PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH YANG MENCERDASKAN ERA ABAD 21
Perubahan berskala besar saat ini sedang terjadi dalam bidang pendidikan, secara terus menerus dan belum selesai. Hal tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat dari transmisi pengetahuan yang sudah bersifat horizontal sehingga diperlukan strategi mengajar yang kreatif-inovatif guna membekali siswa di era abad 21. Sejarah merupakan salah satu dari sembilan mata pelajaran kunci di era abad 21 yang pengajarannya perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Mendeskripsikan tuntutan pembelajaran masa revolusi 4.0. 2) Menguraikan tantangan pembelajaran sejarah abad 21. 3) Menelaah model pembelajaran sejarah yang mencerdaskan era abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang menekan pada analisis data yang telah dikumpulkan dari berbagai macam literatur yang relevan dalam pembahasan ini. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, model pendekatan personal cocok diterapkan dalam pembelajaran abad 21 yang bisa memadukan pengajaran yang khas seperti if history dan open-ended question , sehingga terbentuk pemikiran divergen pada siswa. Model pendekatan personal selaras dengan keterampilan yang digaungkan dalam pembelajaran abad 21, meliputi berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi dan kreativitas
KONSTRUKSI SOSIAL PADA MASYARAKAT PRO DAN KONTRA FENOMENA CHILDFREE DI KOTA MEDAN.
ABSTRAKFenomena chlidfree akhir-akhir ini menjadi perbincangan masyarakat luas terkait dengan kontroversi kehadirannya. Beragam tanggapan baik pro maupun kontra mewarnai fenomena childfree. Fenomena chlidfree cepat merambah kedalam masyarakat akibat pemberitaan media yang masif. Melihat fenomena tersebut menjadi menarik melihat respon masyarakat perkotaan terutama di Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara sebagai barometer pusat keramaian di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman yang lebih tentang fenomena childfree, membahas terkait pengalaman pasangan yang memilih untuk hidup tanpa anak, dan bagaimana konsep childfree  jika ditinjau dalam pandangan sosiologis. Penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dilakuan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terjadi pro dan kontra dari konstruksi sosial yang terbentuk di masyarakat Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Kota Medan mengenai hadirnya fenomena chlidfree di masyarakat perkotaan. Masyarakat yang mendukung (pro) chlidfree  karena adanya dorongan dari segi sosial, pribadi dan ekonomi seperti 1) dukungan sosial yang positif dari keluarga, 2) dukungan pribadi yakni ingin lebih bebas dan santai dalam menjalani hidup, 3) dorongan ekonomi karena merasa belum siap untuk memiliki anak dan berfokus pada karir dan ekonomi yang dibutuhkan untuk kehidupan jangka panjang. Sedangkan masyarakat yang menolak (kontra) chlidfree beranggap bahwa 1) chlidfree cenderung akan menjadikan seseorang bersifat egois dan individualistik, 2) Memilih childfree berarti ada ketidaksesuaian dengan pasangan tersebut karena dianggap tidak sesuai dengan konsturksi sosial dan habitualisasi yang sudah terbentuk di masyarakat Indonesia saat ini.Kata Kunci: Childfree, Konstruksi sosial, Masyarakat PerkotaanABSTRACTThe childfree phenomenon has recently become a public conservation related to the controversy of its presence. Various responses both pro and con colour the childfree phenomenon. The childfree phenomenon quickly penetrated into society due to massive media coverage. Seeing this phenomenon, it is interisting to see the response of urban communities, especially in Medan Petisah District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province as a barometer ot the crowd center in Medan City. This research aims to find out more about the childfree phenomenon, discuss the experiences of couples who choose to live without children, and how the concept of childfree when viewed in a sociological view. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that there are pros and cons of social construction formed in the community of Medan Petisah District, Medan City regarding the presence of the childfree phenomenon in urban communities. People who support (pro) childfree because of the encouragement from social, personal and economic aspects such us 1) positive social support from family, 2) personal support, namely wanting to be more free and relaxed in living life, 3) economic encouragement because they feel they are not ready to have children and focus on careers and the economy needed for long-term life. Meanwhile, people who reject (contra) childfree think that 1) childfree tends to make a person selfish and individualistic, 2) choosing childfree means that there is a discrepancy with the couple because it is considered not in accordance with the social construction and habitualization that has been formed in Indonesian society today.Keywords: Childfree, Social construction, Urban communitie
FAMILY SOCIALISATION FUNCTION IN OUT-OF-SCHOOL CHILDREN
