    Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Konsumsi Ikan pada Masyarakat di Kecamatan Sajad

    The ease of obtaining fish, especially seawater fish, makes the people of Sajad Subdistrict interested in selling fish, based on observations there are 18 to 20 people selling vegetables and seawater fish in Sajad District. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of fish consumption in the Sajad District. The method used is descriptive quantitative, sample data taken as many as 98 samples and processed using SPSS version 24. The R2 value of 0.476 means the independent variable, family (X1), the number of family members (X2), perception of fish prices (X3), tastes (X4), the level of education (X5) simultaneously affects the amount of fish consumption (Y) by 47.6%. The results of the F test show that Fcount 16,703 > Ftable 2,31, tvalue for taste = 7,606 > ttable = 1,989 and significant value 0.000 < 0.05. The respondent's taste variable (X4) is the dominant factor that affects the level of fish consumption.Kemudahan dalam  memperoleh  ikan  terutama  ikan air laut membuat masyarakat Kecamatan Sajad tertarik untuk berjualan ikan, berdasarkan hasil observasi terdapat 18 sampai 20 orang berjualan membawa sayur dan ikan air laut di Kecamatan Sajad. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui tingkat konsumsi ikan di Kecamatan Sajad. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, data sampel yang diambil sebanyak 98 sampel dan  diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,476 artinya variabel bebas, keluarga (X1), jumlah anggota keluarga (X2), persepsi harga ikan (X3), selera (X4), tingkat pendidikan (X5)  secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat konsumsi ikan (Y) sebesar 47,6%. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung 16,703 > F tabel 2,31, nilai thitung selera  = 7,606 > ttabel = 1,989 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel selera (X4) responden merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi tingkat konsumsi ikan

    Identifikasi Spesies Mangrove dengan Menggunakan Sistem Pesawat Udara Kecil Tanpa Awak di Kawasan Ekosistem Mangrove Sedari, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat

    Remote sensing is one of the effective methods of monitoring mangrove ecosystems. One of the challenges in implementing this method is image resolution. Access to large-resolution imagery as a basic material for spatial analysis is not cheap. Unmanned small aircraft systems (SPUKTA) or drones are able to answer these challenges. Orthophotos obtained from the acquisition of drones are capable of producing large-resolution imagery. This method is then implemented in conservation areas, to facilitate the process of identifying mangrove species in the area. The drone was flown at an altitude of 150 m with a pavement value of 85% for 4 flying missions. The result of processing 1614 aerial photos into orthophotos produced images with a GSD resolution of 4.75 cm/pix. These images are then analyzed with on-screen digitization techniques and visual interpretation. From the total area of the study area of 46.48 ha obtained the digitization results of Rhizophora sp. with a total area of 24.68 ha, Avicennia sp. 7.64 ha, dead mangroves 0.19 ha, and non-vegetation 13.97 ha.Penginderaan jauh adalah salah satu metode yang efektif dalam pemantauan ekosistem mangrove. Salah satu hal yang menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi metode ini adalah resolusi citra. Akses citra beresolusi besar sebagai bahan dasar analisa spasial tidaklah murah. Sistem pesawat udara kecil tanpa awak (SPUKTA) atau drone mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. Orthophoto yang diperoleh dari hasil akuisisi drone mampu menghasilkan citra beresolusi besar. Metode ini kemudian diimplementasikan pada kawasan konservasi mangrove Desa Sedari, Kecamatan cibuaya, Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat. Drone diterbangkan pada ketinggian 150 m dengan nilai pertampalan 85% untuk 4 misi terbang. Hasil dari pengolahan 1614 foto udara menjadi orthophoto menghasilkan citra dengan resolusi GSD 4,75 cm/ pix. Citra ini kemudian dianalisa dengan teknik digitasi on-screen dan interpretasi visual. Dari total luasan area kajian 46,48 ha diperoleh hasil digitasi spesies Rhizophora sp. dengan total luasan 24,68 ha, Avicennia sp. 7,64 ha, mangrove yang mati 0,19 ha, dan non vegetasi 13,97 ha

    Sumber nitrogen merupakan nutrien penting bagi pertumbuhan bakteri Acetobacter xylinum dalam pembuatan nata. Penggunaan sumber nitrogen dalam pembuatan nata umumnya berupa pupuk urea, kontradiksi penggunaan urea pada produksi nata menimbulkan kekhawatiran masyarakat terkait keamanan konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik mutu nata berdasarkan variasi sumber nitrogen antara lain urea, ZA, dan tauge. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen tiga perlakuan dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Substrat nata berupa campuran air kelapa dan limbah cair tahudengan perbandingan 1:1. Mutu yang diamati meliputi rendemen, ketebalan, warna, dan kadar serat. Hasil peneltiian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sari tauge dan ZA sebagai sumber nitrogen memiliki rendemen yang lebih tinggi dibanding urea

