Peran Mediasi Pembelajaran Organisasi pada Hubungan Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja
Get PDFThis study investigates the relationship between the components of organizational culture and Lecturer Performance between academics. It is hypothesized that Organizational Learning has a positive mediating role to explain the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance. To reveal the relationship between the components of organizational culture perception and lecturer performance, a correlational research design was carried out using SMART PLS 3.2 with a total sample of 35 lecturers. Organizational Learning plays a role in mediating the relationship between Organizational Culture and Lecturer Performance. The study is limited to one private college, the sample size is not represented, so the limited results have not been able to be used as an extensive reference for private universities.
Although there have been studies that discuss the relationship between organizational culture and lecturer performance, not many researchers have researched related to learning as mediation. The results of this paper focus on various aspects of organizational learning for the development of private universities and contribute to the needs of human resource development
Business Suistainability Analysis pada BUM Desa
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the sustainability of the BUM Desa Bumi Indomakmur Kalanganyar. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach using The Fifth Capital Model theory. Data collection was done through interviews with key informants, observation, and documentation. The results obtained in this study are: 1) Natural capital has not been fulfilled because BUM Desa obtains raw materials by purchasing, 2) Human Capital has been fulfilled with training and a clear remuneration system, 3) Social Capital has not been fulfilled because BUM Desa does not have an SOP, 4) Manufacturing Capital has not been fulfilled because BUM Desa does not use other machines/technology due it not focuses on production but only on services, and 5) Financial Capital has also not been fulfilled because the financial condition of the business in reality does not match the capital owned and BUM Desa still has an unfavorable image in the community due to the similarity of business forms

The current research aims to examine the effect of the role of location dimensions namely access, traffic, visibility, and facilities on the decision to visit tourists to Paragliding attractions. The number of samples involved in the current research is 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique, and to test and analyze data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the role of the dimensions of access, traffic, visibility, and facilities had a positive and significant impact on the decision to visit tourists to tourist objects

Rondinelli with a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of Suroboyo Bus as Public Transportation in Surabaya City was not as planned. This is due to the limited budgeting provided by the Surabaya City Government, resulting in the inability to provide maximum service to Suroboyo Bus users

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of the development of tourist objects and tourist visits on the community's economy (a study on the Kuako beach tourism object, Soahuku Village, Amahau District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province). Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in the study were all people around the Kuako beach and tourists visiting the Kuako beach during the period July 2022 to February 2023. The sample was drawn using a purposive sampling method with a final sample of 71 respondents. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the development of tourist objects and the level of tourist visits have a positive and significant impact on the people's economy

The Sidoarjo Regency Government together with the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office issued a new breakthrough in public services, especially in the service of population administration and civil registration with the issuance of the Via Online Service application (PLAVON). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Via Online Service (PLAVON) in Permisan Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed of the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Via Online Service (PLAVON) in Permisan Village, Jabon District, was still not running optimally, especially in provision of socialization to the community

Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the effect of financial attitudes, financial socialization, financial literacy and financial experience on financial management behavior. This study uses respondents with individual criteria aged 20-30 years and worked in the Greater Jakarta area. Respondents were selected using non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques. The data collection method was carried out using an online survey. Data were analyzed using the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method to test the validity and look at Cronbach's alpha value for the reliability test. The general method variance test is intended to measure the bias or error that is owned in this research test. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test this study's hypothesis. The results showed that financial attitudes and financial literacy had a significant effect on financial management behavior, financial socialization had a significant effect on financial literacy and financial experience had no significant impact on financial management behavior

Get PDFThe Jatim Puspa Program is an effort made by the East Java Provincial Government to increase the income of people affected by COVID-19 with a target for people who are at the lowest 8-12% welfare level. Batu City is the only city in East Java Province that receives assistance from the Jatim Puspa Program targeting 123 Beneficiary Families (KPM) spread across 6 villages, one of which is Gunungsari Village. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of the East Java Puspa Program policy in Gunungsari Village, Batu City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis model consists of data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Policy Content and Policy Context in the Jatim Puspa Program in Gunungsari Village, Batu City can be said to have been successful, but there are still targets that need to be optimized again. However, overall the implementation policy of the Jatim Puspa Program in Gunungsari Village, Batu City has been carried out well

The essence of the concept of social capital is the construction of beliefs, norms, and social networks, whose dimensions are cognitive, structural, and relational. The purpose of this article is to examine the concept of social capital from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. To support this research, a literature review is used as a methodology, explaining the emergence of the concept of social capital, further developing the theory of social capital, and reviewing the results of previous studies. The purpose of this study is to provide a more comprehensive picture of the concept of social capital that can be used in the context of managing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), taking into account its antecedents and consequences to provide research material on the relationship of social capital in BUMDes management
