Transformation and Existence of Pondok Pesantren to Face the Globalization of Education
Get PDFPondok pesantren is an indigenous and traditional educational institution in Indonesia which is able to exists in this era with a myriad of challenges and competitiveness. This institution is strongly proven tocompete at recent time while keeping its Islamic values and characters. This article aims to investigate the process of transformation within the Pondok Pesantren, particularly Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan which is considered able to compete and adjust to the required system and development of education in Indonesia. This study applied qualitative approach with case study method by obtaining data from interview, observation and documentation. The results of the studyshowed that; 1) pesantren is able to transform from a traditional method of learning into Islamic formal education institution and it is recognized by the government from kindergarten school level up to higher education (university) while maintaining its pesantren system, 2) science and knowledge Islamisation without dichotomy between religious lessons and non-religious lessons (sciences) and technology, 3) the skill Human sources of Pesantren graduates are maintain a noble character able to contribute and serve the community in all regions. The result of the study concluded that Pesantren institution is able to synergize to face the challenge of recent era by develop potential and religious human resources
Strategi Pengembangan Produktivitas Industri Batik untuk Meningkatkan Perekonomian Lokal Pengrajin Batik di Kabupaten Pamekasan
Get PDFKabupaten Pamekasan sebagai salah satu kabupaten termiskin di Jawa Timur membutuhkan penggerak ekonomi lokal. Batik yang merupakan salah satu ciri khas lokal Kabupaten Pamekasan merupakan potensi yang dapat diandalkan untuk mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah. Namun kondisi infrastruktur, kelembagaan dan sistem produksi yang terdiri dari sumber daya manusia dan teknologi menjadi kendala bagi perkembangan industri batik di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sektor industri kreatif telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional dan merupakan salah satu sektor yang dapat dijadikan solusi kreatif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Industri kreatif batik di Desa Klampar Kecamatan Proppo Kabupaten Pamekasan merupakan salah satu subsektor industri kreatif yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui arah yang tepat dalam mengembangkan industri batik di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas pengrajin batik dan mengetahui karakteristik industri batik Pamekasan serta cara meningkatkan perekonomian lokal pengrajin batik di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini juga akan memberikan gambaran mengenai program pengembangan industri kreatif batik di Kabupaten Pamekasan dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik snowball sampling dan uji validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat program yang telah dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan industri batik di kabupaten Pamekasan antara lain pelatihan, pameran dan inovasi produk batik. Berbagai program tersebut dinilai mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Pamekasan khususnya di Desa Klampar sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat setempat

Get PDFTransfers at Muamalat Bank can be done without going to the bank directly, namely making transfers via Muamalat DIN. Muamalat DIN is a mobile banking application by Bank Muamalat which can be accessed by its customers. At Muamalat DIN there is a transfer service which allows users to make transfers via Muamalat DIN. The aim of this research is to determine the use of transfer services via Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) in increasing customer loyalty at Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep. To find out customer problems using transfer services via Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) at Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep. To find out more about the use of transfer services through Muamalat DIN in increasing customer loyalty, researchers used a qualitative field research approach. The methods used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this research show that using transfer services via Muamalat DIN can increase customer loyalty because customers do not need to come to the bank to make a transfer, just use the Muamalat DIN application. The obstacles faced by customers using transfer services via Muamalat DIN are that some customers experience network problems, system repairs at the bank and human error or customer errors in making transfers and blocking of the Muamalat DIN application due to errors in entering the TIN code
STUDI KELAYAKAN USAHA RUMAH POTONG HEWAN TERNAK DAN UNGGAS PADA ASPEK PEMASARAN
Get PDFThis study aims to determine how the marketing aspects of slaughterhouses based on the amount of livestock and poultry meat consumption on the island of Madura. This research uses a quantitative approach using demand projections to measure products using import data and supply projections used include trend analysis used to project future sales based on previous data and regression analysis used to determine how many people consume livestock and poultry meat. The variables analyzed in feasibility are demand, supply, and the amount of meat consumption per capita. This study uses secondary data obtained by researchers from the Livestock Service Office and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results showed that by using the trend analysis method, the production in 2023 according to the type of livestock meat was 26 thousand tons and poultry meat was 768 laying hens. Animal consumption on the island of Madura is very low based on correlation analysis of beef 0.165 per capita and layer meat 0.292 this percentage shows a low significance

This study discusses instilling the values of monotheism in learning Arabic. The problem studied is what are the monotheistic values instilled in learning Arabic. This study aims to find out how students change in learning after the inculcation of monotheistic values is included in learning. This study uses library research methods, namely searching for data, collecting data and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that there are several ways to instill the value of monotheism in learning Arabic. The reason why it is necessary to instill the value of monotheism in learning Arabic is so that students are not only experts in the cognitive field, but so that students understand that everything in this world must have something to do with Allah SWT, especially in the field of education. And also so that students have good morals and manners in their daily lives
