Determinasi Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Consumer Non-Cyclicals Periode Pandemi Covid-19 dan Konflik Geopolitik Rusia-Ukraina
Get PDFThe study aims to conduct a predictive test and analysis on the financial distress of companies in the consumer non-cyclicals sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine geopolitical conflict. This study utilizes three predictive models: the Taffler model, the Fulmer model, and the Grover model. The population of this study consists of consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The research sample consists of 62 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The Kruskal-Wallis test method is employed and analyzed using SPSS 22. The result of this study indicate a significant difference among the three models in predicting financial distress in companies. Based on the accuracy test conducted, the Fulmer model achieved the highest accuracy rate of 87% with a type I error rate of 3% and type II error rate of 10%. Futhermore, the Grover model obtained an accuracy rate of 83% with a type I error of 16% and a type II error rate of 1%. The Taffler model achieved the lowest accuracy score compared to the three models used, at 77% with a type I error rate of 10% and a type II rate 13%

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of role conflict and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Lestari Investama, with a population in this study totaling 430 people. The sample studied amounted to 60 people obtained by using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of being female employees who are married and have children. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS tool. The results showed that the role conflict had a significant negative effect on employee performance, and work stress had a significant negative effect on employee performance

Paradigm used in this study was interpretive paradigm with Husserl transcendental phenomenology”. Based on meaningful accountability practice, thus BETHEL Church Congregation of Allang had three accountability dimension that are: social dimension which put by tenth accountability being understand as self-responsibility toward church and social responsibility toward people in need. and finance dimension which is a supporting dimension between spiritual and social dimension. BETHEL Church Congregation of Allang actually had long-practice accountability.

Get PDF Prostitution is a classic problem that is very complex and full of dynamics. Prostitution is a criminogenic phenomenon that should be taken seriously because it causes a domino effect such as the emergence of criminality in the middle of society. Prostitution has a far-reaching impact on the values of the lives and futures of the younger generation.
This study aims to analyze the public policies of the Ambon city government in the context of tackling prostitution in the city of Ambon. For this reason, with normative juridical research methods, the results of our research found that the public policy of the Ambon city government in the Forma Perda is no longer relevant to the social dynamics of society, especially with the dynamics of prostitution which is now shifting from official or direct prostitution (localization) to the era of unofficial online prostitution and more complex problems. While the public policy in the forma of the mayor's decree on the closure of the localization of the red rock cape of Ambon, is limited in nature and does not contain criminal content material so that although it has been officially closed, it still operates clandestinely or covertly.
The conclusion is that official prostitution in the city of Ambon has been juridically prohibited.but the elimination of unofficial or illegal prostitution either through direct transactions or online transactions, is not effective and efficient. So we recommend that public policy makers in Ambon city can be serious and immediately make specialist and specific policies to tackle the problem of prostitution effectively and efficiently

The purpose of this study was to identify how significantly customer satisfaction at Oasis Swalayan Ambon City is influenced by the attitude and service of sales officers. As many as 39 buyers from the Ambon Oasis swalayan became respondents in this study. Data was collected using a survey that combines observation and questions and literature study as a data collection technique. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social Sciences) version 22 software.The research results show that: (1). Attitude variable (X1) with a value of 18.5 percent has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y) (2). The results of the analysis show that with a value of 3.199 and a significance level of 0.002, the service quality variable (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Thus, it can be concluded that Attitudes and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Oasis Swalayans in Ambon city
Pengaruh Job Insecurity Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Bagian Sales di Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja
Get PDFTurnover intention is the desire of employees to quit their jobs in order to get another job. This study aims to analyze job insecurity against turnover intention mediated job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 51 sales employees at Kredit Plus (PT Finansia Multi Finance) Ambon Branch and used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results obtained from this study are: (1) job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention.

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect between variables both partially and simultaneously on interest rates, amount of money in circulation and exchange rates on the inflation rate in North Sumatra Province in 2012-2021. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this study are interest rates, money supply and exchange rates. While the dependent variable in this study is inflation. Secondary data collection techniques with quantitative research types obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics and from related agency sources. This study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. The results showed that the interest rate variable had a positive and signifikan effect on the inflation rate in the long term, whereas in the short term the interest rate had a positive but not signifikan effect on the inflation rate. The money supply variable has a positive and insignifikan effect on the inflation rate in the long and short term. Meanwhile, the exchange rate variable has a negative and insignifikan effect on the inflation rate both in the long term and in the short term

It is, largely determined by a decision-making process that is based on accurate, relevant, and timely information. This goal can only be met if marketing, production, and labor relations information, as well as financial data information, are properly designed and implemented in the production of an accountable document-based accounting information system.
In this study, we focused on the implementation of the flowchart model in the design of the information system for accounting for requests for funds / advances as one of the company's expenditure cycles, which is focused on designing and structuring the flow of documents requesting funds or advances needed by the accounting and finance departments to finance project needs and routine company needs with mechanistic pay in advance, using observational methods, interviews and literature studies.
The implementation of this model is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's business processes in managing the demand for funds and advances. Even though in the design process, several obstacles to the implementation of the flowchart model were found, such as limited human resources and available technology, this condition can be overcome by conducting training for employees and developing better technology. With the hope that the results of this research can contribute to the development of an accounting information system for companies
