    THE IMPACT OF THE RISK-BASED OSS PROGRAM RELATED TO THE SUITABILITY OF SPACE UTILIZATION ACTIVITIES ON THE LICENSING PROCESS FROM A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE OF PUBLIC POLICY

    Licensing in a business in a country is a requirement for citizens to maintain their business activities. These business activities not only concern citizens but also citizens/foreign corporate institutions that wish to invest in Indonesia. The executive and legislative governments in Indonesia are striving to streamline business activities through legislation and a technology system called One Single Submission (OSS). This study aims to examine the Indonesian government’s efforts to simplify the process of obtaining business activity permits for Indonesian citizens, foreign citizens/foreign corporate institutions. This study uses research through documents and is non-interactive. The research sources in this journal include laws enacted by the Indonesian government, the OSS system created by the Indonesian government, and scientific concepts related to good governance. The results of this study found a lack of data integration in the OSS, which can create loopholes that make it challenging to process business activity permits and provide room for bribes to expedite the business permit process in Indonesia

    The Living Qur’an represents a phenomenon of implementing Qur’anic values in daily life through concrete religious practices. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Qur’anic values through the tahfizh Al-Qur’an program at Pondok Pesantren Ad-Diniyah Sumber Batu Blumbungan Larangan Pamekasan. This qualitative research employs a phenomenological approach using data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Research informants comprise the pesantren head, tahfizh program director, three tahfizh teachers, and five active students. The findings reveal that the tahfizh Al-Qur’an program at this pesantren is motivated by the aspiration to produce a generation of hafizul Qur’an and to ground the Qur’an within society. Activities are conducted during morning sessions (05:00-06:40) and afternoon sessions (16:30-17:30) utilizing varied methodologies. The implementation of Qur’anic values is reflected in the cultivation of patience, honesty, and tauhid values through the tahfizh learning process. This research contributes to the development of Living Qur’an studies within the context of pesantren education and provides an applicable model for implementing Qur’anic values

    This study aims to examine dietary tips found in the Qur’an through the interpretation of Surah Al-Hajj (22:27), focusing on the application of dietary principles in the context of health and eating habits. The research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, which involves an in-depth review of interpretations and relevant Islamic sources. The author analyzes the meaning and message contained in this verse and relates it to the concept of healthy eating in Islam. The results of the study indicate that the Qur’an provides guidance on the importance of maintaining the body and a balanced diet, as well as self-control in food consumption. These findings are presented on the Instagram platform @quranreview, which offers an easy-to-understand interpretation and highlights the relevance of the Qur'anic message to modern healthy lifestyles. The study concludes that the Qur’an offers practical guidelines for maintaining body health through a balanced diet approach, which includes regulating eating habits, moderation, and seeking blessings in every action

    Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) membentuk karakter siswa untuk mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan era Society 5.0 di SMA Negeri 1 Tarik, yang ditandai oleh perkembangan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, Internet of Things, dan big data. Tidak hanya generasi saat ini diharapkan memiliki kemampuan teknologi, tetapi mereka juga harus memiliki sifat religius, moral, dan bertanggung jawab. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dari guru PAI dan siswa. Pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mendapatkan data. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai keislaman telah berhasil diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran PAI secara kontekstual dan kreatif. Untuk meningkatkan etika digital, empati sosial, literasi teknologi, dan pemikiran kritis, guru menggunakan metode berbasis nilai, pembiasaan religius, dan media interaktif. Selain itu, sekolah menyediakan dukungan untuk program kewirausahaan digital yang menggabungkan nilai moral dan kemampuan abad ke-21. Terbukti bahwa pembelajaran PAI tidak hanya membantu menyampaikan informasi agama tetapi juga membantu membangun karakter siswa yang fleksibel, kooperatif, dan tangguh. Ini juga membantu mengembangkan kurikulum yang relevan dan kontekstual di era digital

