Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to elaborate on the strategic thinking behind the construction of the Trans Java (JTTJ) and Trans Sumatra (JTTS) Toll Roads, and the multiplier effect that will be generated in the future. This paper is also expected to encourage decision-makers to develop ideas that can produce strategic decisions that affect the organization’s long-term performance. For example, the decision to build JTTS and JTTJ is estimated that this will organization’s long-term performance. This construction will trigger new industrial areas, and the availability of many varied jobs so that the workforce with higher education can be distributed. It is hoped that this will also have an impact on increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP), growth, and economic equity so that Indonesia can leave the regional imbalance that has long been questioned. The development of JTTS and JTTW is not a reflection of the courage of leaders to take risks amid scarce financial resources but shows the ability to think strategically in choosing the right leverage to increase growth and economic equity, all at once

Get PDFThe low saving rate of students aged 15-17 years is the reason for the purpose of this research, namely to analyze and find out about the influence of financial literacy, financial socialization, peer influence and self-control on saving behavior of high school students in DKI Jakarta and to analyze the influence between financial socialization on saving behavior through financial literacy of high school students in DKI Jakarta as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was distributing questionnaires consisting of several statements. The population in this study were high school students in DKI Jakarta with a sample of 287 students in DKI Jakarta who were taken by convenience sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is using several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, model feasibility tests and hypothesis testing through the SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 applications. The conclusion from the results of this study is that financial literacy, financial socialization, peer influence and self-control have an influence positive and significant impact on the saving behavior of high school students as well as financial literacy can be an intervening role that partially plays a role between financial socialization and saving behavior

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and emphaty on satisfaction and its impact on the loyalty of PDAM Dobo City service users. The population of this study was all PDAM customers in Dobo city with a sample of 98 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaire method The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study show that the servqual dimension has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and the satisfaction variable has been proven to mediate the relationship between the influence of the servqual dimension on the loyalty of service users in PDAM Dobo city

The results of the research show that the role of cooperatives in improving women is still not optimal, there is a lack of administrators which causes multiple positions and there are still many bad loans which hinder the circulation of money in cooperatives

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to test and analyze the impact of frontliner service quality, mobile banking, and trust on customer satisfaction of BSI KCP Sumenep. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis which is preceded by a description of the research data, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Data processing is done by utilizing the SPSS statistic 26 program. The results showed that the variable service quality of frontliner services, mobile banking, and trust partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant impact both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction BSI KCP Sumenep
Analisis Kontribusi dan Pertumbuhan Retribusi Parkir Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah
Get PDFLocal governments should dig as much as possible the source of the regional levy, one of the sources is the parking levy. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) The growth of parking levy receipts from 2017 to 2021, (2) The amount of contribution of parking levy receipts to PAD from 2017 to 2021. This type of research is a quantitative research. Data are obtained by conducting documentation and literature. The data analysis technique carried out is calculation of growth and contribution. The results of the data analysis showed that (1) The growth of parking levy receipts in Ambon City in 2017 was 25.22%; in 2018 it was 111.45%; this means that the growth is positive while in 2019 and 2020 the growth is negative, namely only (0.09%) and (40.01%) and in 2021 the growth returned positively by 132.53%. (2) The contribution of parking levy receipts to Local Revenue was 1.42% in 2017; 2.21% in 2018; 2.31% in 2019; in 2020 there was a decrease of 0.61% to 1.70%; and in 2021 it increased by 1.17% to 2.87%

Get PDFThis study aims to find out how the growth of PAD and capital expenditure of the regional government on the mainland of Timor Island are affected by budget pressure (fiscal stress). Quantitative research methods and statistical analysis were used in this study. The data used is secondary data in the form of document data as the main means of data collection. Some common methods used to analyze data are linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the use of classical assumptions. The results showed that the growth of PAD PEMDA mainland island of Timor had a positive effect on fiscal stress, besides that the results also showed that capital expenditure had a negative effect on fiscal stress and simultaneously or simultaneously PAD and capital expenditure had an effect on fiscal stress

The research employs a qualitative descriptive research design with a program effectiveness theory approach that consists of four aspects: 1) Program Target Accuracy; 2) Program Socialization; 3) Program Objectives; 4) Program Monitoring. The research is analyzed using data analysis techniques that involve four components: data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusion. The research results show that the Integrated Child Social Welfare Service Center in Surakarta City, as the implementing body, has carried out its tasks and functions effectively. However, it is found that the program's socialization aspect has not been fully achieved

The government must continue to provide advice and in this case the Western Moluccas Department of Agriculture is responsible for contributing to these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction through motivation in the SBB District Department of Agriculture. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique and the research sample includes 42 employees. The data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires were then analyzed using inferential statistical analysis techniques, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3 software. This study shows that organizational culture and leadership style do not directly affect job satisfaction. However, organizational culture and leadership style have an indirect impact on job satisfaction through work motivation