The Wonosobo District Government has endeavored to tackle the problem of out-of-school children through the "Mayo Sekolah" program. However, not all children, including those in Jaraksari Urban Village, show interest in resuming their education. Various studies have shown that family factors contribute to children's decision not to attend school. This research seeks to explore the function of family socialization in out-of-school children by exploring their life experiences from the time they decide not to go to school to their plans. This qualitative research with a grounded theory approach was conducted using interviews, observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with five primary informants of out-of-school children and five supporting informants in the form of informants' families. Observation was conducted by observing the activities of out-of-school children. Documentation was conducted by analyzing documents from Jaraksari Urban Village, the Education Office, and various relevant reading sources. The study results were analyzed using Spradley's data analysis technique, which consists of domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, component analysis, and theme analysis. Meanwhile, data validity was tested using source triangulation. The results showed that the conjugal family system influences the function of family socialization. Three variations of conjugal families become the place of growth of out-of-school children in Jaraksari Urban Village, namely families who live separately from their extended families, families who experience problems within the scope of the nuclear family, and families who live with extended families but remain independent in carrying out their respective functions
STRATEGY ANALYSIS OF BPRS BHAKTI SUMEKAR PRAGAAN PRIMARY BRANCH OFFICE IN OVERCOMING NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF) IN MURĀBAḤAH FINANCING PRODUCTS
Non performing financing or often known as Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a credit or financing that has been disbursed but is less current, doubtful, and bad. NPF is one of the key indicators to assess the performance of bank functions, because if the NPF is high, the bank is indicated to have failed in managing bank performance, which is above 5% according to POJK Number 15/POJK.03/2017. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Primary Branch Office has an NPF of 6% with 73 number of customers who have problems with murÄbaḥah financing products. This study aims to determine the factors influencing NPF and BPRS Bhakti Sumekar strategy of Pragaan Primary Branch Office in overcoming NPF in murÄbaḥah financing products In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative, because they wanted to describe the facts through primary and secondary data as well as interview results about bank strategies in overcoming Non Performing Financing (NPF) at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Primary Branch Office. The results of the study, the factors that cause the occurrence of NPF include internal factors and external factors. Internal factors occur due to the bank's lack of optimality in analyzing potential customers. While the second factor is external factors which are divided into two factors, namely customer factors and environmental factors. That way the strategy used is different; First, billing intensely with a persuasive approach. Second, warnings in the form of warning letters and auction letters. Third, apply the 3 R (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructurization) such as reducing installments by increasing the maturity period of payment. Fourth, the auction of customer guarantees that result in default
Pengaruh Digital Payment (Brimo) Terhadap Kepuasan Keuangan Pada Umkm Di Kabupaten Bangkalan
Financial transactions using technology are developing in Indonesia, one of which is digital payments. Bangkalan Regency is experiencing significant changes in MSME payment and financial patterns in line with the adoption of digital payment technology. Therefore, it is important to understand the specific impact on MSMEs in the area. This research aims to determine the effect of digital payments on financial satisfaction among MSMEs in Bangkalan district, especially in terms of financial satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data using questionnaires and interview techniques. The research subjects were MSMEs in Bangkalan Regency and samples were taken using random sampling technique. The research results confirm that the adoption of digital payments has a significant positive impact on the level of financial satisfaction of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bangkalan Regency. This finding is supported by the results of a simple linear regression test analysis, where the significance value (Sig) is 0.000, much smaller than the significance level α = 0.005 (5%). The research hypothesis (H1) which states that "digital payments have an effect on financial satisfaction" was successfully verified, showing that the higher the level of use of digital payments by MSMEs, the higher the level of financial satisfaction they feel
STUDI KOMPARASI ETIKA ARISTOTELES DAN IMAM AL-GHAZALI
Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the ethical concepts of Aristotle and Imam Al-Ghazali and the differences between the ethical concepts of Aristotle and Imam Al-Ghazali. This research is qualitative research using a library research approach to examine the differences in ethical concepts according to Aristotle and Imam Al-Ghazali. Data sources come from primary and secondary data, primary data comes from the work of Aristotle, namely a book Nechomakea Ethics and the work of Imam Al-Ghazali, namely a book Islamic Ethics Philosophy, as well as secondary data in the form of sources related to this research. The findings show that there are differences in practical terms between Aristotle and Imam Al-Ghazali. Aristotle stated that ethics aims to achieve a goal, namely happiness which can be achieved through reason and action. Meanwhile, Imam Al-Ghazali stated that ethics aims to achieve happiness which is related to morals, in this case the happiness referred to is eternal happiness, namely ukhrowi happiness. Apart from the differences, there are similarities between the two that were found in this research. These similarities can be seen from the process of developing the concept of ethics itself, in its development both use the same approach, namely the approach to reason and religious law. Â
