DAKWAH ISLAM MELALUI SENI HADRAH KLASIK MADURA
Full text linkThis research addresses the issue of social inequality caused by the use of gadgets, which separates the younger generation from traditional values and religious practices, threatening silaturrahmi and social harmony. However, the art of Madurese Classical Hadrah, particularly as performed by the Baiturrahim Group in Jaddung Village, is emerging as a potential solution to this challenge. This research focuses on the implementation of Madurese Classical Hadrah art in the community, especially in Ketapang Hamlet, as well as the role of Islamic da'wah delivered through this art. The research method used is a qualitative field approach using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection tools, as well as source and time triangulation to ensure data validity. The results showed that the Baiturrahim Group uses Hadrah art to convey Islamic preaching through sholawat verses containing Islamic messages. This art performance not only builds social ties and togetherness in the community, but also plays an important role in preserving religious and cultural traditions. The younger generation is actively involved in the implementation of this Hadrah art through education and social activities such as arisan organized by this group. The conclusion of this research is that Madurese classical Hadrah art is not just an art performance, but also a profound platform to strengthen love for the Prophet through verses of sholawat. The art of Hadrah is effective in building solid social ties within the community and plays a role in preserving religious and cultural traditions. The implementation of Hadrah art by the community, especially through the active participation of the younger generation, as well as social activities such as arisan, shows a real commitment to maintaining traditional arts in Jaddung Village, Pragaan, Sumenep

Full text linkThis article aims to find out how Islam views the profession of begging with the aim of fulfilling basic needs. This research is a library research study using a descriptive analytical approach. The results of this research explain that begging behavior is not only caused by a person's inability to fulfill their basic needs (Hifdz an-Nafs), but is also caused by a desire to save or have wealth in a practical way. Therefore, in Islam the law makes begging as a profession either halal or haram, depending on the conditions and circumstances. However, Islam strictly prohibits its followers from begging except in emergency situations and forces its followers to work to meet their need

Full text linkMenilai kesiapan sektor perbankan nasional dalam menghadapi persaingan komersial pada tahun 2024 dengan fokus pada perbankan syariah, tujuan penelitian kami untuk mengevaluasi hasil keuangan bank syari’ah dan bank konvensional tahun 2019-2023. Kami akan melakukannya dengan melihat kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Strategi pengambilan sampel menggunakan metodologi Purposive Sample, artinya digunakan kriteria tertentu untuk memilih sampel. Parameter keuangan seperti Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Kami menggunakan metodologi analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian kami, yang membatasi penggunaan analisis data pada perhitungan numerik dan lalu membuat kesimpulan. Informasi ini ditarik dari laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Umum tahun 2019–2023 yang disampaikan kepada OJK, BEI, BI, dan masing-masing bank umum. Metodologi tes yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Statistik Deskriptif, Statistik Kelompok, Tes Sampel Independen, dan Tes Simultan. Kami juga memanfaatkan program statistik SPSS Versi 25 dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan variasi dan fluktuasi yang signifikan dalam setiap ukuran keuangan antara bank umum konvensional dan juga bank umum syari’ah di Indonesia
Analisis Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan pada Ameera Cafe Sampang
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the application of accounting information systems in the sales process at Ameera Café Sampang. A good accounting information system is expected to support operational efficiency and accuracy of transaction recording, which is very important for business continuity, especially in culinary businesses such as Ameera Café. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews with owners, managers, and staff who are directly involved in the sales process at Ameera Café. The results of the study indicate that Ameera Café has not fully implemented an effective accounting information system, especially in terms of integration between operational procedures, accounting functions, and sales transaction documentation. The procedures applied are still manual and limited to simple transaction recording without a standardized and integrated system. The accounting function is not yet optimal in monitoring and setting aside income and costs related to the sales process, so that recording errors or inaccuracies often occur in financial reports. Documentation that should include complete and clear evidence of transactions, such as sales invoices and daily reports, has not been carried out consistently. These findings indicate an urgent need to develop and improve the accounting information system at Ameera Café, especially in terms of procedures, documentation, and the application of technology to speed up and simplify transaction recording. This study recommends that Ameera Café consider adopting a computer-based accounting information system that can integrate all aspects of the business, from recording transactions to preparing financial reports in real time and accurately. Thus, the implementation of a better information system can improve financial performance, reduce the risk of errors, and support more appropriate decision making for business management
ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVES ON SCIENCE AND ETHICS: A CONTRAST WITH SECULAR AND CHRISTIAN VIEWS
Full text linkThis paper discusses the interrelation of worldviews, science, language, and religion by comparing the secular, Christian, and Islamic perspectives. The worldview within which humanity exists plays a major role in shaping human perception. The Islamic worldview incorporates ethics into the body of scientific knowledge and entrusts humans with obligations toward the Earth, labeling them as Khalifah. Proceeding with this approach, the research undertaking a literature review and thematic analysis pursues the study of primary and secondary sources made up of the Holy Qur’an, Hadith, and relevant academic literature. By examining this Qur’anic and Hadith-based model of ethics, what is revealed is how Islam inspires an attitude toward knowledge acquisition in a manner that is moral in content, where scientific progress is weighed against social and ecological obligations. The findings stress the role of worldview in the formation of scientific thought, using language, and religious perceptions while focusing on how the Islamic worldview uniquely integrates ethics into science and knowledge. This work adds to a holistic understanding of the ways in which worldview serves as a guide for action in developing insights into the interconnection of faith, science, and ethics within the Islamic tradition
Peran Pesantren dalam Menciptakan Kemandirian Belajar Santri
Full text link Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kenyataan bahwa Sejak awal, pondok pesantren telah menanamkan sikap kemandirian pada diri peserta didik, dengan cara melatih mereka agar dapat berdiri di atas kaki sendiri, serta membina mereka agar tidak menggantungkan diri kepada orang lain kecuali hanya kepada Tuhan. Begitupun dalam hal belajar para santri dididik dan dibentuk dengan sistem dan program yang ada di dalam pondok tersebut agar mereka dapat menyelesaikan sendiri masalah-masalah belajar yang mereka temui. Akan tetapi setiap Pondok Pasti memiliki cara-cara tersendiri dalam usahanya menciptakan sikap kemandirian belajar dalam diri santri.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan dalam menciptakan kemandirian belajar santri, 2. Untuk mengetahui program apa saja yang dimiliki Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan yang dapat menunjang terciptanya kemandirian belajar santri.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan (field research), dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara kepada narasumber yang dianggap penting dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Untuk menetapkan keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Seluruh komponen dan sistem yang ada di dalam pondok pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan berperan penting dalam menciptakan kemandirian belajar dalam diri santri. Misalkan dari SDM-nya, seperti para guru, kepala sekolah, pengasuh dan pimpinan pondok pesantren. Keberadaan mereka sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh para santri, sebagai motivator, pembimbing sekaligus orang tua kedua mereka di pondok. Kemudian penciptaan kemandirian belajar juga tercipta dari program-program yang telah dibentuk oleh pondok, seperti kelompok-kelompok keilmuan dan kebahasaan dan lain-lain. Adapun program pondok pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan yang mendukung terciptanya kemandirian belajar santri yaitu program muajjah, program kelompok, program penuntasan SKIA dan program remidial

