Pengaruh Pendapatan dan Altruisme terhadap Pembayaran Zakat dengan Moderasi Religiusitas di Lembaga Amil Zakat
Zakat is an Islamic financial instrument that plays a crucial role in wealth distribution and poverty alleviation. However, in Indonesia, the level of participation by muzakki through official zakat institutions remains relatively low. This study examines the influence of income and altruism on zakat payment decisions, considering religiosity as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through a survey of 51 purposively selected respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results indicate that income significantly affects zakat payment decisions, while altruism does not have a significant impact; religiosity strengthens the effect of income but does not moderate the relationship between altruism and zakat decisions. These findings highlight the importance of the spiritual dimension in encouraging zakat compliance and provide a basis for zakat institutions to develop educational and spiritual strategies aimed at enhancing zakat collection more effectively
DAMPAK MEDIA TERHADAP ASUMSI MASYARAKAT STUDI KASUS GOLONGAN BA’ALAWI DI INDONESIA
This research discusses the dynamics of public perception towards the Ba'alawi group in Indonesia in the context of social media development and changes in the paradigm of religious authority. The Ba'alawi group claims direct descent from the Prophet Muhammad through a lineage connected to Ahmad al-Muhajir. This claim has been accepted for centuries with little challenge; however, it now faces serious challenges, particularly in the digital age. Social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram have become open spaces for the public to question the validity of the lineage, the style of preaching, and the symbolic authority of this group. The research employs a qualitative approach with techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation to provide an in-depth description of the public's response to this issue. The findings indicate a shift from traditional reverence towards critical evaluation based on academic assessments and empirical evidence, such as DNA testing and historical studies. Polarization has emerged from various groups, including pesantren, academics, and the younger generation, which exhibit more moderate and rational attitudes. Furthermore, the conflict surrounding Ba'alawi is not solely theological but is also closely linked to social-political dynamics and the struggle for authority within contemporary Muslim society. This research emphasizes the importance of digital literacy, inclusive preaching, and a scientific dialogical approach to alleviate tension and maintain social cohesion. In conclusion, social media plays a significant role in reshaping public perceptions of religious authority and Ba'alawi lineage, as well as being a key factor in the transformation of religious identity in the era of globalization
Dualism Of Halal Fatwa Institutions On The Self-Declare Mechanism
Halal Product Guarantee in Indonesia has gone through various of regulation changes starting from KMA No. 518 and 519 of 2001 to Law No. 33 of 2014 then updated in the cluster of law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation and most recently is Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 as the basis for the halal certification self-declaration mechanism for micro and small enterprises (MSEs). However, this rule change and creates the impression of dualism institution between the Fatwa Committee and MUI Fatwa Commission in the process of determining the halal fatwa of a product. So this paper focuses on the study of institutional dualism in issuing halal fatwa statements on the halal certification self-declaration mechanism. This research is classified as a library study (library research) with the main source a document of Himpunan Hasil Ijtima' Ulama Fatwa Commission throughout Indonesia VIII -2024. The results of this study show that the existence of the Fatwa Committee in the self-declaration mechanism makes institutional dualism in issuing halal fatwa. Where previously halal fatwa was only issued by MUI then certified by BPJPH
The History of The Emergence of The Arabic Language and Its Development: A Historical Analytical Study