Analisis Kredit Macet Pada Produk Pembiayaan Murabahah di PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan
One of the determinants of success in a banking company is good and optimal management of financial resources and precisely choosing partners for cooperation with existing capital turnover. This study aims to find out how the process of settlement of bad loans in murabahah financing at PT.BPRS SPM Pamekasan. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The resulting data is in the form of qualitative data, which was developed using a descriptive method. Descriptive method is a type of research that provides an overview or description of a situation as clearly as possible without any treatment of the object under study. Documentation in this journal research uses literature books and financial reports of PT. BPRS SPM in 2015- 2021, where in the data we carry out data observations, analyzes and draw conclusions. The research results show that the number of murabaha financing customers from 2015-2021 has increased. Whereas murabahah financing customers who are smooth and non-performing in 2015-2021 have more bad loans (bad credit), because one of them is caused by the large number of businesses that have gone bankrupt and the income that is not smooth in running their business. So it is advisable for bank management to always analyze the development of a customer's business to ensure partner customers do not commit bad loans to the bank
Analysis of Errors in the Use of the ‘Adad Ma’dud of the Third Reguler of the Subject of Arabic Language Lessons in the Boarding School of Tarbiyatul Mu’allimin al-Islamiyah Prenduan Sumenep Madura
Third regular students made various forms of Arabic conversation and writing errors when using numbers (‘adad ma’dud). There are as many errors as when using ‘adad ma’dud. Given this situation, few learners make various mistakes when using ‘adad ma’dud for daily conversations or writing. The purpose of this study is to understand the forms and causes of errors, as well as how to solve the problem of students using quantity and counting in Third regular students in the boarding school of tarbiyatul mu’allimin al-islamiyah prenduan. Researchers used qualitative methods and descriptive types to collect data in a triangular manner through observation, interviews, and testing, in order to identify errors made by Third regular students in the boarding school of tarbiyatul mu’allimin al-islamiyah prenduan when using ‘adad ma’dud. The theme of this study is Third regular students in the boarding school of tarbiyatul mu’allimin al-islamiyah prenduan. The last thing about writing this study is that Third regular students made mistakes when using ‘adad ma’dud, and they were unable to distinguish how to use singular and additive numbers, positive numbers, ordinal numbers, and mentioned numbers, Number of women. The reason is that girls lack understanding of quantity, quantity, and its rules, schools lack interest in cultivating girls, students use incorrect learning methods, students have difficulty learning Arabic, and their practice of using Arabic is reduced. The decrease in the number, quantity, and interest of students in using teaching aids in the classroom teaching process, as well as the decrease in students' enthusiasm during the classroom teaching process. The solution is to develop teaching methods, increase the time allocation of learning materials, and develop teaching methods.Â
MULTILEADERSHIP DAN RELEVANSINYA DENGAN PENGEMBANGAN NILAI-NILAI PESANTREN
The study of leadership of kiai in pesantren is always an intriguing topic of discussion, particularly when viewed through the lens of leadership dynamics evolving alongside the changing context of modern times. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study methodology. The primary objective of the study is to explore the concept of the utility of multi-leader kiai in the modernization era and to examine the relevance of multi-leader kiai to the development and diversity of pesantren values. The findings of this study reveal the following: First, the concept of multi-leadership is realized through the institutionalized role of the kiai. The kiai positions himself as the central figure, a decision-maker, and is actively involved in all activities of the pesantren, including intra-curricular, extracurricular, and co-curricular programs. Additionally, the kiai assumes the role of al-abb ar-ruhani (spiritual father) for the pesantren community and is actively engaged in external activities. Second, the strategy for instilling values is implemented through role modeling and the development of both cognitive and affective aspects. The kiai instills values by setting an example, nurturing cognitive and affective dimensions, and guiding actions that align with pesantren values. This study underscores the critical role of kiai as a multi-leader figure in maintaining the integrity of pesantren traditions while adapting to the challenges of modernization.