    The quality of the amping of rice is still low, has a dull color, not thin enough so that the texture is hard, and there is still a lot of mixture of husks and black rice. In addition, to be able to enjoy rice amping, consumers must prepare other additional ingredients such as grated coconut with brown sugar, so the practical level of the product it still needs to be improved and consumers can immediately enjoy rice amping products easily and practically. Improvements in the quality of Amping Sambas products need to be carried out through improving processing processes and diversifying rice amping products in accordance with current trends in the market. Improvements to the process of making Amping Sambas can refer to existing processes, among others, by paying attention to the raw materials for manufacture, using rice from varieties that have moderate amylose content (20-25%), soaking at room temperature for 7-8 hours, doing roasting is carried out at a temperature of 302 oC for 41 seconds, and the flattening is carried out in 2 stages, stage 1 at 45 oC, stage 2 at roller pressure of 145 ± 5 kg/cm2 and a temperature of 75 ± 5 oC. to increase consumer acceptance of Amping Sambas products, diversify products, including in the form of Iron Fortified Chocolate Flavored Rice Flakes, Roasted Rice Flakes in Cereal Bars, and Cereal Bars Made from Glutinous Rice Flakes and Sunnah Foods

    Indonesia currently has four well-known coffee centers such as Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, North Sumatra, South Sulawesi and East Java, especially in Ponorogo district. Ponorogo regency coffee production currently has a decline from 2012, this is because many damaged crops are attacked by pests. Until now, coffee farmers still treat coffee beans in moderation and their sales are still low, because they are still sold to traditional markets and coffee shops around Ponorogo. So that it allows the value chain that occurs in the production process to sales to consumers. The value chain will later break down the activities into Primary Activities and Support Activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the value cain activity of the value chain Activity which converts input into value added output for consumers.     Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2011, Posyandu adalah salahsatu bentuk upaya kesehatan bersumber daya masyarakat yang dikelola dan diselenggarakandari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan,guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalammemperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibudan bayi. Salah satu jenis layanan yang ada di Posyandu adalah layanan pembinaan gizi dankesehatan ibu dan anak. Kegiatan pembinaan gizi dilakukan untuk mencegah atau mengurangitingkat stunting. Stunting atau kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat dari kekurangangizi kronis sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Kasus stunting di Kabupaten Sambascukup tinggi. Dari data dinas kesehatan, di tahun 2017 Kabupaten Sambas berada di tingkatkedelapan dari 14 kabupaten kota di Kalbar dengan angka 28,2%. Berdasarkan wawancarayang dilakukan dengan bidan desa, terdapat 2 kasus stunting pada tahun 2021 di Desa TanjungMekar. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam menekanangka stunting di Kabupaten Sambas dengan melakukan kegiatan edukasi melaluipemanfaatan motion graphic dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pada Posyandu Mentawa,Kabupaten Sambas. Sasaran kegiatan ini meliputi peningkatan pemahaman masyarakatmengenai bahaya stunting dan cara pencegahannya. Sedangkan target kegiatan ini adalahkepada para kader Posyandu Mentawa dan masyarakat peserta Posyandu anak di PosyanduMentawa, Kecamatan Sambas, Kabupaten Sambas.     Elementary school students are an age group that is vulnerable to nutrition. This is due to the rapid growth and development of children and relatively busy school schedules. Optimization of development in children requires adequate nutrition from the point of view of quality and quantity and requires attention in terms of stakeholders. Children of primary school age are at risk of having nutritional problems related to nutrition, growth and development. The main purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge to students about the importance of balanced nutrition in children of primary school age. The method used in this activity is storytelling. During the socialization period, the students were very enthusiastic, many asked questions and there was a two-way communication. The provision of nutrition education on storytelling and singing methods went smoothly at SDN 12 Sungai Pinang.     Pacific whiteleg shrimp is a cultivated commodity with the prospect of increasing market opportunities yearly. The increase in value is in line with the increasing need for pacific whiteleg shrimp consumption. The impact is an increase in state income in general. Pacific whiteleg shrimp cultivation activities have been carried out on a large and small scale. However, proper enlargement production techniques are needed to increase production. This study aims to determine the technique of pacific whiteleg grow-out so that the information obtained can be disseminated to the public and will add value to the benefits of improving welfare. A study case method with a descriptive analysis approach was used. Pacific whiteleg shrimp culture is divided into the hatchery and grow-out sectors. The grow-out activities include pond cleaning, media preparation, fry stocking, feeding, treatment, pest and disease management, growth sampling, and harvesting. Based on the study's results, the production consisted of three cycles per year with a density of 180 m2 an SR value of 85.5%, and an FCR value of 1.25%. &nbsp
