EFEKTIVITAS COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY DALAM MENGATASI BODY DISSATISFACTION
Get PDFAbstrakTingginya tingkat body dissatistifaction yang banyak dialami oleh perempuan, perlu adanya kajian yang mendalam dalam mengatasi masalah terebut. Perempuan yang mengalami body dissatisfaction akan memiliki harga diri yang rendah, menderita gangguan makan dan depresi. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan cara menggunakan cognitive behavior therapy. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengatahui efektivitas cognitive behavior therapy dalam mengatasi Body Dissatisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitain kuantitatif dengan experimental design subjek tunggal, maka subjek penelitian ini adalah satu perempuan yang mengalami body dissatisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Behavior Therapy berpengaruh dalam menurunkan tingkat body dissatisfaction yang dialami subjek, Hal itu dilihat dari persentase overlap sebesar 0% pada perbandingan A1/A2 dan B1/B2. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Behavior Therapy efektif terhadap perempuan yang memiliki kecenderungan body dissatisfaction. Â

No full textMemahami ayat al-Qur’an yang mengandung perumpamaan bukanlah perkara mudah untuk dipahami dengan jelas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isi pesan yang akan disampaikan bersifat sangat penting. Begitu pula mengenai perumpamaan pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW yang diberikan Allah SWT kepada Rasul-Nya. Pengikut tersebut memiliki potensi iman yang luar biasa hebat dan kuat nya bagai tanaman yang mengeluarkan tunas, sehingga tumbuh subur dan kokoh. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan Al-Qurá¹ubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî tentang karakteristik pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam surat al-Fath ayat 29 serta bagaimana pandangan Al-Qurá¹ubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî tentang perumpamaan karakteristik pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam surat al-Fath ayat 29. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (studi pustaka). Menurut pandangan  Al-Qurá¹ubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî memberikan karakteristik terhadap pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW yaitu mereka menyikapi orang kafir dengan bersikap keras, layaknya seekor singa yang menemui mangsanya, dan bersikap lembut terhadap sesama muslim, dan memperbanyak ibadah sholat untuk mendekatkan diri dan dan meraih ridhaNya. Sedangkan perumpamaan pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW menurut Al-Qurá¹ubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî ialah seperti benih yang tumbuh kemudian menjadi tunas dan membentuk akar tanaman yang kuat

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Get PDFThe  results  of  the  company's  work  will  depend  on  the  results  of  the performance of its employees. The company will try to improve the performance of its employees by encouraging its employees to work optimally with one way, namely  the  provision of  compensation.  This  is  in  accordance  with  the  theory which  says  that  satisfaction  with  compensation  can  affect  employee  behavior  to work more enthusiastically and spur high performance. This  research  is  classified  as  explanatory  research  with  a  quantitative approach.  The  sample  used  was  64  respondents  with  saturated  sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, namely collecting data using a questionnaire.  The  data  analysis  used  is  Multiple  Linear  Regression  with  SPSS version 21 tool. The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  compensation  is  able  to  have  a positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a  significance  value  of  0.000 which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive  coefficient  value  of  0.698.  Job satisfaction  is  able  to  have  a  positive  impact  on  employee  performance,  with  a significance  value  of  0.000  which  means  below  0.05  and  has  a  positive coefficient value of 0.522. Compensation is able to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a positive coefficient value of 1.334. and Compensation has a positive effect on employee  performance  with  Job  Satisfaction  as  an intervening  variable,  with  a significance value of 0.000 which means below 0.05 and has a calculated F value of 5486.521 which means above F table is 2.36.Â

The problem occurs when looking at the field are many of the children with special needs Deaf who still lack vocabulary so that in communicating sometimes children with special needs Deaf is experiencing obstacles in expressing something they want to express but do not know what vocabulary they will express. From some of the research focus above, there are several achievement objectives in the research that will be studied by researchers: 1. To learn more in depth how the teacher in applying nonverbal communication model for children with special deaf need in developing communication skill at SLB Asih Mulya in Pamekasan. 2. To learn more deeply the forms of nonverbal communication applied in SLB Asih Mulya in Pamekasan. 3. To know the inhibiting factors in the application of nonverbal communication model. Based on the title of this study, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, with data collection procedures using observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. And using data analysis techniques Miles and Hubberman. The researchers take the following conclusions in the application of nonverbal communication model of teachers to children with special deaf needs in the development of communication skills. Namely Some application of nonverbal communication model applied by teachers for children with special deaf need include: Sign language, and Fig. While the forms of nonverbal communication provided to children with special needs deaf: facial, hand, oral, articulation in the mention of vocabulary, lip motion, some kind of miniature of the original objects.Â
THE INFLUENCE OF TRUST, RISK AND MOTIVATION ON THE INTENTION TO USE THE SHOPEE BLESSING APPLICATION WITH EXPERIENCE AS A MODERATION VARIABLE
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to find out whether trust affects the intention to use the shopee blessing application, whether risk affects the intention to use the shopee blessing application, and whether motivation affects the intention to use the shopee blessing application. Then the researcher added experience as a moderation variable in the study that can moderate trust, risk, and motivation towards the intention of using the shopee blessing application. This study uses the UTAUT2 theory which explains the extent of the difference between the intention to use and the actual use of technology by consumers. To obtain research data, researchers shared a questionnaire by selecting a Likert scale as a measurement, using the STATA version 16 application as data analysis. To see the results of the study, researchers used moderated regression analysis (MRA). From the results of the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded, that the trust variable affects the intention to use and the experience can moderate the trust in the intention to use the shopee blessing application, the risk variable does not affect the intention to use nor can the experience moderate the risk to the intention to use the blessing shoppe application, and the motivation variable does not affect the intention to use the blessing shoppe application, and the motivation variable does not affect the intention to use but experience can moderate motivation towards the intention of using the blessings

The problems that are the focus of this research are: How is the implementation of cadre education at the Institute for Cadre of Imams and Dai (eLKID) Islamic Center Wadi Mubarak Megamendung Bogor? and What is the role of Ustadz in the implementation of cadre education at the Islamic Center Wadi Mubarak Megamendung Bogor Cadre of Imam and Dai (eLKID) Institute? This research uses a case study qualitative research approach. Through interviews, observation and documentation. From this method, then the researcher analyzed with data reduction, then presented and concluded the conclusion. The subjects of this research were obtained from the leaders and carers of the institution and several Ustadz who were actively teaching at the institution. For data validity, researchers used source triangulation and methods of comparing the results of interviews with observations and documentation. Ustadz The role in the implementation of cadre education includes education, cultivating, guiding, guiding, being role models, mentoring and supervision for 24 hours a day.Â

What are supporting and inhibiting factors of internalizing religious values through exemplary and habituation method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school. This research used qualitative approach, informan of this research are principal, master of classes, and students of Ad-Dzikir. Data collection technique used are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result showed that the process of internalizing religious values through exemplary method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school are ilahiyah values, insaniyah values, akhlaq values. The teacher behavior as role models are: discipline, on time both in school or class, appreciated students tasks, became imam when dhuhur prayer, assertive, gave advice and motivation. The process of internalizing religious values through  habituation method in Ad-dzikir Pragaan elementary school are time, condition and program habituation. Â
