Get PDFReligiosity is an essential entity of Indonesian society. Only 0.04% of Indonesians do not choose official religion. This religious fact gives the government confidence that religion is determinant in the lives of Indonesian people. Then, the government poured that belief in the Law on the National Education System (No. 20/2003) Article 12 Section 1a. But then it ran into a problematic crucial. Incorporating religion in education can provide hope for social cohesion and become a cornerstone of morality. Still, on the other hand, it can be a laboratory for the transmission of extremism. Therefore, the state policy in SISDIKNAS Article 12 Section 1a needs to be evaluated critically to understand and describe the substance of the policy, implementation, and impact, both planned and unplanned. For this purpose, this article tries to browse the literature to obtain the required data. This research provides some images. First, the Law generally has a positive substance but is very prone to causing social and legal problems caused by disproportionate and dilemmas derivatives of regulation. Second, the policy of religious rights and belief in the scope of education has not entirely led to the inclusive meaning of religion, resulting in several violations of human rights to the practice of exclusivism. Third, the orientation of religious significance can be the spirit of Indonesian national education

Get PDFDa'wah is one of the processes of the entry of Islam into Indonesia through culture, so the entry of Islam into Indonesia is quite short because the surrounding community is already attached to the local culture, so that the entry of Islam is subtle without going through violence, because Islam itself respects the pluralism of a society. Human relations with da'wah also study about humans and all the culture they have, humans are social beings while da'wah is the object. One example of da'wah combined with culture by Wali Songo is the Durma song "Tiger" which was created by Sunan Bonang. The researcher chose to examine the content of da'wah in the macopat tradition because it is still not revealed about the content of da'wah in a culture, including the macopat tradition. This study aims to determine the types of macopat in the hamlet of Moralas and the message of da'wah contained in the macopat tradition. This research method uses qualitative research and the type of research used is ethnographic type. Ethnography is a series of research activities to understand how people interact and work together through daily life observations to find out the message of da'wah in the macopat tradition in the hamlet of morality, Karduluk village. There are four types of macopat traditions that are still alive and thriving in Moralas hamlet, Macopat mi'rad, Macopat nurbuwat, Macopat pandawa, Macopat agung-agung. the content of macopat contains da'wah in the macopat tradition in the hamlet of Moralas, namely regarding advice on the obligation to keep promises and intentions, the obligation to be grateful, seize the state and promote religion, the obligation to protect the youngest brother and provide annual expenditure (nyalenin), preach on goodness and also advises about retribution for his good and bad behavior like torment in hell. While the implementation of the macopat tradition preaches the importance of deliberation, strengthens friendly relations and creates warmth in togetherness, one cannot be separated from responsibility and how to give alms without having to be asked, respecting elders, praying at night is the right time and in it there are time that is istijabah and includes da'wah that involves direct behavior or is called da'wah bil hal because it is an example or role model. This research produces several important points about monotheism education in the story of Prophet Ibrahim according to Quraish Shihab in Tafsir al-Miá¹£hbÄh. Penilitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang pandangan Wahbah al-Ẓuhailî terhadap Islam moderat mengenai akidah Islam dan sosial dalam hubungan antar umat beragama. Menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan kajian kitab Tafsir al-Munîr karya Wahbah al-Ẓuhailî dengan mengklasifikasi ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan tema kajian penelitian diantaranya QS al-Baqarah (2): 143, 256, 62, QS al-Kahfi (18): 29, QS. al-Kâfirûn (109): 6, QS. Al-Rûm (30): 30, QS. al-Mumtah}anah (60): 8-9, QS al-an’âm (6): 108. Adanya moderasi dalam pandangan Wahbah tentang akidah dan sosial dalam hubungan antar umat beragama meliputi; [1] kebebasan menemukan kebenaran yang tetap didasari kendali wahyu tanpa adanya pemaksaan. [2] penekanan toleransi dalam menghargai eksistensi agama lain tanpa mencampuradukkan akidah dan justifikasi membenarkan ajarannya.Kata Kunci: Islam Moderat, Wahbah al-Ẓuhailî, Tafsir al-Munîr

