Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kepercayaan Karyawan terhadap Isu Kecemasan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja selama Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini tergolong Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 55 karyawan Bank Mandiri Pamekasan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Isu Kecemasan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja. Demikian juga, Kepercayaan Karyawan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Isu Kecemasan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja. Secara simultan Motivasi Kerja dan Kepercayaan Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap Isu Kecemasan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja

Get PDFHabbatus sauda is one of the herbal plants that was known at the time of the Prophet. The benefits of Black Seed are found in the hadith of the Prophet. The use of Black Seed is quite appreciated in Indonesian society with its various processing and packaging. First, habbatus sauda is an ingredient that is packaged in herbal medicine in the form of capsules, real seeds, and oil. Both habbatus sauda are used as additional ingredients in bath soap, shampoo, and kitchen furniture laundry soap. This research will focus on care products that are used in their daily homes such as soap and shampoo whose composition uses Black Seed. This research is a type of field research. The method used is a qualitative method. The approach used in this study is a social construction approach. It is important to discuss this with social construction in order to reveal how externalization, objectification, and internalization occur in the use of this product. The results of this article are externalization described by understanding Islamic teachings that they have received by choosing properly any product to be used, including paying attention to the ingredients listed on the product because indirectly the halal label and according to the Sunnah of the Prophet as Islamic representation. Objectification described by changing patterns of respondent behavior being more selective when buying a product, paying more attention to halal labels and according to the Sunnah. Internalization is characterized by influences from the immediate environment and advertising media.Â

KONTRADIKSI PENAFSIRAN IMAM JALALAIN: ANALISA PERBANDINGAN PENAFSIRAN IMAM JALALUDDIN AL-MAHALLI DAN JALUDDIN AL-SUYUTHI DALAM TAFSIR AL-JALALAIN
Get PDFThis article examines several different interpretations of Tafsir Jalalain's, namely those of Jalaluddin Al-Mahalli and Jalaluddin Al-Suyuthi. In collaborating on his work, the two are not in the same era but different generations, but the interpretation of both is almost the same. The purpose of this research is to find out the different interpretations of each commentator based on the social and intellectual life of both. The method used is library research with Tafsir Jalalain as the primary source. By looking directly at the results of interpretation from various points of view, the results obtained include that Jalaluddin Al-Mahalli's method of interpretation is mainly sourced from narrations (al-ma'thur). At the same time, Jalaluddin As-Suyuthi is the other way around, namely by reason (al-ra'yu). Also, in addressing the various qiraah, the two are different. Al-Mahalli, in his qira'ah interpretation, does not change the original meaning at all, but in Al-Suyuthi, the various Qiraat presented can change the meaning of interpretation between one Qiraat and another. In terms of Al-Mahalli's theology, his interpretation refers to the teachings of the Ash'ariyah school. At the same time, Al-Suyuthi belongs to the Ash'ariyah school, but in his interpretation, he does not refer to Ash'ariya

Get PDFDodengo adalah sebuah tradisi pertarungan satu lawan satu. Permainan Dodengo ini mirip dengan tarian perang (cakalele). Biasanya permainan ini diadakan setelah perayaan hari raya Idul Fitri. Budaya Dodengo merupakan tradisi yang berguna untuk melatih dan menguji ketangkasan dan kelincahan seseorang. Umumnya permainan ini hanya dimainkan oleh laki-laki. Alat yang digunakan adalah perisai (salawaku) dan sepotong Gaba yang panjangnya 50 cm. Kedua alat tersebut berfungsi sebagai pencegah dan pentungan. Budaya Dodengo dengan tujuan mempererat tali silaturahmi antar empat desa, yaitu desa Gamkonora, Talaga, Gamsungi dan Tahafo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (fields research) dengan pendekatan fenominoligis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara komunikasi masyarakat desa Gamkonora, Talaga, Gamsungi dan Tahafo dalam melaksanakan budaya Dodengo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dodengo tidak dapat dipisahkan dari masyarakat Desa Gamkonora, Talaga, Gamsungi dan Tahafo karena dengan adanya Dodengo maka masyarakat desa yang terdiri dari empat desa tersebut dapat menjalin hubungan silaturahmi yang baik. Dalam pelaksanaan Dodengo ke empat masyarakat desa tersebut timbul rasa saling memaafkan, mengasihi, menghormati dan saling membantu antar sesama. Pesan-pesan persaudaraan dan tali silaturrohmi tetap terjalin sampai hari ini dengan ada budaya dodengo ini

The data sources include academic literature such as reference books and published journal articles. Content analysis is employed as the data analysis method. The research findings indicate that the evolution of concepts and orientations in teaching the Arabic language from classical to contemporary represents a journey focused on adapting to changing times. From a strong traditional foundation, through the influence of technology and an emphasis on communicative skills, to the integration of rich traditional values, these changes depict an evolution that allows Arabic language learning to be more relevant and effective in addressing the challenges of the present era. Â

Get PDFGuidance and counseling is a process of providing assistance to each individual or group systematically and continuously, with the aim of being able to understand oneself, the environment, and to develop one's potential optimally both in the areas of individual guidance, social, learning and also in the career field. In particular, career information services are one of the services that can increase career understanding, so MTs Sumber Mas implements these services. To find out in depth the services provided at MTs Sumber Mas, this research used descriptive qualitative research using interview, observation and documentation methods. To check the validity of the data, researchers used data/source triangulation. The results are that the level of career understanding of female students in class IX, MTs Sumber Mas Rombiya Barat Ganding has increased, which is marked by a decrease in female students who are not serious about listening, enthusiasm and their level of mastery of the various career information provided.Â
