Peran Pemerintah Dalam Pendidikan Anak Suku Togutil
Get PDFThe study aims to analyze and describe the role of government in the education of Togutil children in Baburino village, Maba sub-district, East Halmahera district, and North Maluku province. This study is a descriptive-qualitative study. The informants for this study were five people who were determined to use deliberate techniques. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and notes, and the analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show: 1) The government's role in educating Togutil children is very good now because the government is trying to build education in Baburino village, create conditions for Togutil children of Baburino village to 'go to school in the neighboring village, and prepare formal educational facilities for Togutil children. 2) Factors that can influence the role of government in the education of Togutil children in Baburino village, Maba sub-district, East Halmahera district, and North Moluccas province are school facilities and infrastructure, socialization factors, and economic factors

Anteseden Intensitas Penggunaan Layanan E-Wallet dan Dampaknya Terhadap Spending Behavior pada Generasi Millenial
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived credibility on the behavior of the intention to use e-wallet services and their impact on the spending behavior of the millennial generation in Ambon city. Respondents in this study were millennials who live in Ambon with a research sample of 100 respondents. This type of research is associative and the data source uses primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through the Google form. The collected data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that the shopping behavior of respondents in Ambon is influenced by the intensity of the intention to use e-wallet services. However, other findings show that perceived ease of use has a significant effect and perceived usefulness and perceived credibility do not have a significant effect on the intention to use e-wallet services. Then the limitations in this study are that the respondents who are involved are only the millennial generation. For this reason, it is hoped that further research can add other variables and add respondents from other generations
Implementasi Program Smart Inclusive School (SIS)
Get PDFSMPN 28 Surabaya is one of the inclusive education providers that provides innovative Smart Inclusive School (SIS) programs. However, the implementation of the SIS program is still constrained by unsupportive infrastructure and inadequate teacher competence so that the implementation of the Smart Inclusive School (SIS) program is not optimal. This study aims to look at the implementation of the Smart Inclusive School (SIS) program at SMP Negeri 28 Surabaya using David C. Korten's program implementation suitability model in which there are 3 elements that is, the programs, implementing organizations, and target groups. In the program element, the implementation of Smart Inclusive School has been well understood and implemented by the school as well as PDBK and parents. the implementing organization element, namely regular teachers and special assistants, has been equipped with training so that there is an understanding in handling PDBK. The target group element, namely PDBK and parents, has benefited from the Smart Inclusive School program, although there are still obstacles in adapting the environment for PDBK
Model Pengembangan dan Strategi Branding Buah Salak Merah

Moreover, there has been no government attention in empowering this local product. For this reason, the research was conducted to design a development model and branding strategy of buah salak merah. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach which consisted of three activities that occurred simultaneously, namely: reducing data, presenting data and conclusions. Data were obtained from experts, namely farmers and government. The implication of this research is to produce the elaboration model between farmers and the government to increase the innovation of development and Branding Strategy based on Local Wisdom. The result indicates Farmers need knowledge, skills, processing equipment, market and the attention of the Riring Village Government and SBB District Government to develop buah salak merah
Dampak Kepemilikan Institusional dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of institutional ownership and managerial ownership on CSR disclosure in companies listed on the IDX in 2021 to 2022. Through a survey using secondary data obtained through financial reports and annual reports of companies listed on the IDX in 2021 up to 2022 for data collection and purposive sampling technique for sample selection, 62 companies were obtained as research samples. The test results using multiple linear regression analysis show that; (1) managerial ownership is proven to have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure or it can be said that the encouragement of increased managerial ownership will increase CSR disclosure in companies listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2022. (2) institutional ownership is proven to have no effect on CSR disclosure or it can be said that the percentage of corporate institutional ownership in Indonesia does not affect CSR disclosure

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of innovative Era 4.0 in Ambon City and the variables that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach by utilizing descriptive data. Observations, interviews, documents, and archives are used to obtain data. They were subjected to a qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings show that the application of digital/electronic government aspects in information services has not been carried out optimally. The SIMANTAP, SIMANJA, and Smart City applications have been implemented well but not yet optimal at the Ambon City Government Information Communication Service. This is evidenced by the large number of applicants who continue to provide services offline, especially by visiting service offices. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as provide socialization to the public regarding the existence and use of applications
Pengaruh Pemasaran Digital dan Getuk Tular Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the influence of digital marketing and word of mouth on the purchase decision at Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop. The research adopts an associative approach and collects data through a questionnaire distributed to Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop customers. The required sample for this study is 100 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis includes instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The research findings reveal that digital marketing and word of mouth have a significant positive impact, both simultaneously and partially, on the purchase decision at Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop. Furthermore, it is evident that digital marketing exerts a more dominant influence compared to word of mouth, as it is more effective in shaping the purchase decision at Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop.

Get PDFThis study aims to look at the implementation of the E-Open policy at the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registry Service using the George Edward III Implementation in which there are 4 indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the E-Open policy has gone well, seen from the following indicators: 1) Communication: the information conveyed to the public regarding E-Open has been conveyed clearly. 2) Resources: human resources, information and facilities provided support the implementation of E-Open although they still need improvement. 3) Disposition: employees already have good commitment and ability and understand E-Open but lack the speed of response in responding to problems. 4) Bureaucratic structure: in the implementation of E-Open there are SOPs and distribution of responsibilities according to applicable regulations

The CAK3P online program is a form of e-service in the form of online birth certificate and death certificate services which also have similar values such as Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Responsiveness, Privacy, Compensation, and Contact. There is an indirect relationship between the e-service concept and the CAK3P online service program. This study aims to determine the Quality of Administrative Services Based on the CAK3P Online Program in Jurumudi Baru Village. This study uses a qualitative approach using observation and interview techniques in collecting research data. In the CAK3P online program, the staff's timeliness in promising the issuance of birth and death certificates has not been maximized because there are still people who complain about the timeliness that does not match working hours and also the availability of an online system, there are still problems with the main application, so from Meanwhile, the community is still not satisfied with the CAK3P online program service