Evaluasi pembelajaran ialah merupakan sesuatu proses penilaian atau pengukuran untuk mengetahui sudah sejauh mana skill yang ada pada masing-masing dari murid setelah proses pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh para guru kepada anak didik. Dengan adanya evaluasi pembelajaran bisa dengan mudah dalam menetukan taraf dan melihat kemajuan suatu aktivitas dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam mengevaluasi suatu pembelajaran bisa memakai cara yang telah ada baik berupa tes atau non tes. Adanya zaman yang semakin berkembang menuntut agar memanfaatkan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini di MAN Sumenep memanfatkan penggunaan teknologi komputer dengan aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) teknik yang dipakai, sehingga dapat diaplikasikan dalam teknik tes dalam ulangan harian mata pelajaran matematika

Full text linkAbstractHasyim Asy'ari is better known as a cleric who transformed Islamic boarding school education, as well as being a fighter. Hasyim Asy'ari turned Tebuireng into a model Islamic boarding school for Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia. By using relevant literature data from the book Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim by Hasyim Asy'ari, this research uses library research by collecting information through documentary methods. In the book Directions for Competency of the Indonesian Generation Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045 prepared by the National Education Standards Agency (BNSP), Indonesia will celebrate its 100th anniversary of independence in 2045. Indonesia will experience a golden age at that time. Education needs to be organized as a "Garden that Excites", "Garden that Grows", and "Garden that Strengthens", in accordance with the ideals of Ki Hajar Dewantara. Because there are no castes based on intelligence (ranking), all students feel safe and comfortable in the "Education Park". Each student feels valued for their individuality and uniqueness in the park. It is in gardens like this that humans mature into civilized creatures. His contribution of thought, whether in the form of works, or his work in establishing Islamic boarding schools and the Nahdlatul Ulama organization has proven his work and is valid evidence to attribute to him the figure of Indonesian Islamic education. As part of a conservative traditional education figure, Hasyim Asy'ari's contribution to educational thought was enormous to the journey of education, especially Islamic boarding school education. Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts are very relevant to national education issues across eras and are suitable to be adopted in preparing Indonesia's golden generation in the future.

Dalam menghadapi era digital ini, identitas visual sebuah merek menjadi sangat penting untuk membedakan dirinya dari yang lain dan menarik perhatian audiens. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana identitas visual logo sebagai brand identity pada media youtube al-Amien tv. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis konten dengan dengan digabungkan dengan studi lapangan untuk mengetahui persepsi audien terhadap logo yang digunakan. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa logo pada channel YouTube Al Amien TV bukan hanya merupakan identitas visual atau brand identity semata. Fungsi logo ini sangat penting dalam mengidentifikasi saluran tersebut, menciptakan kesan yang konsisten, meningkatkan tingkat pengenalan, dan memberikan ciri khas yang unik. Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Sanksi Pajak, dan Persepsi Keadilan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak UMKM di Kota Malang
Full text linkThe large number of MSMEs, 66 million in Indonesia and 21 thousand in Malang City and the failure to achieve the tax revenue target are very interesting things to study and analyze the influence of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and perceptions of justice on taxpayer compliance of MSMEs in Malang City. The number of samples used was 98 respondents of MSMEs in Malang City using a random technique based on area. Data collection through questionnaires, and multiple linear regression analysis was used using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. The results of the study showed that the variables of taxation, tax sanctions, and perceptions of justice partially influenced taxpayer compliance of MSMEs. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) value of 0.417 indicates that the variables of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and perceptions of justice were able to contribute to the taxpayer compliance variable by 41.7%. Socialization of laws and regulations on taxes needs to be continuously carried out by local governments. Tax sanctions followed by perceptions of justice felt by taxpayers can help improve taxpayer compliance
