    Instilling Religious Moderation Values Through Islamic Religious Education in Urban Primary School Children

    Respecting differences is one form of a good person. Implementation of one's manners. Manners are part of what education aims to achieve. In fact, manners itself is the meaning of education itself, which can be interpreted by instilling manners in humans.Educational institutions play an important role in making students, as members of society, civilized or noble. Educating learners must be done early in early childhood education. Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAIBP) is one of the educational materials taught in elementary schools.This research examines how the values of religious moderation are instilled through Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAIBP) in elementary school children in urban areas, with a focus on SDN Pajagalan I Sumenep which is located in an urban area and has pluralistic students, both in terms of religion and cultural background. This research uses a qualitative, case study approach. With data sources coming from teachers, students and guardians of non-Muslim students. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. The data was analyzed using interactive model analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending observation, triangulation and checking the results with the PAIBP teacher at school.The results revealed that inclusive and tolerant religious education plays a significant role in shaping attitudes of tolerance and harmony among students with various religious backgrounds. Religious moderation in this school is implemented through various methods and approaches, both in formal learning in the classroom and through extracurricular and religious activities.The cultivation of religious moderation values not only creates a harmonious school environment but also contributes to broader social stability. Moderate religious education has proven to be effective in preventing radicalism and extremism in urban communities, thereby shaping a young generation that is moderate and able to live harmoniously in a multicultural society. These findings confirm the importance of inclusive religious education as a strategic solution to the challenges of diversity and enhancing interfaith harmony.

    This article aims to find out the content of the Khawarij material contained in the student book akidah akhlak with a scientific approach for the 2013 curriculum specifically designed for the eleventh grade of Madrasah Aliyah. This research is a qualitative study that is of a library research nature. The data collection technique uses the documentation method. The data source for this research is the textbook on the akidah akhlak with a scientific approach for the 2013 curriculum specifically designed for the eleventh grade of Madrasah Aliyah as the primary data source, and several books and research journal articles that are relevant to the discussion as secondary data. The data analysis was conducted using content analysis. The data analysis was conducted using content analysis. The results of this research indicate that the content of Khawarij material in the the student book akidah akhlak with a scientific approach for the 2013 curriculum specifically designed for the eleventh grade of Madrasah Aliyah is suitable for use. Therefore, additional knowledge from the teacher is needed during the learning process so that explanations about the material can be comprehensively understood by the student

    Setiap pasangan mendambakan rumah tangga yang bahagia dan tentram layaknya keluarga Rasulullah SAW. Namun, untuk mencapai keluarga sakinah itu tidak mudah karena akan ada banyak cobaan dan rintangan. lnilah pentingnya persiapan mental pranikah agar para calon pengantin dapat menghadapi segala jenis cobaan yang timbul dalam keluarga. Melihat pentingnya hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini akan meneliti tentang pelaksanaan serta bentuk dari bimbingan dan penyuluhan pranikah agar dapat meningkatkan kesiapan mental menuju keluarga sakinah di KUA Kecamatan Pontianak Kota. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah natural observation atau observasi alami. Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan dan penyuluhan pranikah di KUA Kecamatan Kota terlaksana dengan tertib dan juga memberikan dampak baik kepada para calon pengantin. Pihak KUA memberikan bimbingan dan penyuluhan setiap hari Rabu pukul delapan pagi hingga sebelas siang di Masjid Al Kautsar dengan bentuk bimbingan kelompok, yaitu ada pemateri, dan ada kelompok peserta. Para calon pengantin yang mengikuti bimbingan penyuluhan pranikah mendapatkan banyak sekali ilmu yang bermanfaat dari diadakannya bimbingan dan penyuluhan pranikah tersebut. Materi-materi yang disampaikan antara lain: persiapan mental, bagaimana peran suami atau istri, bagaimana kewajiban suami atau istri, mindset berkeluarga, tata cara mandi junub, dan pengetahuan lainnya terkait kehidupan berumah tangga yang penting menjadi bekal untuk para pasangan ketika sudah menjadi pasangan suami istr

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis strategi pengintegrasian dakwah Islam dalam pembelajaran IPS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial) di sekolah sebagai upaya membangun generasi yang islami. Dakwah Islam dalam pembelajaran IPS berarti memasukkan nilai-nilai dan ajaran Islam ke dalam materi pelajaran, metode pengajaran, dan lingkungan belajar, sehingga siswa tidak hanya memahami ilmu sosial tetapi juga menginternalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan observasi partisipatif terhadap implementasi strategi dakwah dalam pembelajaran IPS. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi dakwah Islam dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai Islam dan memperkuat identitas keislaman mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kurikulum IPS.

