PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA LANCAR MELALUI PENGUATAN LITERASI AL-QUR’AN BERBASIS METODE YANBU’UL QUR’AN
The low level of Quran literacy among the people of Lancar Village, Larangan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency is a fundamental problem in strengthening religious values. This condition is caused by a shortage of teachers, the lack of a systematic learning method, and the community's lack of motivation to study the Quran continuously. To address this problem, the community service team implemented a community empowerment program through strengthening Quran literacy based on the Yanbu'ul Quran method. This method was chosen because it has a clear, tiered, and effective system for improving the ability to read the Quran with tartil. The community service activities were carried out in three main stages, namely: (1) analysis of community needs through observation and interviews; (2) training and mentoring of Quran teachers on the application of the Yanbu'ul Qur'an method; and (3) Quran literacy classes involving children, teenagers, and adults. The implementation method used a participatory community development approach, in which the community became the main subject in the learning process and activity management. The results of the community service showed a significant increase in the community's ability to read the Qur'an, especially in terms of pronunciation of letters, accuracy of tajwid, and increased interest in participating in religious activities. In addition, the formation of mosque-based Qur'an study groups was the first step towards community independence in maintaining the culture of Qur'an literacy
PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS DAN AKHLAKUL KARIMAH MELALUI GERAKAN LITERASI AL-QUR’AN DI MADRASAH DINIYAH DESA PANDAN GALIS PAMEKASAN
This community service was motivated by the weak religious character and moral values of students at the Madrasah Diniyah in Pandan Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency. This condition was evident in their lack of discipline in worship, low interest in reading the Qur'an, and minimal appreciation of noble moral values in their daily lives. Therefore, a systematic effort is needed through a Qur'an literacy movement as a means of internalizing Islamic religious and moral values. The method of implementing this community service uses a participatory-educational approach, with the following stages: (1) socialization of the program to the caregivers and teachers of Madrasah Diniyah; (2) training students in the habit of reading and contemplating the Qur'an; (3) regular assistance in Qur'an literacy activities; and (4) evaluation of the results of guidance through observation of students' religious attitudes and morals. The activities were carried out collaboratively between the community service team, Madrasah Diniyah teachers, and local religious leaders. The results of the community service showed a significant increase in the religious attitudes and good character of the students. Students became more disciplined in reading the Qur'an, showed polite behavior towards teachers and friends, and were more active in religious activities. The Qur'an literacy movement proved to be effective as a medium for shaping religious and Islamic moral character, while strengthening the Qur'anic culture in the madrasah environment and the community of Pandan Village
Pengaruh Label Halal, Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di BFC 45 Prabumulih
This study aims to determine how the influence of halal labeling, brand image, and service quality on purchasing decisions at BFC 45 Prabumulih. With halal labeling variables, brand image, and service quality which are independent variables in this study and purchasing decisions as dependent variables and can be a reference in improving the quality of BFC 45 Prabumulih. This study uses a quantitative research design with a questionnaire as a data collection tool, using purposive sampling technique with a total of 92 respondents who fall into the characteristics of the respondents. The types of data used are secondary and primary data and the data analysis techniques used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data processing that has been done, this study shows the results that halal labeling, brand image partially affect purchasing decisions at BFC 45 Prabumulih, while service quality partially has no effect on purchasing decisions at BFC 45 Prabumulih and simultaneously halal labeling, brand image and service quality affect purchasing decisions
Analisis Tenaga Kerja Penjual Melalui Pembagian Area Kerja Pemasaran pada PT. Langgeng Jaya Plastindo
The important role of the plastic recycling industry which continues to grow requires an optimal marketing strategy so that it remains in demand by customers and is not less competitive with other similar companies. In an effort to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness, division of work areas was implemented and the company realized the need for an in-depth analysis of its sales workforce. The aim of this research was to determine the impact of division of marketing work areas on the workforce. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative research with the research object being PT employees. Langgeng Jaya Plastindo. The results of this research show that dividing marketing work areas is one of the main strategies for maximizing the potential of each sales team member to be more focused on achieving the set targets. The cause of the problem here is that there is no clear structure regarding the division of marketing areas, so that some areas have the potential to be unreachable or neglected. This is also caused by the unequal distribution of work areas and workforce
IDENTIFIKASI SIKAP UNCONDITIONAL POSITIVE REGARD KONSELOR DALAM CERITA RAKYAT KE’ LESAP
This research will describe the story of Ke' Lesap, the Hero of Madura Island's Independence. From this story, we will analyze and explain in detail the personal portrait of Ke' Lesap, the Hero of Madura Island Independence, as well as the representation of the attitude of unconditional positive regard in the Madurese folklore Ke' Lesap for the development of the moderate personality of the counselor. The Ke' Lesap folklore is the story of a young warrior from Madura who fought for the Madurese people from misery and poverty. The glory of a Ke' Lesap who helps others unconditionally, especially those who are helped are Madurese people from ordinary circles. This attitude is a reflection of the unconditional positive regard attitude. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the type/design of this research using library research/literature study, namely research whose area of study is libraries or literature. The data collection techniques used in this research are listening, reading, listening and note-taking techniques, as this type of research is literature/library study which is a data collection technique using written sources or reading books. The results of the research show that there are ten types of Ke' Lesap personality which are characteristics of an unconditional positive regard attitude, namely friendly and open, sincere, sympathetic, respectful of others, helpful, firm in reminding, respecting diversity, brave, having a high sense of brotherhood. , and never give up.
