, owned devices, internet speed, and hours using the internet per day were found to be significant factors