This study presents a comprehensive historical-analytical review of the emergence and development of the Arabic language. Its aim to investigates the historical emergence and development of the Arabic language by systematically reviewing primary philological sources and secondary literature using a library research method within an analytical historical framework. It traces the position of Arabic within the Semitic language family, outlines the early phases of its development in the pre-Islamic period, and investigates the impact of the revelation of the Quran on the standardization and codification of the language. Building on this historical trajectory, the analysis shows that the expansion of the Islamic empire broadened the functions of Arabic, transforming it into a medium of administration, scholarship, and culture enriched through contact with diverse civilizations. Employing a library research method, the study qualitatively analyzes philological sources, the study highlights the period of stagnation following the fall of Baghdad and the subsequent revival during the Nahdah era, marked by lexical renewal and the revitalization of linguistic institutions. The findings indicate that the development of Arabic has not proceeded in a linear manner, but through recurring patterns of adaptation shaped by social, political, religious, and intellectual factors. Overall, this study emphasizes the resilience of the Arabic language and underscores its continued relevance in navigating modern sociocultural dynamics
MODEL DAKWAH DIGITAL INOVATIF: PERAN KOMUNITAS @MUSLIMSUPPORTMUSLIM DALAM MEMBANGUN MOTIVASI IBADAH GENERASI Z
Muslim Generasi Z yang hidup di era digital dengan berbagai distraksi teknologi, dikenal sebagai generasi digital sangat familiar dengan media sosial sebagai salah satu alat utama eksplorasi dan pencarian identitas diri serta pemahaman agama. Namun, tantangan signifikan muncul karena arus informasi instan dan konten hiburan yang mudah diakses justru mengurangi motivasi ibadah yang membutuhkan ketenangan dan ketekunan. Dalam konteks tersebut, komunitas muslimsupportmuslim yang berbasis di platform X (sebelumnya Twitter) hadir sebagai ruang virtual interaktif yang edukatif dan suportif, memfasilitasi komunikasi, berbagi pengalaman, dan penyebaran konten dakwah secara relevan dan mudah diterima. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analisis, penelitian mengeksplorasi mekanisme peran komunitas ini dalam aspek kognitif (perubahan pola pikir), afektif (dukungan emosional dan sosial), dan behavioral (pembentukan kebiasaan ibadah konsisten) bagi anggota komunitas, khususnya yang dari Gen Z. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa komunitas ini efektif dalam membangun motivasi intrinsik, memperkuat sense of belonging, dan mengatasi kerentanan spiritual Gen Z melalui bahasa yang mudah dicerna, konten yang kreatif, serta interaksi yang hangat dan tidak menggurui. Selain itu, komunitas ini berkontribusi sebagai model dakwah digital modern yang baru, sekaligus coping mechanism untuk menghadapi tekanan psikologis di era teknologi. Pentingnya penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan bagaimana komunitas digital berbasis agama dapat menjadi agen dakwah yang relevan dan aplikatif dalam meningkatkan praktik ibadah serta pembentukan identitas religius yang sehat di kalangan Muslim Generasi Z, sekaligus membuka peluang pengembangan dakwah yang lebih inovatif dan inklusif di masa depan
POLA KOMUNIKASI KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM MEMOTIVASI KARYAWAN MELALUI PROGRAM SPIRITUAL BUILDING DI AQIQAH AL-KAUTSAR YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to examine leadership communication patterns in motivating employees through the Spiritual Building program at Aqiqah Al-Kautsar Yogyakarta, an Islamic value based service organization. This phenomenon arises from the need of religious institutions to foster work motivation that is not only professional but also spiritual. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, allowing for an in-depth exploration of communication practices within social and religious contexts. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with leaders and employees, participatory observations of Spiritual Building activities, and analysis of internal documentation. The findings reveal three main themes: (1) a leadership communication style that is assertive, reflective, and humanistic; (2) the integration of Islamic values into daily communication; and (3) the significant impact of spiritual communication on employee motivation and work behavior. Leadership communication functions not only as a means of delivering instructions but also as a medium for internalizing religious values, strengthening loyalty, and cultivating a transcendent sense of work. These findings broaden the understanding of spiritual leadership in Islamic service organizations and highlight the strategic role of communication in fostering a religious work culture. The implications of this study are relevant to the development of value-based leadership theories and managerial practices in religious organizations. Future research is recommended to use a comparative design to assess the sustainability of spiritual communication’s impact in similar institutions
PENDAMPINGAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN Al-QUR’AN METODE UMMI
