    Truancy in students is a challenge in education that can disrupt academic achievement and character development. One approach to reducing this behavior is the use of self-management techniques, which involve self-regulation to improve behavioral control and goal achievement. This article aims to explore the application of self-management techniques to reduce truancy in students through qualitative descriptive methods, using observation and interview data collection techniques. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this article indicate that self-management techniques are effective in helping students reduce truancy. This can be considered successful, as there are significant changes in students, such as increased self-awareness and increased motivation to attend school.

    The balance between academic achievement and non-academic activities is an important factor in shaping students who are well-rounded, creative, and competitive. However, in practice, many schools and parents still focus solely on academic achievement without considering the importance of developing non-academic potential. This community service program aims to strengthen the collaborative role between schools and parents in optimizing student potential through an approach that balances academic and non-academic pursuits. The program is implemented through training, mentoring, and workshops involving teachers, school committees, and parents. These activities focused on increasing understanding of the concept of holistic education, managing study time and extracurricular activities, and effective communication strategies between schools and families. The results of the community service show an increase in awareness and synergy between schools and parents in supporting the balanced growth and development of students. Teachers have become more open to the importance of non-academic activities as a means of character building, while parents better understand that academic achievement is not the only indicator of a child's success. The collaboration that has been built has resulted in a more supportive and adaptive educational environment for the overall developmental needs of students

    Abstract: Bullying in schools has grown to be a significant issue that calls for well-thought-out remedies rooted in a thorough knowledge of its past. Such behavior is motivated by ignorance of this kind of bullying and a lack of comprehension of its repercussions. School bullying is influenced by culture, the media, family, and stressed students. The issue may get worse if there is no assistance from authorities, staff members, and teachers in the school. This study sought to determine how bullying occurs in MIN 2 Bener Meriah and how Islamic religious education values are used to stop bullying. This study utilized school administrators, PAI teachers, and MIN 2 Bener Meriah students as data sources and employed qualitative methodologies. Data were analyzed by triangulation techniques, with sources of information including interviews, documentation, and observation. The findings demonstrated that bullying in MIN 2 Bener Meriah is verbal bullying, physical bullying, and psychological bullying. Before anti-bullying policies were put in place, issues like verbal bullying and hard-fought arguments were a big concern. Bullying is prevented by the tenets of Islamic religious education, including salat dhuha, cult, madrasah diniyah, literacy, and PHBI.

    Abstract: Engagement has become one of the habits of Madurese people in general. Because it is known that the engagement can facilitate the course of the introduction period between men and women as well as the family between the two parties. With the aim of knowing more about the behavior and also all the possibilities that exist in each family and their children. Thus, it will foster a sense of love and a deep understanding of maturity to be able to navigate a sacred bond (marriage). Therefore, there is a need for self-understanding and also a deep self-regulation to maintain how the importance of engagement is in accordance with existing Islamic law. So as not to be wrong Association for children who are already engaged. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) how the picture of the engagement relationship of the final semester intensive student IDIA Prenduan and (2) How self-control in maintaining the engagement relationship of the final semester intensive student IDIA Prenduan. The research methods used in this study using this study using qualitative methods with descriptive type. The informants in this study are five final semester intensive students who have been engaged and the location of this study in IDIA Prenduan precisely in the final semester intensive Student program. Data collection techniques include interviews with structured types, observations with Participant types. While the data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation and verification. So as to obtain the results of this study indicate that, (1) the description of the engagement relationship intensive final semester student IDIA Prenduan form, as a bond of friendship, lived with honesty and openness, and always establish good communication among families. While (2) self control in maintaining the engagement relationship of intensive female students in the final semester of IDIA Prenduan can make some female students to be able to control decisions, control behavior and cognitive control

    ANALISIS KETERWAKILAN 30 PERSEN PEREMPUAN PADA PEMILU 2024 DITINJAU DALAM PERSEPEKTIF HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM

    Women's participation in legislative elections is one of the issues in Indonesia's political dynamics. Although the data shows an increase in percentage compared to the results of the previous elections, women's representation in the 2024 elections has not yet reached 30 percent. This paper shows that women's representation in parliament is still low in terms of candidates elected to the Senayan, cultural factors, religious stigma, and political structures are the main obstacles. However, affirmative action policies have succeeded in increasing the number of women in parliament. The research also reveals that Islamic family law plays an important role in shaping women's participation through aspects such as marriage, inheritance, and roles within the family. Through the integration of Islamic family law perspectives and feminist theories, this research aims to identify gaps in understanding regarding women's participation in the 2024 elections and devise holistic solutions to increase women's participation in the political process in Indonesia.

