    DEMOKRASI DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: KONSEP DAN IMPLEMENTASI

    Democracy in Islamic education is an essential concept in creating an inclusive and participatory learning environment. This study aims to analyze the concept of democracy in Islamic education and its implementation in various educational contexts. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach. Data is collected from various sources, including books, scientific journals, and academic articles relevant to the research topic. The findings indicate that democracy in Islamic education is rooted in the principles of justice, deliberation, and respect for individual rights. Islam encourages active student participation in the learning process, provides freedom of thought, and emphasizes the importance of dialogue and deliberation in decision-making. The implementation of democracy in Islamic education can be observed in various learning models that involve students, such as group discussions, problem-based learning, and constructivist approaches. Nevertheless, challenges in applying democracy in Islamic education persist, including cultural aspects, educational policies, and the authoritarian approach that remains dominant in some educational institutions. Therefore, comprehensive strategies are needed to ensure that democratic values in Islamic education can be effectively applied, resulting in individuals who are critical, independent, and responsible.

    COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE STUDENT MOVEMENT IN TIANANMEN 1989 AND INDONESIA 1998 ACCORDING TO COMPARATIVE POLITICAL HISTORY IN THE REVIEW OF ISLAMIC VALUES

    This article discusses political comparisons of social and political movements in China, namely the Beijing Tiananmen tragedy in 1989 and the May 1998 tragedy in Indonesia. This analysis is seen from aspects of the country’s government system, political and party system, and the implications of the demonstration results. China is a republic with a communist system, while Indonesia is a democracy with a presidential system. These two countries have different political systems, with China using a party political system, namely the Chinese Communist Party, while Indonesia has a multi-party political system. The data used in this research comes from secondary data, specifically through the historical comparison method, which was collected from various previous literature sources, namely websites, historical archives, and research validation journals. This article uses a social and political movement theory perspective. The research results show differences in social and political movements in China and Indonesia, according to the conclusion of the analysis.

    Budaya populer merupakan salah satu bentuk berkembnagnya teknologi dan media massa. Budyaa populer salah satu elemen yang masuk dalam setiap aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam pendidikan. Pesantren adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang terkena dampak dari budaya populer, baik dari  segi resisten dan adaptasinya. Dalam hal ini pesantren berupaya untuk melakukan resistensi sebagai bentuk dari ketahanan lembaga terhadap pengaruh budaya yang negatif, serta pesantren juga melakukan adaptasi sebagai bentuk respon pesantren terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan media massa agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Lembaga TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep Madura. Fukus penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan maksud peneliti ingin mencapai dua fokus penelitian, yaitu bagaimana bentuk resistensi dan adaptasi pesantren dalam menghadapi budaya populer. hasil dari observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi yang telah peneliti lakukan, penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa bentuk resistensi pesantren dalam menghadapi budaya populer dilakukan dengan pembatasan akses media sosial, penoloakan terhadap busana yang tidak sesuai syari’at Islam, dan penekakan terhadap tradisi Agama. Sedangkan adaptasi yang dilakukan pesantren dalam menghadapi budaya populer dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pendidikan multimedia Islami, pemberian ruang bagi kesenian (kegiatan kreatif), serta penggunaan teknologi dan internet.

    This study falls within the domain of public sector accounting, emphasizing transparency and accountability in the management of local government finances. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the implementation of the Regional Financial Information System (SIKD), human resource (HR) competencies, and internal supervision on the quality of local government financial reports in East Java Province. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 150 civil servants (ASN) working in the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD), the Regional Inspectorate, and financial staff in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). The sample was determined purposively based on criteria such as direct involvement in financial management and reporting and at least one year of experience using SIKD. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and significance testing through t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that the implementation of SIKD, HR competencies, and internal supervision have a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports, both partially and simultaneously. These findings contribute significantly to the strengthening of local financial governance and provide a basis for policymakers to improve the quality of public financial reporting. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of system integration, capacity building of human resources, and effective internal supervision as key determinants of accountable and transparent local government financial reporting

    KAJIAN HIRARKI KEBUTUHAN DAN AKTUALISASI DIRI PADA ANAK KORBAN BLENDED PARENTING

    This article examines the forms of fulfilling the hierarchy of needs in blended parenting children and identifies the factors that influence their self-actualisation from the perspective of Abraham Maslow's self-actualisation theory. This research aims to understand how children who are victims of blended parenting in Bluto sub-district, Sumenep district. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type was used to explore children's subjective experiences in the context of blended parenting, which involves various authority figures in the family. The main data sources include child victims, parents and caregivers who apply blended parenting. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research findings show that although the children of Blended Parenting victims are not always under the direct care of biological parents, their needs in Maslow's hierarchy of needs are still fulfilled by parents. However, in some cases, children felt that the fulfilment of their psychological needs was less than optimal, especially when under the care of caregivers. In addition, children who are cared for by biological parents achieve self-actualisation faster due to more stable and consistent care. The main challenge lies in the instability of children's emotional development due to differences in parenting methods between biological parents and caregivers.

