ADOPSI KETELADANAN TOKOH AGAMA SEBAGAI KARAKTER IDEAL KONSELI
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli. Fokus penelitian ini adalah 1. Bagaimana keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc 2. Apa saja keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat delapan keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc dalam kepribadiannya yaitu kongruensi, ramah, lemah lembut, disiplin, tegas, bijaksana, penuh kasih sayang dan sabar (2) delapan keteladanan tersebut dikategorikan kedalam empat ciri manusia yang berfungsi secara penuh menurut Carl Rogers yang kemudian dapat diadopsi menjadi karakter ideal konseli yakni a. Kebebasan Memilih dalam keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang diadopsi menjadi karakter ideal konseli meliputi bijaksana, tegas dan kongruensi b. Konstruktif dan Terpercaya dalam keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang diambil menjadi karakter ideal konseli meliputi sabar dan ramah c. Kehidupan yang Kaya Warna dalam keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang diambil menjadi karakter ideal konseli meliputi penuh kasih sayang dan lemah lembut d. Kreativitas dalam keteladanan Nyai Nur Jalilah Dimyati, Lc yang diambil menjadi karakter ideal konseli meliputi Disiplin.  Â

Get PDFSeiring perkembangan zaman, Dakwah Islam mengalami persoalan yang begitu kompleks yang berkaitan dengan masalah kehidupan. Pada dasarnya Agama Islam mampu menjawab segala persoalan yang dihadapi Umat Islam itu sendiri. Sehingga dalam hal ini, tidak hanya dibutuhkan seorang muballigh saja yang mampu memiliki peran dan peta dakwah terhadap obyek dakwah terkait dengan problematika, budaya, dan karakter yang berbeda di dalam kehidupan masyarakat, namun organisasi kemasyarakatan juga dituntut untuk memiliki peran aktif dalam penyebaran dakwah, seperti halnya Nahdlatul Ulama. Tidak dapat di pungkiri bahwa Indonesia pada masa sekarang ini, sedang mengalami polemik pandemik covid-19, yang menuntut akan adanya kerjasama bilateral dan berkesinambungan Antara pemerintah, masyarakat, lembaga dan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang ada didalamnya. Maka dalam penelitian ini, memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran organisasi masyarakat Nahdlatul Ulama Cabang Sumenep dalam mewujudkan kebijakan Prokes pemerintah mengatasi pandemik covid-19, beserta dengan faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Adapun metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi desktiptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa: ada beberapa peran yang dilakukan oleh Nadlatul Ulama Cabang Sumenep dalam membantu kebijakan Prokes pemerintah mengatasi pandemic Covid-19, diantaranya: sebagai mediator dan menjadi mitra pemerintah. Adapun faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya peran aktif tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat, dan faktor penghambatnya adalah adalah adanya ketidaktransparanan anggaran dana Covid-19 yang dikeluarkan pemerintah. Â

In this institution, the achievement of language learning outcomes is quite optimal, because in reality students already have a basic language even though they still cannot apply their skills actively. But that does not mean this institution does not have potential, because students of this institution already have a basic language skills even though passively. Foreign language learning at various levels of educational institutions is so vibrant, ranging from education in elementary school to high school, why is that so? Because the learning of either a mother tongue or a foreign language is an obligation in formal education. So it's no wonder we get English lessons that in fact as a foreign language become lessons tested in the Final School Exam. This activity provides an achievement, namely an increase in language skills and the growth of love to learn the language. Students are becoming more familiar with language activities. Activities such as interactive dialogue and language competitions in Class Meeting events, managed to make students more familiar and familiarize themselves with the language. Because there is an increased interest in learning the language between before the empowerment event and after the empowerment event. Students have the motivation to learn a foreign language according to their individual interests. Students practice what they've learned when taking part in a race in a Class Meeting

The main purpose of this article is an analysis of one of the literary works. The analyzing of this article is using Islamic perspectives. So that, first, the writer tries to find and analyze the philosophical values, and the second, it tries to combine and analyze it using the standpoint of Islam. Furthermore, because of this Islamic standpoint, in this article will be found many analysis by using Al-Quran. Al-Hadits and Ijma'. The writer chose "College in America" Portrayed by Lewis D. Eigen to be analyzed because this script contains many philosophical values of life and love, especially Islamic values. Especially for anyone who wants to take college abroad, this article is very useful. This script drama told the reader many philosophical values without any intention to give some advices, in other words, Lewis D. Eigen is genius because he shows Islam softly, gently, and easily.Â

Mesigit No.3, Rw. 04 is a state-owned enterprise that aims to participate in implementing and supporting Government policies & programs in the field of economy and national development in general and in particular in the field of postal and giro services for communities both within and outside the territory of Indonesia by applying the principles of limited liability companies. The approach used in this study is a survey approach. The survey method is a research method that studies data from samples taken from a population to generalize and use questionnaires as a data collection tool. The results showed, 1) simultaneously showed that the working environment variable (X1) and work spirit (X2) simultaneously had an effect on employee performance by 0.761 or 76.1% while the rest (100% -76.1%= 23.9% ) influenced by other factors examined in this study. 2) partially shows that the working environment variable (X1) partially influences employee performance by having tcount> ttable which is 8,779> 2,009. 3) partially shows that the work spirit variable (X2) partially influences employee performance by having tcount> ttable which is 3,330> 2,009. 4) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the work environment (X1). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran Bahasa inggris di kelas VII dan memaparkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapAan media audio visual pada pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitattif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas VII. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara melalui daring atau via whatsapp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa pelaksaan pembelajaran Bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan audio visual berjalan sesuai dengan RPP yang sudah dibuat oleh guru, dan hasil yang didapatkan media audio visual berdampak pada hasil nilai belajar yang semakin membaik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan audia visual.penggunaan media pembelajaran ini merupakan media yang tepat untuk digunakan

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk and PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk from 2016 to 2019 in terms of the financial ratios of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability. The analytical tool used is in the form of financial ratios consisting of Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability ratios. Research data is secondary data obtained from financial reports. The research method uses a comparative descriptive method. Based on the analysis results obtained from 2016 to 2019 namely the liquidity ratio for PT. APL has fluctuated, namely the Current ratio from 2016 - 2019, 1.07, 1.31, 1.05 and 1.66, while PT. BUV decreased to 1.15, 0.48, 0.35 and 0.28. For cash ratio PT. APL fluctuated, namely 0.15, 0.32, 0.11 and 0.17, while PT. BUV decreased by 0.19, 0.03, 0.02 and 0.01, the higher the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio, the greater the company's ability to pay off its debts. The solvency ratio for PT. APL Debt to Asset Ratio decreased, namely 0.61, 0.60, 0.59, 0.56, while PT. BUV fluctuated, namely 0.42, 048, 0.44, and 0.47. For Debt to Equity Ratio PT. APL decreased by 1.58, 1.50, 1.44 and 1.30, while PT. BUV has fluctuated, namely 0.74, 0.92, 0.77 and 0.88, so this situation is detrimental for the company, because the larger the loan amount used. Where these results are in accordance with the results of previous studies that examined these two companies. However, the amount of own capital that is used as collateral for long-term debt and the company's ability to pay PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk is higher than PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk
