Pemberian Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the reward (X) indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation (Z). The population in this study were all employees of PT Indolakto Pandaan, totaling 300 people. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling method, namely 172 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the results showed that Reward had a direct effect on employee performance. Reward has a direct effect on employee performance mediated by employee work motivation, and reward has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation at PT Indolakto Pandaan. The contribution of reward, work motivation to explain employee performance is 59.6%. So there are still 40.4% other factors that affect employee performance.

Bagaimana pihak Tokopedia mempromosikan iklannya kepada masyarakat dalam menggunakan metode transaksi GoPayLater Cicil. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konten promosi GoPayLater Cicil pada iklan E-commerce Tokopedia di YouTube. Fokus penelitian ini menggunakan teori Difusi Inovasi dalam menentukan tingkat keberhasilan inovasi dan mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan informan. Analisis konten didasarkan pada teori difusi inovasi Rogers untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan inovasi GoPayLater Cicil dalam transaksi online di Tokopedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak E-commerce Tokopedia melakukan kerja sama dengan pihak Gojek dalam menggunakan inovasi terbaru melalui iklan YouTube. Penemuan transaksi GoPayLater Cicil merupakan perkembangan dari penggunaan saldo GoPay yang bisa digunakan oleh pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia dan Gojek untuk membeli barang secara online. Hal ini juga dihargai oleh beberapa masyarakat yang berpendapat bahwa iklan yang diberikan Tokopedia sudah baik, dan memiliki unsur hiburan, termasuk juga dengan pilihan saluran komunikasi menggunakan platform media YouTube sebagai sarana promosi yang bisa dikatakan sudah tepat

At the beginning of 2024, nickel downstreaming became an interesting topic discussed among the public, because it was mentioned in the vice presidential debate. This article analyzes how nickel downstreaming is implemented using Edward III's theory. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data used in the research comes from the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate and FreeFullPdf publication databases with the keywords nickel downstream, Indonesian nickel downstream, mineral downstream, Indonesian mineral downstream. Based on the results of the analysis, the nickel downstream program in Indonesia still requires investment to build a smelter, implement regulations that pay attention to the environment in mining activities, prioritize migrant workers over foreign workers in mining activities, study the manufacture of nickel to become semi-finished goods and should even be able to study the manufacture of electric batteries so that it can do independent production of finished goods

The important objective of this research is to describe the impact of service, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the e-commerce industry in Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, this type of research is deductive research. The population in this research are Shopee marketplace users in Gresik Regency. This research requires a sample of 190 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being the people of Gresik district who have made purchase transactions on the Shopee marketplace. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this research variables X1 and X3 both have a significant effect on variable Y, while variable X2 does not
The Strategy of Whisper Chain Game in Teaching Listening Skill to Students of Al-Uswah Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Al-Quran at Pangarangan Sumenep
Get PDFThe aims of this research are to find out the implementation process of the whisper chain game used and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of teaching listening skill to students of Al-Uswah Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Alquran at Pangarangan Sumenep. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were used in this research through interview and observation. The informants of this research are the teacher's listening skill and the directorate of student affairs and students. The data analysis used is the Saldana, Miles, and Huberman model which consists of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the whisper chain game used by the school has several steps, namely: The teacher says hello to all students to start teaching, then the teacher gives directions and explains a little about the introduction of the listening skill, and the teacher orders several students to divide their tasks in the teaching process, then the teaching activities are carried out by dividing groups to implement the game, then the teacher will provide explanations when misunderstandings appear, or add deficiencies that were not conveyed and will correct if there are errors conveyed by the students' affairs, and after the teaching process is completed, the teacher evaluates the teaching results that have been implemented and concludes the lesson with a greeting. The inhibiting factors that hinder students during the process of teaching the listening skill at Al-Uswah Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Alquran at Pangarangan Sumenep are as follows: Feeling lazy in studying, lack of desire to learn, lack of concentration during the teaching process. Effectiveness of Mobile Applications in Arabic Language Learning for Elementary School Students
Get PDFThis research explores the role of mobile technology in Arabic language education at the elementary school level. With the increasing use of technology in education, this research highlights how mobile applications can be used as effective learning tools. The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of using mobile applications in Arabic language learning for elementary school students. This research employs a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data was obtained through Arabic language proficiency tests conducted before and after the use of the application, while qualitative data was collected through interviews with students and teachers to gain in-depth insights into their experiences. The results of the study indicate that the use of the mobile application significantly improved students' Arabic language skills, particularly in the areas of vocabulary, reading, and grammar. In addition, this research also reveals that the majority of students and teachers have a positive perception of the use of mobile applications in learning, although there are challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for adequate technical support and training. The recommendations provided include the enhancement of technological infrastructure, support and technical training, collaboration between application developers and educators, as well as parental involvement. This research provides valuable insights into the potential and challenges of using mobile technology in Arabic language education, as well as laying the groundwork for better development and implementation in the future