PENDAMPINGAN PREVENTIF BULLYING MELALUI P5 DI SEKOLAH MENENGAN PERTAMA MANARUL QUR’AN
This mentoring program aims to provide comprehensive insights as a preventive effort against bullying behavior through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMP Manarul Qur’an. The approach employs lecture methods combined with project-based learning, involving direct participation in poster creation and campaigning. The program begins with an initial socialization session on the concept of bullying, its impacts, and prevention strategies, conducted during the first week of mentoring. In the second week, student empowerment activities are carried out to raise awareness through investigations involving teachers and students. Subsequently, students create anti-bullying posters to voice their concerns regarding bullying threats and conduct anti-bullying campaigns alongside teachers to raise community awareness about the dangers of bullying that must be prevented. The results indicate an increase in students’ knowledge, highlighting that bullying fundamentally contradicts Islamic values and constitutes behavior that must be avoided. The acquired knowledge contributes to shaping students into individuals who are devoted to God and possess noble character. Regarding attitudes, the mentoring program effectively shifts the mindset of both victims and perpetrators, making them realize that bullying behavior is highly detrimental. It also enhances social attitudes, including mutual respect, global diversity awareness, tolerance, and empathy. In terms of skills, the service program based on the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) concept fosters the development of critical thinking related to bullying, independence and responsibility within groups, creativity, and cooperation (gotong royong) through the process of creating and campaigning anti-bullying posters
PENERAPAN METODE LIMA JARI SEBAGAI INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN TAHFIDZ AL-QURAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA HAFALAN SANTRI TAMAN PENDIDIKAN AL-QUR’AN
This community service activity was motivated by the problem of low memorization ability among students at the Al-Qur'an Education Park, which was caused by monotonous and uninteractive tahfidz learning methods. Many students have difficulty remembering and retaining long-term memorization because there is no strategy that combines visual, auditory, and kinesthetic aspects in the process of memorizing the Qur'an. To address this issue, the community service team applied the Five Finger Method as an innovation in Qur'an memorization learning that is easy to understand and enjoyable for children. The community service method was implemented in three stages, namely (1) socialization and training for TPA teachers on the concept and steps of implementing the Five Finger Method, (2) intensive assistance in the tahfidz learning process using this method, and (3) evaluation of students' memorization abilities through observation, interviews, and memorization tests. The approach used was participatory and collaborative, involving teachers, students, and parents as part of the learning community. The results of the community service showed a significant increase in the students' memorization abilities and motivation to learn. The students became more active, able to easily remember the order of verses, and more confident in reciting their memorization. Teachers also experienced an increase in their competence in applying creative and communicative learning methods. Overall, the application of the Five Finger Method proved to be effective as a pedagogical innovation that can improve the quality of Al-Qur'an memorization learning at TPA and strengthen the spirit of love for the Al-Qur'an among students
PROFIL SOSIAL KIAI KAMPUNG; DARI GURU NGAJI HINGGA PENJAGA TRADISI
Kiai is a central figure in the social life of Madurese society. Because, he represents a social profile that is irreplaceable as a significant other in the social environment of the community. Therefore, this study seeks to comprehensively discuss the profile of village kiai on the island of Madura, which has a very urgent role in the social process of the community where kiai live in it. Starting as a Quranic teacher to the guardian of tradition and agent of change. In the social process of living together in the community, kiai are in many ways the guardians of tradition and agents of change. As guardians of tradition, kiai become leaders of every social and religious event that has been deeply rooted in the traditions of the community. Rather than that, on the other hand, kiai also act as agents of change with the surrounding community in an effort to maintain and bring the community to the usual path based on the objectivation of values in society. In terms of methods, this research uses a descriptive type qualitative approach by means of observation, interviews and documentation
Implementasi Metode Drill pada Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist
Penggunaan metode yang tepat dapat mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, oleh karenanya MI Al-Amien Tegal Prenduan menggunakan metode drill, khususnya dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi metode driil dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an hadist di kelas V semester ganjil MI Al-Amien Tegal desa Prenduan kecamatan Pragaan kabupaten Sumenep tahun pelajaran 2020-2021. Dan 2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi metode drill pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist di kelas V MI Al-Amien Tegal secara umum sudah sesuai dengan teknik, tujuan, syarat-syarat, hal yang harus diperhatikan, prinsip dan petunjuk, serta langkah-langkah penerapan metode drill. keberhasilan penerapan metode drill di kelas V MI Al-Amien Tegal ditunjang oleh adanya mayoritas siswa yang memiliki kemampuan membaca bacaan arab dengan baik dan juga adanya siswa yang mengikuti program hafidz Qur’an selain faktor penunjang diatas ada pula faktor penghambat penerapan metode drill di kelas V MI Al-Amien Tegal yaitu adanya siswa yang belum bisa membaca bacaan arab dengan baik dan benar, dan minimnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan sehingga menyebabkan siswa cepat jenuh dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist dengan metode drill
TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG DOSEN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENGINTEGRASIKAN KECERDASAN BUATAN DI UNIVERSITAS MADURA
Abstract: The integration of AI in the context of Islamic religious education still faces several challenges and opportunities, including the difficulty of integrating AI into outdated Islamic educational methodologies. However, opportunities such as integrating religious principles with AI exist. This research, utilizing a descriptive analytical approach, identifies main challenges including the lack of up-to-date curriculum and the development of relevant content, while significant opportunities lie in integrating religious principles with AI, implementing adaptive learning methodologies, analyzing religious data, using virtual tutors, and developing mobile applications. The integration of artificial intelligence in Islamic religious education at the university level offers significant opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of learning and understanding religion. Collaboration among Islamic religious education instructors, AI experts, and scholars is also crucial to optimize the utilization of AI in the context of Islamic religious education.