Iklan dan komunikasi pemasaran bukan lagi sekadar tentang menyampaikan informasi tentang produk atau jasa, tetapi juga menjadi medium untuk membangun hubungan yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip etika dan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk membangun hubungan yang berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan konsumen mereka melalui iklan dan komunikasi pemasaran.     The banking industry in its operations is full of risks that can disrupt the survival of banks, including Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS). The characteristics of BPRS products and services require identification, measurement, monitoring and risk control functions that are in accordance with sharia banking business activities. The composition of profit sharing based financing at BPRS is only 14%, the level of profitability with ROA and ROE starting in 2014 has decreased. On the other hand, the non-performing financing (NPF) ratio continues to increase. Meanwhile, the opportunity to increase profit sharing-based financing is very high because the number of MSMEs is very large.The number of BPRS in Indonesia until 2023 is 173, of which there are 80 BPRS in the island of Java. Secondary data collection is carried out through annual reports. BPRS HIK Parahyangan was chosen as the research object. Analysis of the implementation of risk management follows the stages of the risk management process. BPRS HIK Parahyangan's understanding of risk management and its implementation.The research results show the fact that in the year period studied, namely 2020-2022, BPRS HIK Parahyangan has implemented risk management and risk mitigation well. The risk management process is understood and implemented by BPRS HIK Parahyangan, always applying the principle of prudence in providing financing and focusing on clients who have a proven track record. So that BPRS HIK Parahyangan can maintain healthy financing quality with a controlled problem financing ratio

    Human are social creatures created with emotions and feelings. It is difficult for human not to use emotions in everyday life. Therefore, regulating emotions is necessary and the role of counselors in training emotional regulation in adolescents is also needed at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) Sleman. The purpose of this study is to describe adolescent emotions, to identify how counselors train adolescent emotional regulation, to find out emotional changes in adolescents after counseling, and to find out the role of counselors in training adolescent emotional regulation at the Family Learning Center Sleman.  This research applied qualitative research approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were four people consisting of two counselors of PUSPAGA, a teenager, and the Head of PUSPAGA.  This study results indicate that: first, the emotional description of adolescents at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) initially shows negative emotions such as sadness, anxiety, fear, and so on. Second, the counselors play a role in training emotional regulation skills in adolescents by applying breathing relaxation and imagery relaxation methods. Third, the changes in adolescent emotions at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) after counseling are identified. It is shown that the adolescents are able to manage their emotions to be more positive, such as being happier, more cheerful, less anxious, and less afraid. Fourth, the roles of counselors at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) in training adolescent emotional regulation shown are conducting assessments, conducting counseling processes, and monitoring

    Implementation of E-Money as Student Payment at Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School from an Islamic Economic Perspective

    Humans, as social beings, are required to constantly innovate in economic activities, especially in the use of digital technology, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, cashless payment systems or e-money have become a solution to the demands of the times. This includes SMA Tahfidh Al-Qur’an PP. Al-Amien Prenduan, which also implements e-money as a payment tool in transactions within the PP. Al-Amien Prenduan environment. This is what prompted the researcher to delve deeper into the implementation of e-money as a student payment tool from an Islamic perspective. The research problems are: how is the implementation of e-money as a student payment tool from an Islamic perspective, and what are its impacts on students, guardians, and the boarding school? This research uses a qualitative approach at SMA Tahfidh Al-Qur'an PP. Al-Amien Prenduan. Data collection was carried out through direct field observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation methods with all related sources. Data analysis was performed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana theoretical model. The results show that the implementation of e-money as a student payment tool runs as expected by all parties and has a positive impact on everyone at PP. Al-Amien Prenduan. For example, students do not lose money, it prevents corruption, and it facilitates guardians when sending money, and students no longer have to wait in long lines when shopping at the boarding school-owned business units. From an Islamic perspective, the implementation of e-money as a student payment tool is allowed according to the sharia contracts that occur when transacting based on evidence from the Qur'an and Hadith, except if there is maysir (gambling), riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and haram (prohibited) elements in the e-money implementation. This research provides a perspective on the use of e-money as a payment tool in boarding schools or other educational institutions