    Penelitian ini mengkaji self defence mechanism  pada mahasiswi baru dengan kepribadian introvert dan ekstrovert dalam beradaptasi di lingkungan baru, menggunakan perspektif Sigmund freud. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan adaptasi mahasiswi baru yang dihadapkan pada perubahan signifikan, baik dalam aspek sosial maupun akademik, yang mempengaruhi cara mereka menghadap tekanan lingkungan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bentuk adaptasi mahasiswi baru introvert dan ekstrovert serta mekanisme pertahanana diri yang mereka gunakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap mahasiswi baru di Universitas Al-Amien Prenduan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswi baru berkepribadian introvert dan ekstrovert memiliki kemampuan adaptasi sosial, namun walaupun mereka mampu beradaptasi, mereka tetap harus menyesuaikan diri serta dihadapkan dengan tantangan-tantangan lain dalam kehidupan kampus yang harus mereka hadapi, seperti peraturan-peraturan yang ada, dan tugas-tugas lainnya. Self defence mechanism mahasiswi baru berkepribadian introvert ialah proyeksi, sublimasi, reaksi pembentukan, dan represi. Sedikit berbeda dengan mahasiswi ekstrovert yang hanya menggunakan sublimasi, reaksi pembentukan, dan represi. Dalam penelitian ini mahasiswi ekstrovert tidak ada yang menggunakan proyeksi dalam melakukan self defence mechanism. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi konselor dan pihak terkait untuk memahami kebutuhan adaptasi mahasiswi berdasarkan tipe kepribadian mereka, serta memberikan panduan praktis dalam mendukung proses adaptasi di lingkungan pendidikan yang baru.

    Comparison between al-Kafrawi’s Commentary on al-Ajurrumiyyah and al- Fawakih al-Janiyyah and Their Impact on the Teaching of Arabic Grammar

    Arabic grammar (nahwu) remains central to Islamic scholarship, yet the challenge of integrating its classical commentaries into modern pedagogical frameworks persists. This study offers a comparative analysis of Shar? al-Kafraw? ?al? al-Ajurr?miyyah and al- Faw?kih al-J?niyyah ?al? Mutammimah al-Ajurr?miyyah, two seminal works that have shaped grammatical instruction for centuries. Although grounded in the same linguistic tradition, the two texts differ significantly in structure, explanatory style, and pedagogical orientation. This research examines how these differences can inform contemporary nahwu education by revealing the distinct cognitive roles each commentary plays. Using a qualitative, library-based comparative method, the study shows that Shar? al-Kafraw? provides foundational clarity suitable for early-stage learning, while al-Faw?kih al- J?niyyah promotes analytical depth and reflective reasoning. The findings further demonstrate that integrating both commentaries creates a balanced dual-phase instructional model that aligns naturally with modern educational frameworks such as Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The added value of this study lies in reframing classical texts as structured cognitive systems rather than merely historical references, highlighting their continued relevance for curriculum innovation—especially when enhanced through digital platforms such as the NIBS Center. Ultimately, this research asserts that classical nahwu commentaries remain pedagogically strategic tools capable of bridging traditional linguistic precision with the cognitive demands of 21st-century learning

    THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIOLOGICAL FACTORS, PARTY ID, EXPECTATION CONFLICT, AND CHECK AND BALANCES ON SPLIT TICKET VOTING BEHAVIOR IN BALI IN THE 2024 ELECTION

    The 2024 Indonesian general election, held on February 14, 2024, featured significant political shifts, particularly in the province of Bali. Historically, Bali has been a stronghold for the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), which has consistently supported its candidates in legislative and presidential elections since the introduction of direct elections in 2004. However, a surprising change emerged in 2024: although the PDI-P remained dominant in the legislative elections, its presidential candidate lost to the Prabowo-Gibran ticket. This study analyzes the factors behind voters' split-ticket voting behavior, which deviates from the usual voting patterns in Bali. Using four theoretical frameworks sociological theory, party identification (non-rational approach), expectation conflict, and checks and balances (rational approach) this research employs quantitative methods and logistic regression analysis with the backward Wald method to assess voter behavior. The findings indicate that sociological variables, particularly place of residence, education level, and gender, along with party identification, significantly influence split ticket voting. On the other hand, rational choice theory does not show a significant effect. These results indicate that non-rational factors remain more influential in shaping electoral decisions in Bali, challenging the application of rational choice theory in the Indonesian electoral context. This study suggests the need for alternative or expanded theoretical models to better capture the complexity of voter behavior in future Indonesian elections

