PSIKOTERAPI ISLAM UNTUK KORBAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA
Full text linkThis study is intended to determine the application of Islamic psychotherapy as a form of rehabilitation for victims of drug abuse at the Mutiara Lentera Mataram Mandatory Reporting Institution (IPWL), as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of Islamic psychotherapy at the Mutiara Lentera Mataram Mandatory Reporting Institution (IPWL).The research method used is qualitative research where data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation methods with 5 subjects consisting of 4 victims of drug abuse and 1 addiction counselor. The results of the study found that the application of Islamic psychotherapy at the Mutiara Lentera Mataram Mandatory Reporting Institution (IPWL) included applying congregational prayer, dhikr, proper ablution and learning to read the Qur'an as an effort to restore the cognitive, affective and psychomotor functions of victims of drug abuse. In addition, there are supporting factors for the implementation of Islamic psychotherapy including: family (parents, siblings, friends), the environment (community and IPWL officers) is a motivator that fosters confidence and enthusiasm in victims of drug abuse, while inhibiting factors such as mood when carrying out Islamic psychotherapy activities, lack of professionals in the field of Islamic psychotherapy who will help clients, hampered by client activities outside which sometimes interfere with the schedule of Islamic psychotherapy activities that have been determined.
Unlocking Auditor Potential: How Authentic Leadership Drives Work Engagement Through Meaning and Safety
Full text linkThis research is in the realm of management accounting with a focus on external auditor behavior as part of an organization's management control system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of authentic leadership on auditor work engagement through the mediating role of work meaning and psychological safety. This study was conducted on 130 external auditors working in various public accounting firms in East Java. A quantitative approach was used in this study with the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that authentic leadership has a significant effect on work meaning and psychological safety. These two mediating variables are then proven to have a positive effect on auditor work engagement. These findings provide theoretical contributions in expanding the management accounting literature, especially in the context of the influence of leadership behavior on psychological outcomes and non-financial performance of auditors. Practically, these results serve as an important reference for audit firm management in building a more authentic and supportive work culture in order to improve the performance and engagement of audit professionals. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of authentic leadership as a managerial strategy to strengthen the quality of human resources in the audit sector
PENDAMPINGAN BERBASIS EDUKASI DALAM MENCEGAH BAHAYA JUDI ONLINE BAGI GENERASI PEMUDA DI PAMEKASAN
Full text linkOnline gambling has emerged as a significant threat to youth in the digital era, particularly in regions with high internet penetration but low digital literacy. This community service program was conducted among the Salo’lo’ Youth Generation (Generasi Pemuda Salo’lo’/GPS) in Lawangan Daya Subdistrict, Pamekasan, aiming to enhance knowledge, digital skills, and critical awareness regarding the dangers of online gambling. The methods employed included interactive counseling sessions, group discussions, educational video screenings, digital literacy training, and simulations on identifying and reporting harmful content. Evaluation was carried out using pre- and post-tests as well as participant observation. The results revealed a substantial increase in participants’ understanding of various forms, patterns, and impacts of online gambling 90% of participants were able to identify types of digital gambling, 88% understood its psychological, social, and economic consequences, and 85% grasped its legal and religious implications. Participants' digital competence also improved, with 87% successfully distinguishing between legal and illegal sites and 82% capable of reporting harmful content through official channels. The active participation rate reached 92%, and the program produced additional outcomes, such as the formation of the Anti-Online Gambling Task Force (Kelompok Kerja Anti Judi Online/KKAJO) and the dissemination of digital campaign materials. These findings suggest that community-based educational approaches, reinforced by local cultural values, are effective in fostering youth resilience against the growing menace of online gambling
INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI AYAT MAKKIYAH DAN MADANIYAH DALAM MODEL DAKWAH DI PAMEKASAN
Full text linkThis study is motivated by the need to gain a deeper understanding of the main values of Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses in a socio-historical context and their relevance to the social, cultural, and religious dynamics of the Pamekasan community. The research problem focuses on how the values contained in these two types of verses can be adapted and implemented in local da'wah practices. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the main values of the Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses from a socio-historical perspective, (2) to analyze the relevance of these values to the social, cultural, and religious life of the Pamekasan community through Fazlur Rahman's double movement theory, and (3) to formulate theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a contextual and transformative model of local Islamic da'wah in Pamekasan. The approach used in this study is qualitative-descriptive with a hermeneutic-sociological paradigm. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies of classical and modern interpretations and literature, interviews with local religious and cultural figures, and observation of da'wah activities in various majelis taklim and Islamic boarding schools in Pamekasan. Data analysis was carried out using analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the Makkiyah verses emphasize the values of monotheism, justice, and spiritual liberation, while the Madaniyah verses emphasize aspects of law, social ethics, and community strengthening. These values are proven to be relevant in building an inclusive Pamekasan da'wah model, rooted in local culture and oriented towards peaceful Islamic social transformation
SELF-BRANDING STRATEGIES IN DIGITAL DA’WAH: A CASE STUDY OF GEN Z MUSLIM TIKTOK CREATOR @kadamsidik
Full text linkIn the digital age, the internet and social media play a very important role in spreading religious teachings, especially for Generation Z. The rise of various digital platforms provides new opportunities for preachers to spread their messages online, especially to Generation Z teenagers. Social media, such as TikTok, which is currently very popular among Gen Z, not only serves as entertainment but also as a source of knowledge. This study aims to identify opportunities, challenges, and effective da'wah strategies through TikTok. The method used in this study is qualitative, involving literature review and analysis of content from the TikTok account @kadamsidik00. Data collection was conducted by observing creator videos and relevant literature. The findings show that social media provides broad access and creative tools for delivering da'wah messages. However, there are considerable challenges, such as distractions from non-religious content, the influence of secularism and materialism, and cultural diversity. Effective da'wah strategies include creating creative and interesting content that is in line with the preferences of Gen Z. The implications of this study emphasize the importance for Islamic preachers and organizations to adapt their da'wah methods to be more relevant to the digital culture and platforms used by the younger generation

Full text linkThis research explores various issues of conspiracies carried out by the West against the Islamic world with a historical analytical approach such as the crusades and colonialism, as well as contemporary analysis, such as foreign policy that emerged after the declaration of war on terror following the September 11 2001 attacks. This journal uses the method of writing. qualitative, with a historical approach and descriptive analysis. The research results show that Western military and political domination in Muslim countries, which is reinforced by the narrative of global terrorism, worsens Muslims' perceptions of the West. Especially after the war on terror, Muslims view Western policies as an attempt to weaken Islamic political, social and cultural identity. The author suggests the need for a more balanced understanding of the relationship between the West and the Islamic world in a global context
Active Learning Strategy in Teaching Rhetoric to the Fourth Semester for the Department of Arabic Language Education at Al-Amien Islamic University
Full text linkOne of strategies that can create student activity is by emphasizing learning on students, This is called an active learning strategy. So that learning will not be boring because of the full involvement of students in the learning process. The Aims of this research are to determine the process of implementing the active learning strategy used and the factors that hinder and support the learning process of Balaghah students of Arabic Language Education semester IV 2022-2023. Researchers saw the activeness that occurred in students in learning Balaghah in Arabic Education students of IDIA Prenduan. Researchers want to know more about how to apply Balaghah learning so that it is not boring. This research is a qualitative descriptive with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation which used Millis and Huberman's analysis. The evidences and sources of this research were through the learning process in the class. This research showed that the Stategy of Active Learning which is applied by IDIA’s lecturer Prenduan. The course supervisor of Balaghah used by three methods there are: visual based instruction, discussi on class, dan everyone is teacher, With Power Point learning media and ended with an evaluation, namely providing examples related to the material as well as analyzing the Qur'an and giving motivation from lecturers to increase student enthusiasm for learning.Keywords: Strategy, Active Learning, Balaghah.
Tantangan dan Peluang Kontrak Istisna dalam Pembiayaan Perumahan Syariah di Indonesia
Full text linkThis study aims to examine the application of the Istisna contract in Islamic housing finance in Indonesia, and to identify the challenges and strategic efforts required for its effective implementation. A qualitative approach was employed through a literature review of relevant academic works, regulatory frameworks, and current practices in Islamic finance. The findings reveal that although Istisna holds significant potential as a Sharia-compliant alternative to conventional financing, its implementation faces numerous challenges. These include low public literacy in Islamic finance, inadequate regulatory infrastructure, and cultural resistance to non-conventional financing methods. Developers and consumers also encounter technical and legal obstacles, such as complex contractual arrangements and weak legal protections. Additionally, the lack of effective educational strategies and financial literacy initiatives further slows adoption. The study highlights the need for a multidimensional approach involving the integration of financial technology, regulatory strengthening, collaboration between developers and Islamic financial institutions, and the involvement of community leaders as agents of socialization. To foster the growth of Islamic housing finance based on Istisna, comprehensive policy interventions and institutional capacity building are essential. Contextual strategies that are responsive to local needs and foster synergy among stakeholders can position Istisna not only as a Sharia-compliant financing instrument but also as one that is adaptive to Indonesia’s socio-economic dynamics
MEMBANGUN EKOSISTEM PENDIDIKAN DIGITAL DI PESANTREN: BUKTI EMPIRIS DARI TMI AL-AMIEN PRENDUAN
Full text linkDigital transformation in education, including within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), represents a strategic response to the dynamics of globalization and the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study explores the underlying rationale, driving factors, and challenges in the use of information technology for educational services at Ma’had Tarbiyatul Mu’allimien Al-Islamiyah (TMI) Al-Amien Prenduan. Using a qualitative approach within an interpretive paradigm and a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and examined using an interactive analytical model. The findings indicate that the integration of technology through the Santri Administration System (SAS), Student Payment Center (SPC), and Teacher Administration System (SAG) has established a digital ecosystem that strengthens transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement, including parents. Key success factors include visionary leadership, human resource readiness, and adequate infrastructure, while challenges include digital literacy gaps and inconsistent system adoption among internal users. The study highlights the importance of collaboration among educators, institutional leaders, and policymakers in building an adaptive, inclusive, and technology-driven pesantren education system.
DEVELOPMENT OF A PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PJBL) METHOD USING GOOGLE MEET TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION SUBJECTS AT UPT SDN 064955 MEDAN AMPLAS
Full text linkThis research aims to: (1) determine the results of developing the Google Meet-based PjBL model used to improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at UPT SDN 064955 Medan Amplas, (2) ascertain the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed Google Meet-based PjBL learning model used to enhance student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at UPT SDN 064955 Medan Amplas. This research is a type of research and development. The development of the PjBL model used is adapted from the ADDIE model, which then consists of 8 stages, namely; (1) needs analysis, (2) initial prototype design, (3) validation, (4) revision, (5) limited trial, (6) revision, (7) extensive trial, (8) final product review. Research results; the development of the PjBL model has stages; (1) problem presentation, (2) planning and determining learning groups, (3) scheduling, (4) observing product creation, (5) assessment, (6) evaluation. Based on the results of expert validation and trials conducted on the developed product, it can be concluded that this assessment product meets very good criteria and has received a very feasible qualification