    This study was conducted to observe the impact of the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance which is an important issue in a number of organizations. This research is an explanatory study, where researchers make observations in collecting research data and recording data as it is, analyzing and explaining the data. The research took place at PT. Arudam Sejahtera Pamekasan by taking the population on employees as a whole. This is based on the total number of employees which only reaches 105 people. So that the sampling in this study was carried out randomly and the size of the sample taken amounted to 82 respondents. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Arudam Sejahtera Pamekasan partially. And to know organizational culture and motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. Overall, this study can be concluded that independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously and partially

    RESILIENSI SINGLE MOTHER MADURA: POTRET KETAHANAN PEREMPUAN PEDESAAN MADURA YANG HIDUP TANPA SUAMI

    Madura merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan jumlah perempuan dengan status single mother yang tergolong tinggi, baik dengan alasan cerai mati maupun cerai hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menjelaskan resiliensi single mother Madura yang hidup tanpa suami. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah psikologi fenomenologi dengan melibatkan partisipan single mother yang berasal dari Madura dan beberapa informan penelitian sebagai validator dan konfirmator data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik snowball sampling melalui wawancara semi terstruktur yang dilakukan secara mendalam setelah melakukan persetujuan informed consent kepada para partisipan dan informan penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) dan uji kredibilitas data menggunakan teknik member check. Hasil penelitian menemukan 4 tema utama, yakni dinamika emosional (penyesalan, sedih, konsep diri negatif, dan penerimaan), kekuatan internal (kepercayaan diri, pengendalian diri, regulasi emosi, tanggung jawab, dan spiritualisme), kekuatan eksternal (dukungan sosial dan dukungan keluarga), dan hambatan (stigma social, konflik antar keluarga, dan masalah finansial) yang dialami single mother Madura selama pencapaian resiliensi. Secara keseluruhan, kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa single mother Madura memiliki ketahanan atau resiliensi selama hidup tanpa suami meskipun membutuhkan proses setelah mengalami masa-masa sulit di awal. Temuan penelitian berkontribusi dalam memahami dan membantu perempuan single mother Madura dalam mencapai resiliensi selama hidup tanpa suami

    Implementation of Work Competency Certificates (WCC) for Fisherman Gas Station Construction Project Workers at PT. XYZ

    In the era of globalization and intense competition in the construction sector, having a Work Competency Certificate (WCC) is crucial for project workers to meet established work safety and skill standards. This research aims to explore the causes of not having a Work Competency Certificate (WCC) by construction workers and the solution to this problem in the Fuel Filling Station for Fishermen (SPBU Nelayan) project. Qualitative descriptive methods were used in this research by collecting data through field observations, interviews and documentation. Research findings reveal that the main barriers to obtaining WCC include mismatching educational levels, lack of understanding of the importance of WCC, and lack of relevant work experience. The strategies adopted to overcome this problem include training for employee development, increasing awareness about the benefits of WCC, and implementing effective human resource management to support employee professional growth and improve work safety standards. The results of this research emphasize the importance of overcoming barriers to obtaining WCC and implementing holistic strategies in improving employee qualifications, which in turn provides benefits in the form of competitive advantage and increased job security standards

    Optimizing Arabic Reading Comprehension Skills through the Quizizz App: An Interactive Learning Breakthrough for Higher Education

    This study aims to determine the use of the Quizizz application in learning Arabic to improve maharah Qiro'ah which will be used as a diverse and fun learning alternative that includes planning, use and evaluation. This research is a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The data used is in the form of information sourced from second semester students in class B majoring in Arabic Language and Literature, State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. As for the data analysis technique used in this study using the data analysis model developed by Miles & Huberman: namely data collection, condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that this application is very relevant and very supportive for Arabic learning assessment activities, especially in maharoh Qiro'ah. Likewise, with the use of this application, learning outcomes increase which can make it easier for students to understand the material, learning becomes more fun, increasing motivation and interest students and their independence, and students are more active in learning. Although not all of Quizizz's free features can be used as a means of evaluation media and can be complained about with interactive learning materials

    This study aims to analyze the difficulty factors experienced by Tarbiyatul Mu'allimien Al-Islamiyah (TMI) Al-Amien Prenduan teachers in achieving the maximum score on the TOAFL test at Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep, Madura. This research focuses on two questions: 1. What do TMI teachers experience as the difficulty factors in achieving maximum scores on the TOAFL test? 2. What are the solutions to overcome the difficulties faced by TMI Al-Amien Prenduan teachers in achieving maximum scores on the TOAFL test? This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with the primary instruments being in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the difficulty factors faced included limited vocabulary mastery, weaknesses in grammar (nahwu and sharaf), a lack of supporting resources such as teaching materials and test simulations, and unfamiliarity with using technology for computer-based exams. In addition, psychological factors, such as anxiety and a lack of time management during the exam, also affected the results achieved. To overcome these difficulties, the study recommends enhancing basic Arabic language skills through intensive training, providing relevant teaching materials, conducting periodic test simulations, and training in technology skills. This comprehensive approach is expected to help TMI Al-Amien Prenduan teachers achieve maximum scores, improve their competencies, and support the quality of education in pesantren

    This study will discuss self-management techniques for students struggling with time management at MA Mabdaul Falah Pamekasan through a behavioral approach. Difficulties in managing time include low responsibility for assignments, poor time management, and students being late to class. The purpose of this study is to help students manage their time and learn to manage it to improve their learning progress. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews and observations of MA Mabdaul Falah students. The results of this study indicate that self-management techniques for managing time can change student behavior. Students can manage their time and manage their behavior, leading to more positive outcomes.