    DISTINGSING BID’AH DAN BUDAYA LOKAL DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN DAN AL-SUNNAH

    This journal article discusses the distinction between bid'ah (innovation) and local culture from the perspective of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This study was motivated by the interaction between Islam and various local cultures, which often raises questions about their compatibility with Islamic teachings, where there are concerns that local traditions may obscure the purity of the teachings. The method used is qualitative with a thematic (maudhu'i) analysis approach to verses of the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as a literature study of the views of scholars. This study finds that bid'ah, which is essentially an innovation in worship that has no shar'i basis, is firmly rejected based on the principle of the perfection of Islam. Meanwhile, local culture ('urf) can be accommodated as long as it does not conflict with the principles of tawhid, sharia values, and qath'i arguments, and contains benefits. The distinction between bid'ah and tradition is not just a matter of terminology, but concerns a way of religious thinking that determines whether the ummah will be inclusive or exclusive towards social reality. By examining the arguments from the Qur'an and Hadith and understanding maq??id al-syar?‘ah, it appears that cultural innovations can be accepted in Islam if they fulfill the conditions of maslahat and do not violate sharia

    AYAT-AYAT TAJSIM DALAM WACANA PENAFSIRAN AL-QUR'AN

    This article will reveal the various methods of the interpreters in understanding the tajs?m verses, because in fact, as one of the topics in the Qur'an whose discussion area is related to the Islamic faith, the tajs?m verses continue to be discussed among the interpreters from classical times to contemporary times. Of course, from these discussions, various differences of opinion continue to be born regarding the views of the interpreters in understanding the tajs?m verses. The method used in the study is descriptive analysis with a library research approach which resulted in the conclusion that in understanding the tajs?m verses, the interpreters are divided into three schools of thought. First, the Salaf group or the al-Mufawwidzah school, namely the group that submits the entire meaning of the tajs?m verses to Allah SWT. Second, the Khalaf group or the al-Mu'awwilah school, namely the group that uses the takwil method in understanding the tajs?m verses. Third, the Moderate group or the al-Mutawassitin school, namely the group that chooses the middle way in understanding the tajs?m verses, in the sense that they accept the interpretation of the tajs?m verses if the result is not too contradictory to the scope of the meaning of the word, but if the interpretation of the word is too contradictory to the scope of the meaning of the word in question, they will choose to submit its meaning to Allah SWT as the belief of the Salaf group

    DILEMA MORAL MAHASISWI BERAGAMA ISLAM SEBAGAI PENIKMAT SERIAL BOYS’ LOVE DARI THAILAND

    The popularity of the Boys' Love (BL) series from Thailand has reached a global audience including Muslim women. This raises a moral dilemma felt by Muslim women due to their dual identity. The dual identity includes identity as a Muslim woman and identity as a connoisseur of the Boys' Love (BL) series from Thailand. The moral dilemma that occurs is certainly very related to the contradiction between their norms and preferences. The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the moral dilemma and also the effort to overcome the perceived moral dilemma and analyze the reasons and viewing behaviors shown for the preference as connoisseurs of the BL Thai series in Muslim female students at one of the public universities in Semarang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that: (1) The reasons why Muslim female students consume the Thai BL series are different from each other. (2) The behavior of Muslim female students watching the BL Thailand series is shown through the frequency of consumption of the BL Thai series to their interaction with the community. (3) There is an impact felt by Muslim female students as a result of enjoying the BL Thailand series. (4) The moral dilemma felt was guilt due to enjoying the BL Thailand series. (5) There are two efforts made to overcome moral dilemmas, namely by responding to the moral dilemma or avoiding the perceived moral dilemma.
