Get PDFSaat ini, ekonomi syariah di Negara Indonesia sedang mengalami kemajuan yang cukup menggembirakan. Banyak bank syariah telah muncul sejak bank Muamalat pertama kali muncul. Bank Syariah mengumpulkan dana dari masyarakat dan kemudian memberikannya kepada masyarakat. Seperti halnya praktik bisnis syariah di lembaga keuangan syariah, transaksi tersebut biasanya dimulai dengan perjanjian yang mengikat antara para pihak. Seperti halnya akad-akad lainnya, akad mudharabah tidak terpengaruh oleh kemungkinan sengketa. Sangat penting untuk menjaga keadilan dan integritas sistem keuangan Islam melalui proses penyelesaian sengketa dalam akad mudharabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah metode penelitian kepustakaan. Metode penelitian kepustakaan dalam studi ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur, buku, jurnal, dan artikel terkait penyelasaian sengketa akad mudharabah di Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sengketa dalam akad mudharabah dapat muncul dari berbagai aspek diantaranya : Pembagian Keuntungan, Manajemen Risiko, Pelaksanaan Akad, Faktor Eksternal, Ketidakjelasan Ketentuan Akad, dan penyelesaian sengketa akad mudharabah ada beberapa yaitu : Pertama restrukturisasi ulang, kedua melalui non litigasi, dan terajhir secara litigasi melalui pengadilan agama

Get PDFThe long flow of the tobacco supply chain means that farmers cannot directly sell their tobacco products to factories directly, and in the supply chain there are naughty elements who often harm farmers. This research aims to obtain complete, comprehensive, meaningful data about the existence of P4TM, then to determine the position and maximize the income of tobacco farmers in Madura. This type of research is qualitative research and uses a phenomenological approach through primary and secondary data sources. With research results; The formation of the P4TM association was due to four problems that caused farmers' anxiety about the future of Madura tobacco. BASSRA (Madurese Ulama Friendship Agency) asks tobacco trade actors in Madura, especially local cigarette factories, to form a farmers' association, P4TM just to act as a pressure group for resolving problems in the tobacco trade system. P4TM held hearings on government officials, stackhoders. Then educate farmers, such as pilot projects, how to buy by paying for samples, and planting seeds and harvesting well. The income of farming communities has increased since the formation of P4TM

Get PDFDi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Desa Pakamban Laok selain karakter dan latar belakang santri yang bermacam-macam, Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda juga memiliki beberapa santri yang seringkali berulah seperti, tidak menghormati yang lebih tua, bertengkar, berkata tidak sopan, pacaran, mencuri, dan lain sebagainya. Melihat problem tersebut maka keberadaan pondok pesantren memiliki peran aktif di dalam melakukan strategi dakwah untuk meningkatkan akhlak santri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi dakwah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Desa Pakamban Laok untuk meningkatkan akhlak santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research. Field research yaitu suatu penelitian dimana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mencari bahan-bahan yang mendekati kebenaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui observasi (pengamatan), wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa strategi dakwah yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda untuk meningkakan akhlak santri, yaitu melalui beberapa strategi diantaranya adalah strategi, 1) Nasehat, 2) Pengajian kitab kuning, 3) peraturan pondok pesantren, 4) Kegiatan keagamaan, 5) Keteladanan, dan 6) Pembiasaan. Serta terdapat faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan akhlak santri. Dengan adanya strategi ini, santri semakin meningkat akhlaknya dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan dalam kualitas ibadah santri serta akhlak santri yang mulai membaik
Teacher's Effective Strategy in Overcoming Student Learning Saturation
Get PDFSaturation of learning is a phenomenon that often occurs in schools. The main cause of learning saturation is caused by student and teacher factors. This study aims to determine the factors that cause student learning saturation and teachers' effective strategies in dealing with learning saturation. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing learning saturation are the lack of variation in learning, the lack of student motivation in learning. The strategies that can be used by teachers are setting clear and futuristic goals, compiling a structured learning design, creating a conducive learning environment, accommodating varied learning strategies, and conducting appropriate and measurable learning evaluations

Dengan maraknya fenomena Qur`an in everyday life, maka muncullah disiplin ilmu yaitu living qur`an atau Al-Qur`an yang hidup di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Tradisi malem sabellesen di Desa Konang, termasuk salah satunya. Tradisi ini telah berjalan turun-temurun. Dalam penelitian ini penulis merumuskan tiga hal, Apa motif pembacaan tiga surat pilihan dalam tradisi malem sabellessen ? Bagaimana implementasi dan pemaknaan masyarakat tentang pembacaan tiga surat pilihan dalam tradisi malem sabellessen ? Bagaimana horizon ekspektasi dari pembacaan tiga surat pilihan pada tradisi malem sabellesen ?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan, pendekatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui latar belakang, pelaksanaan serta pemaknaan terhadap pembacaan surat-surat pilihan dalam tradisi malem sabellesen dengan tetap berpijak pada teori horizon of expectation. Pada akhirnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Tradisi malem sabellesen memiliki dua motif yaitu motif spiritual dan motif sosial, 2) Implementasi pembacaannya memakai konsep bacaan hadr, sedangkan pemaknaannya yaitu : Surat Yaasin sebagai media transfer amal untuk para almarhumin. Kedua, Surat Al-Waqi`ah sebagai kelancaran rezeki. Ketiga, Surat Asy-Syams sebagai tolak balak. 3) Horizon ekspektasi pada tradisi malem sabellesen tergolong dalam dua jenis, yaitu horizon ekspektasi sempit dan horizon ekspektasi luas dengan mengindikasikan fungsi informative dalam menunjukkan cakrawala harapan luas anggota tradisi malem sabellesen