Get PDFThis article reveals the perception of the residents of MTs Al-A'dhami Sendang Pragaan Sumenep school towards the leadership of the Head of the Sumenep Ministry of Religion Office in managing education in Sumenep district. This research uses qualitative methods, case studies. From the research process, it was found that the residents of the MTs Al-A'dhami Sendang Pragaan Sumenep school had positive and negative perceptions of the leadership of the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Sumenep. This perception is based on the stimulus received by the five senses of the school community. Even though the two perceptions, especially the negative ones, are often caused by the ignorance of the school community about this.Â

Kompolan juga bagian tradisi keagamaan yang didalamnya terdapat aktivitas spiritualitas dan ritualitas keagamaan. Aktivitas Kompolan ini menjadi media penting bagi transformasi nilai-nilai agama di masyarakat Prenduan. Aktivitas ini berkembang pesat dan mengakar kuat pada masyarakat Madura terutama di Desa Prenduan. Kompolan adalah pertemuan antara sesama laki-laki atau dengan sesama perempuan. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara bergiliran dari satu rumah ke rumah lainnya yang di mulai dari hal-hal ritual keagamaan seperti doa-doa pembuka, bacaan surat Yaasin, Tahlilan, arisan atau ceramah agama dan pengajian kemudian ada bacaan tertentu dan do’a sebagai penutup. Rangkaian acara tersebut selalu dipimpin oleh tokoh agama, kyai atau nyai sebagai ketua Kompolan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis filsafat eksistensialisme Soren Kierkegaard. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan studi literatur yang dibatasi dengan hal-hal yang hanya memiliki relevansi dengan penelitian ini. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat Prenduan yang dibagi menjadi ketua Kompolan keagamaan (Tokoh Agama) dan peserta Kompolan keagamaan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat beragam tradisi Kompolan keagamaan di Prenduan yang dijelaskan dibagian pembahasan oleh peneliti, dan motivasi masyarakat Prenduan dalam mengikuti tradisi Kompolan keagamaan, yaitu ; sebagai bentuk religiusitas, interaksi sosial, dan nilai ekonomi. Adapun Kompolan keagamaan dalam perspektif Eksistensialisme memiliki keterkaitan dengan pemikiran Soren Kierkegaard yaitu dalam Wilayah Estetis, Etis, dan Religius

Along the times flow and many problems of life, Moslem society always do some efforts to make al-Qur’an as a media to solve their problems of life that it may come from a massive group or community or personal, not only a guideline of law and worship. Among the efforts to make al-Qur’an as media of problem solving in Moslem life is Mokka’ Oghem by using Al-Anbiya’. Al-Anbiya’ is a book that consists of the stories of prophets and preceding Moslems that has been told in al-Qur’an and tafsir . The tradition of Mokka’ Oghem has been used by Moslem society of Sumenep as the way to make a decision or istikhara when they face any problems or difficult choises.Many people give positif respond to the result of istikhara oghem, it's known when they help each other when one of them have any problem so that they attend oghem. The research findings show that the teacher's emotional intelligence has been able to shape the personality of students at MA Al-Amien I Prenduan, this is because teachers often become figures/examples for their students, but in forming the personality of students, they still experience several obstacles, including from students, discipline and educators

No full textThis research article examines the method of authenticity of the hadith "al-mustadrak" in the book of al-mustadrak 'ala sahihain. The research method used is the library research method, namely research carried out through collecting data or scientific writings that are literary in nature to solve a particular problem or study. The focus and purpose of this research is to know and describe a brief biography of Imam al-Hakim Al-Naysaburi, and to know the method of authenticity of the hadith "al-mustadrak" in the book of al-mustadrak 'ala sahihain. The results of the study show that first, Imam al-Hakim Al-Naysaburi is a person who studies hadith which in the course of his life which lasted for approximately 84 years, al-Hakim has made many contributions in the field of hadith through his monumental work al-Mustadrak 'ala Shahihain. Second, in determining the validity of the hadith, al-Hakim uses a pure method of ijtihad reasoning and divides the concept of ijtihad into four points of view, namely: (1) judging from the criteria for the validity of the hadith; (2) seen from the classification of hadith; (3) seen from the approach of sanad and matan status; and (4) seen from the standard of determining the validity of the hadith