This guidance aims to enhance the quality of Ummi method instruction through academic supervision conducted by subdistrict-level Ummi coordinators. Human resources are pivotal for the effective implementation of the learning process. However, several challenges have been identified in practice, including low levels of discipline and responsibility, teaching techniques that do not conform to Ummi methodology in both classical and individual settings—such as the lack of teaching aids—an unstructured and non?standardized progression system, inadequate time allocation according to the methodology, and some instructors lacking Ummi teaching certification. The results of the guidance indicate that academic supervision has facilitated a positive transformation in teaching quality, as evidenced by improved discipline and responsibility among staff, adherence to standard Ummi teaching methodology, a structured progression system, and tangible follow?up actions. These include monthly supervision by TPQ heads or Ummi coordinators, monthly tahsin coaching by external trainers, weekly internal microteaching simulations among teachers, and benchmarking visits to other institutions. Consequently, this guidance has significantly improved the quality of Ummi method-based Qur’anic instruction
SENI DAN ESTETIKA (KEINDAHAN) DALAM PERSPEKTIF MUHAMMAD IQBAL
Art and aesthetics involve the analysis of values, tastes, attitudes, and standards that shape an individual's experience and judgment of human-made creations or the beauty found in nature. The purpose of this article is to present an understanding of art and aesthetics based on the thoughts of Muhammad Iqbal. This study employs a qualitative library research approach by reviewing relevant literature. Additionally, a historical approach is used to examine the concept of art and aesthetics from Muhammad Iqbal’s perspective. The data are obtained from previous scholarly works, including journal articles and books related to the subject matter, followed by an analysis of Muhammad Iqbal's historical background and his concept of art and aesthetics to draw conclusions. The findings of this study reveal that: (1) According to Muhammad Iqbal, the core and foundation of human life organization is the ego, which encompasses the entirety of thought and awareness about life, while art and beauty are integral parts of human existence. Iqbal’s thoughts on aesthetics (beauty) and the philosophy of *khudi* originate from Islamic teachings as well as Western philosophical influences. (2) Iqbal has a unique perspective on art and beauty, emphasizing vitality and functionality, making them dynamic and full of the spirit of struggle. (3) In his view, something can be considered aesthetic if it meets at least two essential elements: first, expression, which refers to the originality of the artwork itself; and second, purpose, where one of the objectives of art is to contribute to the development and cultivation of society
AL-QUR’AN DAN RITUS BUDAYA (Analisis Living Qur’an Dalam Peringatan Nuzulul Qur’an Di Tengah Masyarakat Indonesia)
The purpose of Nuzulul Qur'an event among Indonesian people is to introduce the basic things of Nuzululul Qur'an, but unfortunately not all oral messages delivered are the basic things of Nuzulul Qur'an but the cultural value of Nuzulul Qur'an event. Therefore, this study analyzes the basic points of Nuzulul Qur'an and the generalization of the community about the Nuzulul Qur'an event. The research paradigm used is the literature method and open-ended questionnaires. The conclusion regarding the basic points can be divided into four parts, while the generalization of the cultural value of the Nuzulul Qur'an event shows positive things that motivate Muslims to do good things
Analysis The Application of Game-Based Learning to Increas Student Interest at Class VIII-6 in Arabic Language Learning at MTs Darul Ulum Budi Agung
Arabic language learning often faces the challenge of low student interest, especially because it is considered difficult to understand letters, vocabulary, and grammar. Monotonous traditional learning approaches tend to make students feel bored and less involved in the learning process. To overcome this, the game-based learning method is applied as an innovative strategy to create a more interactive and fun learning atmosphere. This study aims to analyze the application of game-based learning in increasing students' interest in learning class VIII-6 at MTs Darul Ulum Budi Agung. By using descriptive qualitative method, the research data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation during the learning process. The focus of the research included changes in students' attitudes, increased understanding of vocabulary (mufrodat), and the learning atmosphere created through educational games. The results showed that this method significantly increased students' interest in learning. Games such as flashcards and matching games help students understand vocabulary more easily and increase their engagement in learning. In addition, the classroom atmosphere became more dynamic and collaborative, encouraging previously passive students to participate more actively. In conclusion, game-based learning is an effective approach to increase interest in learning Arabic in junior high school. This method can be used as a relevant alternative learning model to face challenges in learning Arabic in various educational contexts
