AQIDAH DAN TRADISI LOKAL DALAM PAGELARAN JARANAN (STUDI KASUS ATAS GRUP JARANAN CAMPURSARI SINGA JAYA DI DESA NGAMPELREJO KECAMATAN JOMBANG KABUPATEN JEMBER)
Get PDFJaranan merupakan kesenian tradisional Jawa yang di dalamnya melibatkan unsur magis (roh) sebagai ciri khasnya. Hal magis tersebut sengaja dipanggil untuk merasuki para pemain jaranan di segmen tertentu pada pementasannya, agar para pemain dapat dengan mudah melakukan atraksi berbahaya yang secara rasional mustahil untuk dilakukan. Unsur –unsur yang ada dalam jaranan terdapat suatu pemahaman dan pembuktian adanya pengaruh “roh†atau unsur magis terhadap seseorang. Hal ini dapat berpengaruh pada pemahaman aqidah seseorang sebab wilayah aqidah adalah termasuk mengimani adanya dimensi gaib. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengaruh unsur magis terhadap aqidah Islam para pemain jaranan, mengingat para pemain mayoritas beragama Islam dan cukup sering berhubungan dengan unsur-unsur magis jaranan. Dalam hal ini, peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang bertempat di desa Ngampelrejo kec.Jombang kab.Jember. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai data primer dan data sekunder diambil dari buku-buku yang relevan. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek magis “kesurupan†merupakan teori kesadaran manusia khas Jawa, sehingga kesadaran manusia berada dalam kendali makhluk ghaib. Keberadaan roh ada dalam pelaku jaranan. Fenomena tersebut menimbulkan pengaruh pada aqidah para pelaku jaranan, yang dapat digunakan sebagai metode pembuktian adanya alam ghaib yang mampu memperkuat keimanan seseorang, namun apabila aqidahnya tidak kuat maka akan jatuh menjadi musyrik. Kata kunci: magis, jaranan, roh, kesurupan, dan aqidah

The existence of Standard Operating Procedures in the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of Sumenep Regency which should improve services to service users has not been achieved by blowing negative issues in the community. This is a phenomenon that needs to be studied and researched more deeply so that a meeting point is found regarding the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method that explains the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sumenep Regency based on the experience and awareness that occurs in several individuals. Searching and analyzing the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sumenep Regency. Researchers explore information and data in the field by interviewing using a guide to informants, field observations with predetermined observation guidelines, and predetermined field documentation. The results of this study, described through various information and data findings in the field during the research, regarding the importance of Standard Operating Procedures in services at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sumenep Regency. Lack of readiness and no evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures makes the service not run optimally. Lack of transparency and clarity of procedures on standard operating procedures to service users causes service users to distrust service users to existing procedures

The formulation of the problem in this research is first, the behavior of traditional market participants in the problem in the market on 17 August Pamekasan?. Second, how are the government's efforts in responding to the behavior of traditional market players in guarding the market on 17 August Pamekasan?. Third, what is the perspective of Islamic business ethics on the behavior of traditional market traders in guarding the market on 17 August Pamekasan? This study uses an approach with a descriptive type of research. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using persistence, reference materials and additional observations. The results of the study show that, First: The behavior of traditional market participants in the August 17 market in maintaining still lacks care, often violates and is stubborn, Second: The government's efforts in responding to the behavior of market traders on August 17 have been good but in practice it is still lacking, third: According to an ethical perspective Islam on the behavior of traditional market participants in guarding the market on August 17, Pamekasan in terms of the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance (justice/equilibrium), the principle of free will (ikhtiar/free will), the principle of responsibility (responsibility) and the principle of responsibility (Ihsan) are still not yet fully implemented by traders

However, with the many existing Islamic financial institutions, it is possible to use the services of a non-Muslim notary in making the sharia contract deed. The competence and authority of the notary in charge of recording the sharia contract is needed to be accepted in the eyes of law and sharia.This research is a type of library research, where in this study the main data source is to explore concepts/theories that have been determined by previous experts which are stored in the form of books, journals, newspapers, magazines, articles, and so on.The results of the study show that: first, a Notary is an official appointed by law to make a deed, even a sharia deed as long as it is not excluded from the authority of his position as regulated in Article 15 paragraph 1 UUJN which confirms that one of the powers of a notary is to make deed in general. Second, the law of being a notary is fardhu kifayah so that if someone has implemented it, then others are free from this responsibility. And in Islam there is no problem with who we do muamalah with, even if it is a non-Muslim