This study aims to determine the form of sarcasm (rude words) in the communication of members of the motor Group 2stroke Belida Darat, and determine the context and social relationships of sarcasm (rude words) in the communication of members of the group 2stroke Belida Darat. So based on the results of the study, the findings of the study are 1) forms of sarcasm expressed by members of the grub motor 2stroke Belida Darat is sarcasm in the form of animal names: dogs, cats and pigs. Objects with bad characteristics in the form of: Bengkai and Tai. Human condition or state in the form of: Gile and Lolo. Family members are: Kampang. Problem Minimnya Minimnya Pengambilan Pembiayaan di Perbankan Syariah: Studi Kasus UMKM Furniture di Kabupaten Sumenep
Get PDFSharia banking has a vital role in supporting economic progress in society, especially business actors such as MSMEs. However, not all MSMEs respond productively to the financing issued by Sharia banks, such as furniture MSMEs in Karduluk Village, Sumenep Regency, which still rarely utilize financing products from Sharia banks. This research aims to identify the problem of the lack of interest of Furniture MSMEs in Karduluk village in taking out Sharia Banking financing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study type of research. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis reduces data, presents the data, then concludes the data that has been presented. The subjects of this research were taken from Furniture MSMEs in Karduluk Village. The results of this research provide data that the interest of MSME furniture players in Karduluk village, Sumenep in choosing Sharia banking financing products is still relatively low. This is evident from the 30 informants that researchers interviewed, there are only 3 MSME players who carry out financing at sharia banks. The reasons are different, such as lack of promotion from Islamic banks or it is easier to borrow funds from relatives
IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARIAH COMPLIANCE FOR HYBRID CONTRACT PRODUCTS AT BAITUL MAL WAT TAMWIL IN INDONESIA
Get PDFOne of the ways carried out by Baitul Mal wat Tamwil institutions in order to attract customer interest and meet the demands of modern society is the development of hibryd contracts (multi-contracts) which in practice the use of these multi-contracts often experiences shifts and deviations from the principles that have been regulated in sharia provisions. This study has several objectives, among others, first to determine the application of multiple contracts in Baitul mal wat Tamwil institutions, in this case there are two institutions that are the object of research, namely BMT Makin Amin and BMT Nuansa Umat. Second, to determine sharia compliance in the application of multiple contracts applied to the two BMT. This research uses a qualitative method with an indepth analysis model, where researchers in conducting this research use several data sources ranging from literature studies, surveys and discussions with BMT and related sources. The approach used by the author is a normative-empirical approach by examining the implementation of contracts applied to Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The results of this study indicate that there are two hybrid models applied in the two BMTs, among others, Murabahah bil wakalah and Ijarah muntahiya Bit Tamlik (IMBT) Where in its implementation the two BMTs have shown their compliance, this is evidenced by the conformity between the DSN-MUI fatwa and the practices carried out by the two BMT.
