PENGARUH PARTICIPATORY BUDGETING DAN INFORMASI ASIMETRIS TERHADAP BUDGETARY SLACK PADA BADAN PENDAPATAN, PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH (BPPKAD) KABUPATEN SUMENEP
Get PDFIn government organizations, the budget is a guideline for financial management in order to achieve goals. Budgeting is an important perspective for the public and private sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of participatory budgeting and information asymmetry on budgetary slack  in the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sumenep Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling method, totaling 27 structural employees. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20 software for windows.Based on the results of data management, it was obtained that the f-test significance value for the influence of participatory budgeting and information asymmetry on budgetary slack was 0.205 > 0.05. This proves that Ho3 is accepted and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is no significant effect of budgetary participation and information asymmetry on budgetary slack in a negative direction. Thus, the participatory budget of subordinates and information asymmetry, the difference in information held by subordinates and superiors at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency in Sumenep Regency does not really affect the existence of budgetary slack

Get PDFAbstrakMedia cetak sebagai salah satu sarana untuk menyampaikan berita dan informasi kepada publik. Selain itu media juga mampu berperan sebagai lembaga yang bisa membentuk opini publik. Salah satunya membangun sebuah citra dari pemberitaan yang dimuat. Bupati dan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Pamekasan termasuk yang menjalin kerjasama dengan media cetak Jawa Pos Radar Madura. Selain itu, Bupati dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pamekasan memanfaatkan media sebagai alat untuk membangun citra diri dan pembentukan opini publik terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Pamekasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana Bupati dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pamekasan dalam membangun citra pemerintahannya melalui pemberitaan di Radar Madura dalam menanangi Covid-19. Studi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi berupa koran Radar Madura. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bupati Pamekasan dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pamekasan memanfaatkan media cetak Radar Madura untuk menginformasikan, mensosialisasikan kebijakannya dalam menangani Covid-19. Melalui pemberitaan yang dimuat, Radar Madura mencoba mempengaruhi publik dalam membentuk citra Bupati Pamekasan dalam menangani Covid-19. Dengan menempatkan berita tentang Bupati Pamekasan pada headline pemberitaan, serta mengulang-ulang pemberitaan dengan substansi yang sama.  Â

Based on previous empirical research, this study emphasizes the importance of Innovation Capability and Ethical Behavior as the antecedents of Customer Satisfaction. Data were collected from 200 customers of Bank in Pamekasan regency and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The major findings include first, Innovation Capability has significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Second, Ethical Behavior has significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Third, Customer Satisfaction has significant effect on Customer Loyalty
Pengembangan Kecerdasan Spiritual Anak Melalui Lagu-lagu Islami
Get PDFAn educator has an important role in guiding and following children, they are required to be able and willing to provide various stimuli in accordance with the potential intelligence of the child. One form of stimulation of Halimah Kindergarten students is taught various forms and types of Islamic nuances known as pats and songs. The songs and claps that are taught include the songs of the names of angels, the pillars of Islam, the pillars of faith and the songs of prayer and so on. By using Islamic songs in the learning process students will be more motivated, faster in learning the material and organize them compared to using conventional methods. Based on the context, the researcher focuses on "How to develop children's spiritual intelligence through Islamic songs in group B TK Halimah Prenduan Praga Sumenep in the 2019-2020 Academic Year as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The approach used in this research is a qualitative field approach. The methods used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic songs in the development of children's spiritual intelligence in group B TK Halimah Prenduan Praga Sumenep Academic Year 2019-2020 which is classified into preparation, material and delivery, props and evaluation are all good. The supporting factors include educators, the environment and learning resources. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include time constraints, classroom layout constraints, and tools for singing.Â
KONTRIBUSI ECOMMERCE TERHADAP KEGIATAN UMKM DIY DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19
Get PDFPandemi Covid 19 yang mengguncang pertumbuhan sektor UMKM di Indonesia membuat UMKM Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta juga mengalami guncangan. Pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 ini berbelanja secara online dianggap lebih efektif karena tidak perlu keluar rumah, sehingga penjualan dengan Ecommerce dapat memudahkan pihak penjual dan juga pihak pembeli. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Artinya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal dengan mencari dan mengidentifikasi tentang kontribusi Ecommerce terhadap kegiatan UMKM DIY di masa Pandemi Covid 19. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM DIY yang telah mengoptimalkan penjualan dengan ecommerce sejak sebelum pandemi Covid 19 tidak mengalami dampak negatif, penjualan dan promosinya tetap stabil. Sedangkan bagi pelaku yang tidak mengoptimalkan penjualan dengan ecommerce sejak sebelum pandemi Covid 19 mengalami penurunan penjualan yang sangat drastis. Sehingga ecommerce sangat berkontribusi dalam kegiatan UMKM DIY, namun pandemi Covid 19 ini sangat berdampak pada saluran distribusi.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Ecommerce, Covid 1
STRENGTHENING STUDENT WELL-BEING IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS BASED ON THE POSITIVE EDUCATION PERSPECTIVE
Get PDFStudent well-being is an element that students must own, this functions in increasing positive emotions, developing academies, improving relationships, improving mental health and developing a sense of responsibility for what they have decided. Islamic Boarding School is an Educational Institution that educates 24 hours. Islamic boarding schools in this study do not just provide academic education but also develop emotional abilities and build students' morals and character. This study aims to discover how to strengthen student wellbeing in Islamic boarding schools by studying it based on positive education. This research uses a literature research methodology. This study found that student wellbeing is embedded in some activities during 24 hours of education in Islamic boarding schools. The application process is reflected in students' characteristics, such as honesty, high discipline, paying attention to personal and environmental hygiene, mutual care, independence, hard work, politeness, responsibility, and development of creativity. While this is instilled in students through several stages: 1) knowing the rules, 2) action, and 3) habituation. Strengthening the welfare of students in Islamic boarding schools adopts the five elements of positive education called PERMA (positive emotion, engagement, relationship, meaning, and achievement). Similarly, in its application, positive education is implemented in some stages, 1) studying it, 2) teaching it, and 3) embedding it

This research approach uses a qualitative type of phenomenological study, data is collected by interview observation and documentation methods while data processing is done by reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results of this study are; The strengthening of religious character in this tradition occurs as in Thomas Likona's theory which starts from a process of moral knowledge that has been agreed upon naturally by society which is then translated into attitudes and behavior or as values and norms in life

Barokah savings are savings or customer funds deposits in the form of rupiah savings with a wadhi'ah yadh dhamanah contract, namely as a pure deposit that will help manage your funds to be more blessed. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, the results of observations with case study designs from interviews with related and responsible parties that optimizing customer interest in barokah savings at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pamekasan Branch are quite good, where from From year to year, the number of customers has increased, with the assistance of the marketing department and very good socialization and door-to-door marketing strategies, so that they are helped and influential. The optimization has also been carried out carefully with caution both in terms of service, especially in friendliness in communicating with customers and always competent and consistent in determining the schedule that has been determined between the customer and the marketing party