Get PDFBank Muamalat Indonesia is an Islamic financial institution that continues to increase profits from every financial transaction that occurs between its customers with efforts and efforts to maintain stability in obtaining profits with several instruments, including the two bank financial instruments in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of equity and third-party funds on the growth of bank profits in 2016-2020. This research uses quantitative approaches with descriptive methods. The data used is sukender data obtained from bank Muamalat Indonseia's quarterly financial report in 2016-2020. The results of this study concluded that partially (test t) showed that Equity(X1)) had a positive or significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. And showed that DPK(X2) has no significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Based on the results of the calculation of regression tests together (test F) shows that equity X 1 and DPK X2 simultaneously affect profits on bank muamalat in 2016-2020 (Y). based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2),the magnitude of the influence of equity and third party funds onbank Muamalat Indonesia's profit growth by 39.3%, while the remaining 60.7% was influenced by other factors outside the study

The golden Indonesia 2045 Vision is supported by four pillars: Human development, scientific and technological mastery are prioritized, followed by sustainable economic development, equitable development, national resilience and government consolidation. Pesantren, as one of the oldest educational institutions in Nusantara, plays a key role in supporting the government in achieving the above-mentioned vision. The goal of this article is to look at the concept of a new pesantren trend for responding emerging issues in 2045 for succeeding the vision of a golden Indonesia. The research methodology used in this research was a qualitative method with library research. Academic texts (manuscripts) were used as primary data sources. The researcher intentionally applied the content-analyzed to read and analyze the data collected from the source mentioned above. The following were the study's findings: First, renewing the governance architecture of Islamic boarding schools entails: a. improving the quality of learning, which can enhance students' ability to read classical texts, memorize the Al-Quran, and increase a capacity in practicing Islamic religion and Islamic values in daily life; b. improving the quality of learning English, mathematics, and science; and c. providing adequate practice allocation supported by the availability of resources. Second, create new forecasts for pesantren graduates by requiring them to possess fundamental competencies, holistic integrative competences, and skills in cultivating the priority sectors tied directly to natural capital in the areas surrounding their homes

Ibrah Mau’idzah itself is a way that takes the essence of the event, whether it is a self-experience or someone else. Then, by the admonitions and warnings of good and bad something contained in the event or story. And this study aims to demonstrate what islamic religious values are internalized, as well as to describe the process of internalizing islamic values for children in the teacher’s family using these methods and media. This data source is a sample taken from six families whose parents were teachers and had children of approximately 3-12 years old. this research used qualitative approach, and data sources through observation and interview. The result of this study is the islamic values internalized toward children that constitute the value of worship and moral values. Ibrah Mau’idzah as a method used to internalize the islamic religious values has positive effect on children and has proven to be effective for used. That showed from children that have ability in carrying out prayer, fasting, honoring parents and so on

Get PDFOne of the Teacher’s efforts to overcome some of the weaknesses of the lecture method is to combine it with several other methods,one of them is the lecture method plus demonstrations and exercises, that combines the activities of describing the subject matter with demonstration and training activities (drill). The purpose of this study was to find out how the practice of amaliyah using lectures plus demonstrations and exercises in the program kuliah subuh and to describe the effectiveness of the lecture plus demonstration and training methods in increasing the understanding of the students’ ubudiyah. The method used is qualitative case study. And determining the informants in this study using purposive sampling method, data analysis from Miles and Huberman namely the data analysis process carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. As for the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the lecture plus demonstration method and exercise starts from the activities of describing the Subject, that has been explained and finally holding repeated exercises. So that the application of the lecture plus demonstration method and exercise can be considered quite effective in the Kuliah Subuh program at Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School because it can focus the attention of students so that they can focus and not be sleepy
