No full textAbstrak:Krisis akhklak masih menjadi persoalan serius bangsa ini. Berbagai berita, baik yang dirilis media cetak maupun Elektronik, mewartakan semakin merosotnya moralitas anak bangsa. Itu bisa kita lihat dengan maraknya perkelahian atau tawuran entah antar manusiawi, maupun antar mahasiswa, seperti sudah membudaya, dan intensitasnya cukup tinggi. Dan tidak hanya pendidikan akhlak anak saja yang di perhatikan oleh imam Al-Ghazali melainkan pendidikan guru juga sangat diperhatikan oleh imam Al- Ghazali sehingga seorang guru pun harus menjadi contoh yang baik pada anak-anaknya. Dan agar guru tidak asal mendidik peserta didiknya dengan cara asal-asalan atau cara yang salah, yakni dalam pemberian sanksi atau hukuman lainnya. Salah satu komponen pendidikan yang mempunyai peran signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan adalah guru. Bagiamana konsep pendidikan akhalak menurut Imam Al-Ghazali dalam pembentukan akhlak yang positif bagi peserta didik? Usaha secara sungguh-sungguh dan berkelanjutan dalam mendorong jiwa masnuia untuk berakhlakul karimah, sehingga terbentuklah Akhlakaul karimah pada diri manusia tersebut. Tugas-tugas seorang peserta didik untuk membentuk akhlak yang positif, Mendahulukan kescuian jiwa dari akhlak yang hina dan sifat-sifat yang tercela. Karena ilmu adalah ibdahnya hati, shalatnya sir dan pendekatan batin kepada allah Ta’ala. belas kasih kepada orang-orang yang belajar dan memperlakukan mereka seperti memperlakukan anak-anaknya. segala sesuatu yang menjadi milikmu sebelum mati adalah masuk duniamu, kecuali ilmu, menjadi milikmu sebelum mati adalah masuk duniamu, kecuali ilmu, dan apa yang ada diatasnya.Abstract:The moral crisis is still a serious problem for this nation. Various news, both published in print and electronic media, proclaim the declining morality of the nation's children. We can see that by the rise of fights or brawls, whether between humans or between students, as if it has become a culture, and the intensity is quite high. And it is not only the moral education of children that is noticed by Imam Al-Ghazali but teacher education is also very much considered by Imam Al-Ghazali so that a teacher must also be a good example to his children. And so that teachers do not just educate their students in a perfunctory way or the wrong way, namely in giving sanctions or other punishments. One component of education that has a significant role in the world of education is the teacher. How is the concept of moral education according to Imam Al-Ghazali in the formation of positive morals for students? A serious and sustainable effort in encouraging the human soul to have good character, so that morality is formed in the human being. The duties of a student are to form positive morals, prioritize the purity of the soul from low morals and despicable traits. Because knowledge is the worship of the heart, the prayer sir and the inner approach to Allah Ta'ala. compassion for those who study and treat them as they would their children. Everything that belongs to you before death enters your world, except knowledge, what belongs to you before death is entered into your world, except knowledge and what is above it

Get PDFThis paper aims to describe the optimize the function of zakat collection unit (UPZ) in maximizing the performance of BAZNAS City of Malang according to BAZNAS Rule Number 2 of 2016. This research includes empirical legal research using a sociological juridical approach. Data collecting done by structured interviews and documentation and than analyzed by data reduction, data presentatiton and conclusions/verification. The results of this research that the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) which is under the auspices of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Malang City carries out its duties and functions in broad outline in accordance with BAZNAS Rule Number 2 of 2016 concerning Formation and Work Procedures Zakat Collection Unit. Each UPZ has its own methods and methods in collecting or distributing zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Malang City recognizes the performance of the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) to help Malang City BAZNAS in maximizing BAZNAS performance, especially in the distribution of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds to those who are entitled to receive them

Oleh karena itu, tahun 1929 melalui Is yang diundangkan dalam stbl no. 212 hukum Islam dicabut dalam tata hukum Hindia Belanda, karena Belanda ingin menguatkan kekuasannya di Nusantara ini serta ingin menjauhkan pengaruh Islam dengan cara menghapuskan hukum Islam. Faktor sosial budaya juga mempunyai pengaruh penting dalam perkembangan hukum Islam di Indonesia, dalam kenyataannya telah mewarnai produk-produk pemikiran hukum Islam, baik yang berbentuk kitab fikih, peraturan perundang-undangan, keputusan pengadilan, maupun fatwa-fatrwa ulama. Hukum Islam dalam kenyataan yang sebenarnya adalah produk pemikiran hukum Islam yang merupakan hasil interaksi antara ulama sebagai pemikir dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Meskipun al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah mempunyai aturan yang bersifat hukum, tetapi jumlahnya sangat sedikit di banding dengan jumlah persoalan hidup yang memerlukan ketentuan hukum, terutama dalam bidang muamalah yang belakangan ini jumlahnya meningkat pesat. Status hukum Islam dalam tata hukum di Indonesia secara yuridis formal masih lemah karena hanya Instruksi Presiden dan pemberlakuannya hanya bersifat fakultatif tidak bersifat imperatif

So that companies must pay attention to their employees so that employees work optimally and have a high organizational commitment to the company. With high organizational commitment, employees will not easily leave the company, this is an advantage for the company because it reduces recruitment costs. For this reason, the company must have a strong organizational culture and continuously improve employee job satisfaction. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample because all the population is sampled. Saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The unit of analysis used in this study is the employee at Asela Restaurant. Namely as many as 64 employees who will be the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study was carried out with 2 types of analysis, namely Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The result of this research is that the first is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and the second is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance
ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIABEL EKONOMI MAKRO TERHADAP BESARNYA JUMLAH PENERIMAAN ZAKAT DI BADAN AMIL ZAKAT NASIONAL (BAZNAS) PUSAT TAHUN 2014 – 2018
Get PDFIndonesia actually has very big zakat potensial reaching 217 trilion rupiah. This huge potential is equivalent to 3.4% of Indonesia’s GDP in 2010. The large potential of zakat can be a solution to overcome poverty in Indonesia. One of the factors that influence zakat receipt in indonesia is the macroeconomic factor. However, this potential still tends not to have a positive impact on the macro economy and overall poverty reduction in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the impact of macroeconomic factors in the form of inflation, BI-Rate, Profit sharing ratio,exchange rate and the amount of money in circulation against zakat receipts in the Central national amil zakat agency (BAZNAS). This research is quantitative using secondary data. The data used are sourced from BAZNAS, Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2014-2018. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously, inflation, BI Rate, profit sharing ratio, exchange rate and the amount of money in circulation (M2) have an effect on the amount of zakat receipts in Indonesia. But partially, the ratio for the result is not affects the amount of zakat receipts in Indonesia. In contras to inflamation, the BI-Rate and exchanged rate has a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, the amount of money in circulation has a positive and significant effect on zakat aceptance in the central national amil zakat agency (BAZNAS) 2014-2018

There are at least two attitudes taken by pesantren in the face of globalization; reject the principle of globalization, and accommodate and selectively for the essence of globalization while maintaining the principles of Islamic values. They are many steps must be taken immediately through by pesantren: improving the quality of the Kiai's leadership orientation and the orientation of the quality of Islamic boarding school education in the face of globalization. This research is a library research. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership orientation of the kiai in the era of globalization and how the idealization of the orientation of pesantren education in the globalization. The results of this study is: First, Kiai's leadership orientation is based on: (1) orientation to produce the thought (2) orientation to creating relationships, and (3) orientation to the formation of work quality.