No full textKrisis moral yang menimpa generasi saat ini, seperti Intoleran, Plagiarisme, Bullying, Pornografi, Kekrasan Siswa Kepada Guru, Pergaulan Bebas (Pacaran), Tawuran Antar Pelajar, Penggunaan Obat Terlarang (Narkoba & Sejenisnya), Merokok Usia Dini, Durhaka Kepada Kedua Orang Tuanya, Kecanduan Game Online, Berbicara Kasar/Kotor, dan berbagai kasus negatif lainnya tanpa disadari semakin hari semakin meningkat. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu hendak mencari solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi berbagai krisis moral generasi saat ini prespektif Anwar al Baaz. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian Library Research (Kepustakaan), yang sifatnya Deskriptif Analisis, dengan cara pengumpulan data “Dokumentasiâ€. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan Teknik Tematik dan Tahlili dalam proses studi pustakanya, dibantu dengan Teori Doable Movement Fazlur Rahman. Hasil Dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Setidaknya ada 5 Pendidikan Karakter dalam Qs. Al Hujurah menurut Anwar al Bazz diantaranya : Takwa, Sabar, Ihsan, Adil, dan Tawasut. (2) Anak didik pada saat ini hendaknya harus senantiasa patuh kepada gurunya, harus menjaga tutur katanya, tidak mudah terprovokasi, tidak memandang rendah seseorang, dan tidak merekam atau memfoto dan memvidio keburukan orang lain. (3). Pendidikan karakter akan tertanam dalam diri anak didik apabila ada kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, saudara, keluarga, masyarakat, bahkan pemerintah
Respons Jama’ah Terhadap Pengajian Kitab Tafsi
No full textRecitation is a place to gain Islamic knowledge. In general, recitation is filled with reading the Koran, religious lectures, dhikr, learning the interpretation of the Koran, and so on. Recitations are usually held in mosques, but there are also those who hold recitations in langgars, mushallas or other places. During the course of the commentary study at the Mustaqbil Mosque, many processes were passed and elicited various responses from the congregation regarding the implementation of the recitation. Therefore, this study emphasizes the congregation's response to the implementation of the interpretation recitation and the congregation's motivation to take part in the Al-Sa'di interpretation recitation at the Mustaqbil Mosque. In this study, the type of research used by researchers is qualitative research to examine the phenomenon of the Living Qur'an. The data collection was obtained through field research with an anthropological approach. Based on the data found by the researchers, it can be concluded that the recitation of Tafsi<r Al-Sa'di< was held at the Mustaqbil Mosque, Bhinteng Hamlet, Prenduan Village, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency, East Java, getting a positive response from the congregation. The participants liked this recitation because the way of delivering K.H'Aini felt quite clear and easy to understand. This recitation has a positive impact as felt by the recitation of the jama'ah namely, increasing knowledge, increasing faith. Also a positive impact on the mosque is the increase in the congregation of fardhu prayers. Jama'ah who take part in the Tafsi<r Al-Sa'di< recitation at the Mustaqbil Mosque, are motivated by three main things namely, motivational cognitive needs to gain understanding and knowledge, then there is a need for self-esteem namely wanting to be a role model for the family, also the need to have , to be part of a group and establish relationships with others.Â

Home-based businesses in Karanganyar Village require technology-based business development to be able to compete with their competitors. Observation and interviews were used to identify the use of social media. The methods used in assisting home-based businesses in digital marketing are in two ways, namely, through workshops and direct practice. An introduction to digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce, content marketing, digital management, digital marketing management, digital marketing FGD (forum group discussion), and evaluation are among the materials provided to assist technology-based business development through digital marketing. The results of this service can be seen from the results of the evaluation of participants, who gave very good responses on the grounds that mentoring activities provide insight, knowledge, and skills in marketing that are beneficial to program participants. Almost all of them want to practice digital marketing in their business. Advice that can be given in creating marketing content is to add attractive captions and hashtags that are easy to follow so that products are easy to find

This research aims to determine the issue of Kalam science opinions regarding the concepts of faith and kufr, God's actions and human actions, the concept of reason and revelation, the nature of god. Next, to find out about the flow of kalam science as a reformulation of the quality of faith in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is library research, which is research carried out using literature (libraries) in the form of books, notes or reports of research results from previous research. After the data is analyzed, the results of the research show. The results of this research show that each sect has different opinions about the concepts of faith and disbelief, God's actions and human actions, the concepts of reason and revelation, the nature of God. Next, to find out about the flow of kalam science as a reformulation of the quality of faith in the era of society 5.0. These differences are based on the respective postulates which are used as guidelines for each school.    Â
