    PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI SALIBU PADA TANAMAN PADI DI DESA PARIT BARU KECAMATAN SUNGAI RAYA

    Parit Baru Village in Kubu Raya Regency is one of the villages that has the potential to be used as agricultural land, especially for rice crops. The land in Parit Baru Village is rain fail land that relies on rainwater as a source of irrigation. The characteristics of the land consist of alluvial soil which has a low fertility level. So far, farmers in Parit Baru Village have been carrying out rice cultivation activities for generations, especially in cultivating land for rice cultivation activities. The PKM activity aim to provide solutions to the problems faced by the Farmer Group in Parit Baru Village who want a change in rice cultivation on rainfed land through the application of salibu technology and more efficient use of organic fertilizer. PKM activities were conducted for seven months, from April to October 2023. The activity stages include a field survey/orientation process, initial discussions with partners, infrastructure preparation, outreach on cross-country science and technology, practice of making organic fertilizer using microbial technology, making demonstration plots and mentoring through salibu technology in rice plants. The results of the demonstration plot for rice plants using the salibu technology supported by the use of organic fertilizer show that the growth and yield of rice plants is better compared to conventional rice cultivation techniques. From the results of the activity, it can be concluded that farmers know and understand that the salibu technology has advantages for farmers, including a relatively short lifespan, less water requirements, lower production costs due to savings in land processing, planting, use of seeds and genetic purity is better maintaine

    PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN EKSTRAK DAUN POHPOHAN TERHADAP HASIL UJI ORGANOLEPTIK MIE TEPUNG MOCAF

    Konsumsi terigu sebagai Indonesia terus meningkat sehingga membuat Indonesia menjadi negara dengan importir utama gandum di dunia. Untuk menekan tingkat import gandum, dilakukan pemanfaatan pangan lokal yaitu modifikasi mie yang terbuat dari tepung mocaf dengan penambahan daun pohpohan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh dari penambahan ekstrak pada mie basah terhadap tingkat kesukaaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini yaitu eksperimental 2 perlakuan dengan penambahan ekstrak daun pohpohan sebanyak 30% dan 45%, penilaian tingkat kesukaan menggunakan uji hedonik dengan metode kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak daun pohpohan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kesukaan panelis dari segi penampilan, rasa, tekstur dan warna, hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan P<0.05

    Pembuatan sistem mesin pengering kopra tipe rak dengan pemanas tempurung kelapa untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada proses pengeringan kopra. Cara membuat mesin pengering kopra tipe rak melalui tahapan Pembuatan rangka pengering, Pembuatan ruang pengering, Pembuatan rak pengering, Pembuatan aliran panas, Pembuatan rangka tungku pembakaran, Pembuatan ruang pembakaran. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka dapat menghasilkan suatu alat pengering kopra untuk meningkatkan kesempurnaan mesin yang dapat meningkatkan daya guna dari kopra. Dari hasil pengujian dengan kecepatan angin 6,1 m/s diperoleh penyusutan kadar air tertinggi sebesar 43,2 % dengan massa tempurung kelapa sebesar 10.000 g dan untuk kecepatan angin 7,6 m/s diperoleh penyusutan kadar air tertinggi sebesar 39,8 % dengan massa tempurung kelapa sebesar 10.000 g.   &nbsp

    Sosialisasi Manfaat Pentingnya Mengonsumsi Ikan Segar di SMPN 5 Sambas

    This community service activity aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of the importance of consuming fresh fish as a source of nutritious and safe food for body health. This activity was carried out at SMPN 5 Sambas with a target of 30 grade 8 students. The methods used include lectures, interactive discussions, counseling through animated video media, and question and answer sessions that encourage active student participation. The material presented included the definition of fish, the benefits of fish consumption, and how to distinguish fresh and unfresh fish. Giving gifts to students who are able to answer questions correctly is a form of appreciation and motivation. This activity was closed with a photo session with students and principals as documentation. The results of the activity show that an interactive educational approach is able to increase students' knowledge regarding the benefits of consuming fresh fish. It is hoped that this activity can form better fish consumption habits among students

    Pelatihan Pembuatan Liquid Smoke Dari Limbah Kelapa Untuk Mendukung Kemandirian Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Cilentung Kabupaten Pandeglang

    ABSTRACT Pandeglang is recorded as the district with the highest poverty rate in Banten Province until 2023. This is in contrast to the potential of the resources owned by the region. The superior plantation commodity in the form of coconut is one of the best and most abundant commodities in Banten Province. The problem found in Cilentung Village, Pulosari District, Pandeglang Regency is that people sell coconuts in bulk to the city, then the coconut waste is returned to the village, causing environmental pollution and no innovation in diversification of coconut waste derivative products. The purpose of PkM is to train the community in making Liquid Smoke from coconut waste to support the economic independence of the people of Cilentung Village, Pandeglang Regency. The methods used to answer this problem are socialization of liquid smoke waste into Liquid Smoke, application of pyrolysis technology and coconut waste shredding machines, training in Making Liquid Smoke from Coconut Waste, mentoring and evaluation of activities.    ABSTRAK Pandeglang tercatat  sampai dengan tahun 2023 sebagai kabupaten dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi di Provinsi Banten. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki wilayah tersebut. Komoditas unggulan perkebunan berupa kelapa menjadi salah satu komoditas terbaik dan terbanyak di Provinsi Banten. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Desa Cilentung Kecamatan Pulosari Kabupaten Pandeglang yaitu masyarakat menjual kelapa dalam bentuk borongan  ke kota, kemudian limbah kelapa dikembalikan ke desa tersebut sehingga menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan dan tidak ada inovasi diversifikasi produk turunan limbah kelapa. Tujuan PkM untuk melatih masyarakat dalam pembuatan Liquid Smoke dari limbah kelapa untuk mendukung kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Desa Cilentung Kebupaten Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan ini yaitu sosialiasi limbah asap cair menjadi Liquid Smoke, penerapan teknologi pirolisis dan mesin pencacah limbah kelapa, pelatihan Pembuatan Pembuatan  Liquid Smoke dari Limbah Kelapa, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan.     Catfish growth using maggot supplementary feed in Sambas sub-district

    Feed is the largest aspect of cost expenditure in the operation of aquaculture activities. One commodity that is widely cultivated is catfish, which is easy to adapt, easy to maintain, and has a faster harvest time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost savings of catfish enlargement feed using supplementary Magot feed. Catfish enlargement business with a stocking amount of 3000 tails for Mr. Joko and 2000 tails for Mr. Munazi with a percentage of feed expenditure, namely 62% for Mr. Munazi and 55% for Mr. Joko. Both of them provide additional magot feed resulting in a profit of 1,075,000 IDR, for Mr. Munazi and for Mr. Joko of 2,040,000 IDR, with an R / C ratio value of Mr. Munazi 1.326 > 1 and Mr. Joko 1.463 > 1 so that their business is feasible to run. And can save costs for the procurement of pellets amounting to 1,260,000 IDR, and Mr. Joko 1,600,000 IDR or 38% for Mr. Munazi and 45% for Mr. Joko when compared to using 100% pellets

    PT Cupa-Cupa Snack is a company in Pangandaran that processes fishery products into snack products, one of which is crispy squid. The number of crispy squid producers in Indonesia is a challenge for companies to develop products to produce innovations that suit market needs and maintain competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the product development carried out by the cupa-cupa snack company. The study was conducted from August to October 2024. The research method used was the survey method, with interview techniques and observations of crispy squid products that were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that the company has developed in various aspects, such as the addition of raw material suppliers from various regions, the use of faster and more modern production equipment and processes, changing the formulation of non-msg additives that are safe for consumption, using quality aluminum foil packaging, increasing flavor variants, and business-to-business marketing that maintains good and consistent digital presence techniques on various social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to increase market share and company competitiveness

Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis Perbengkelan Las di Kabupaten Sambas menjadi suatu langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan para pekerja di bidang las. Tujuan kegiatan bimbingan teknis perbengkelan las ini adalah dalam rangka penumbuhan dan pengembangan Wirausaha Baru (WUB) Industri Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan bimbingan teknis perbengkelan las ini terdiri dari kegiatan teori dan kegiatan praktik. Kegiatn teori disampaikan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada peserta bimtek tentang teknik pengelasan logan dan pengelolaaan bengkel las, sedangkan kegiatan praktik dilakukan untuk memberikan keterampilan agar peserta bimtek bisa melakukan pekerjaan las dengan baik dan benar.     Population growth of Daphnia sp. with various types of organic fertilizer

    The Daphnia sp. population can be increased using various types of organic fertilizers. This study aimed to analyze the effect of organic fertilizer vermicompost, quail feces, and Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae compost on maintenance media on the growth of Daphnia sp. and identify the best dose. This research is an experimental study with a completely randomized design (CRD) with treatment K (control or no organic fertilizer), treatment A (addition of vermicompost organic fertilizer 2.4 g/l), treatment B (addition of quail feces organic fertilizer 2.4 g/l), treatment C (addition of fly larvae compost organic fertilizer 2.4 g/l). Water quality variables (temperatur, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), color, and odor). The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The data were analyzed using SPSS 22. The results of this study showed that the provision of organic fertilizer through the maintenance media had an effect (P <0.05) on the growth of Daphnia sp. The highest population was in treatment A (Quail Feces dose of 2.4 g / L) as many as 353 tails and the lowest in treatment K (No Dose) as many as 132 tails. The results of the water quality analysis of the morning temperatur were in the range–26-28ºC. afternoon temperatur was obtained 27-28ºC, then for morning pH ranged from 7.1-7.5 and afternoon pH obtained 7.3-7.6 while the average DO obtained 6.8 mg/L. The best dose in this study was treatment A with organic fertilizer 2.4 g/l