    The Objectivation of Qur'anic Values in Strengthening Students' Religious Character in Islamic Education Institutions

    The phenomenon of adolescent moral decline in the midst of globalization and digitalization poses a significant challenge for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, particularly tahfidz-based madrasahs. This condition demands the presence of strong Islamic leadership that not only manages administratively but also inspires and nurtures a religious culture within the school environment. This study aims to explore the implementation of Islamic leadership in realizing a religious school culture at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfidz Al Qur'an Al Islami, Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as documentation analysis of religious programs and institutional policies. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation and credibility checks were employed to ensure data validity. The results of this study indicate that the religious school culture at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfidz Al Qur'an Al Islami is strongly shaped through worship habit programs, the principle of deliberation in leadership, and the internalization of Qur'anic values in the curriculum and daily activities. Theoretically, these findings reinforce organizational culture theory and transformational leadership theory, which emphasize the importance of consistency in values, role modeling, and collective participation in shaping individual character. This study also affirms the concept of hidden curriculum and continuous spiritual values-based character education

    ANALISIS PERAN DISIPLIN KERJA DOSEN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS MADURA

    This study aims to analyze the role of work discipline of lecturers teaching Pancasila Education courses at the University of Madura based on student perceptions. Lecturer work discipline is an important factor that affects the quality of the learning process and student motivation in attending lectures. This study uses a descriptive approach with an in-depth study of five lecturers who teach in various faculties, namely the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Agriculture. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations, then analyzed thematically to identify patterns and meanings of student experiences related to lecturers' work disciplines. The results of the study show that lecturers' work discipline includes punctuality, material readiness, responsiveness to students, and consistency in evaluation which directly impacts learning effectiveness. Student perceptions confirm that disciplined lecturers motivate them to be more active and serious in participating in the learning process. Although there are obstacles such as administrative burdens that affect the consistency of lecturer discipline, lecturers' commitment to work discipline still has a significant positive impact. This study recommends that educational institutions provide adequate support to lecturers in managing workload and developing policies that encourage the implementation of optimal work discipline. Further studies are suggested to expand the scope of the sample and use data triangulation to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that affect lecturers' work discipline and their impact on the quality of education.

    This study explores how the community of Sidorejo Village responds to early childhood social media addiction. The research is motivated by the increasing use of platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, which can impact children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through interviews and participatory observation involving parents, educators, and community leaders. Findings indicate that parents take active steps to limit screen time, foster positive communication, and model responsible digital behavior. Children also face internal conflict between their desire to use social media and the boundaries set by adults. The study concludes that collaboration among families, schools, and the local community, along with early digital literacy education, is crucial

    This article describes the formation of organizational communication of PT PLN UIT JBB to make a Srikandi program that is the result of the alignment of Community Empowering and Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL). This shows the participation of women in achieving the performance of a company. Of course this encourages the involvement of women in the issues to be studied because it illustrates the role and gender equality in a company and organization. This study aims to identify how Community Empowering PT PLN (Persero) UIT JBB empowers women through the UMKM program in Depok City and the impacts arising from the UMKM program on the economy of women in Depok City. This study uses the ACTORS theory by Cook & Macaulay as a concept for the implementation of Community Empowering and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method and thematic data analysis. In collecting data, this study uses in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were Mrs. Dhini as the TJSL Division of PT PLN (Persero) UIT JBB and Single Parents. The results of the study illustrate that MSMEs run through PT PLN's Community Empowering are able to become an effort for women to improve the economy and end marginalization of women, especially in the realm of work.

    KONSEP KEBAHAGIAAN MENURUT PERSPEKTIF PSIKOLOGI ISLAM DAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAI

    Gap between the reality of psychological problems in the field and the potential solutions offered by the concept of happiness from Islamic Psychology, then this study becomes very important to do. The purpose of this research is to analyze in depth how the concept of happiness according to the perspective of Islamic Psychology and explore its concrete implications in designing effective PAI learning models or strategies to improve the psychological and spiritual well-being of learners. This study uses the method of library research (library research) which is carried out by peroses search, analyze, and interpret various sources and Related Literature. The results of an in-depth analysis of the concept of happiness according to the perspective of Islamic Psychology that happiness can be obtained through good religious education because it becomes a source of values and strong life guidance for students, which ultimately contributes to self-confidence and understanding of themselves so as to make their lives happy. and effective PAI learning models or strategies to improve the psychological and spiritual well-being of learners. Islamic religious education must be able to create a balance between aspects of ruhiyyah (spiritual) and jasadiyyah (physical). In the context of PAI materials, its educational values should be realized in the practice of everyday life and by example from teachers. In addition, comfort-based PAI materials are also needed with the aim of teaching students to love religious teachings without coercion, such as the teachings of compassion and forgiveness.
