    Studi Eksplorasi Minat Beli Mobil Listrik pada Generasi Milenial

    This study aims to find out what factors that influence the purchase intention of electric vehicles on millennials in Jabodetabek and what factors contribute the most to the purchase intention. The sample and population in this study were 334 millennials in Jabodetabek using the purposive sampling method and distributing questionnaires through various social media platforms. This study uses the theory of TAM and TPB with the analytical method through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) approach and linear regression analysis to process the data through SPSS 25. The result of the study found that there were nine factors that influence the purchase intention of electric cars on millennials in Jabodetabek. The ninth factor is product knowledge, perceived behavioral control, price and advertising, social influence, product perception, environmental concern, ease of use, perceived benefits, and costs. Among the nine factors, price and advertising are the factors that contribute most to the purchase intention. It is hoped that this study can be used by electric car manufacturers as a basis for developing marketing and sales strategies through consumer purchase intention

    The public service sector is a reflection of the governance of a government. Poor public service delivery will certainly disrupt the stability of government administration because it will affect the level of public trust in the government. The Pekalongan Regency Government created an e-government-based public complaint service system called the Regent's Report, as an effort to improve public services. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Regent's Report complaint system in Pekalongan Regency and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the Regent's Report complaint system in Pekalongan Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study indicate that the Evaluation of the Regent's Report complaint system was carried out by reviewing William Dunn's evaluation theory, among others; effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. The Pekalongan Regency Government should increase the leveling and responsiveness points because it was found that the majority of the people did not know about the Regent's Report complaint system. The factors that influence the implementation of the district head's report complaint system consist of supporting factors, namely e-government-based systems and adequate infrastructure, and inhibiting factors, namely budget, human resources and implementation standard guidelines

    This study examines how leadership, work discipline, and work motivation affect employee performance, with work motivation as the mediator. This study involved 30 Cepogo sub-district office employees from Boyolali Regency. This research is quantitative. Data analysis with multiple regression. The coefficient of determination of 80.8% indicates that the independent variable explains most of the employee performance variables. There were 19.2% of variables that did not affect employee performance. The findings of this study show a strong relationship between leadership and work discipline with employee performance. There is a positive but not statistically significant effect on employee performance caused by leadership. The results of the indirect influence of leadership variables can be influenced by work motivation variables on employee performance variables. Work discipline cannot be influenced by work motivation because the results of such variables are too small to be influenced by motivation. This is because the results of direct influence are greater than the results of indirect influence

    The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction in several public secondary schools in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research was conducted by sampling 145 civil servant teachers out of 331 civil servant teachers in 6 public high schools, using a deliberation/criteria technique. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires, with a participation rate of 120 questionnaires (83%) returned, which were referred to as respondents. The analysis was performed using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the analysis indicated that: 1) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; 2) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; and 4) job satisfaction mediated the positive and significant relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance

    This research is related to the Service Quality of Guarantee Agency Social Services (BPJS) at the Sasi Health Center, Kefamenanu City District, North Central Timor Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The focus of this research is the quality of health services for patients using BPJS, including (tangibles) physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and  empathy. The results of this study indicate that the quality of BPJS services at the Sasi Health Center is quite good in terms of physical evidence that the infrastructure and facilities are sufficient, such as being equipped with waiting rooms that have provided sufficient chairs for patients, delivery rooms, and the availability of several polyclinics to serve patients, the emergency room and etc. The reliability of the medical staff in serving is quite good in terms of the services provided which are sufficient to satisfy the patient. The responsiveness of the officers was quite good as seen from the medical staff who were willing to listen to every complaint from the patient. Guarantees where patients feel comfortable and safe when seeking treatment at the Puskesmas and Puskesmas staff regardless of status in serving patients

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of e-government in PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya in terms of public services. The e-government management of PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya still has inaccuracies in handling online services, infrastructure indicators found that there is overlapping complaint data entering the system, and the application still does not have a customer service monitoring feature and the application is only available on Android. on Standard Operasional Prosedure (SOP) policy indicators it is necessary to carry out restandardization which is oriented towards e-government innovation. In terms of infrastructure indicators, it is necessary to evaluate the use of the company's internal system.     This research aims to find out how to evaluate the implementation of the SAMSAT Keliling service program to the receipt of motor vehicle taxes on UPTD. Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah Kota Kupang. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using primary and secondary data. The primary data in question is an interview conducted to find out more about the collection of motor vehicle taxes through SAMSAT Keliling, while the secondary data in question is the target data and realization of motor vehicle taxes in Kupang City in 2017-2020 obtained from UPTD. Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah Kota Kupang. Data analysis techniques in this study use the analysis of the Effectiveness of MOBILE SAMSAT through interviews and analysis of the effectiveness of PKB acceptance and the contribution of SAMSAT Roving then interpret it in the classification of effectiveness and contribution criteria. The results of this study the effectiveness rate of PKB receipts is effective and the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection through THE MOBILE SAMSAT service is effective and the contribution of motor vehicle tax revenue through THE SAMSAT Mobile service is very contributing during the last 4 (four) years i.e. 2017-2020

    This research is a quantitative research type which aims to determine the effect of competence on the performance of Supervisors at the Library and Archives Service of Maluku Province and to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Employees at the Library and Archives Service of Maluku Province. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variable is competence and work discipline. This research is located at the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service with a total of 60 employees as the research population and the sampling technique used is the total number of Census points (number), so the sample in this study is 60 samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 16 For Windows. The results showed that: a) Competence (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Supervisors at the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05. b) Work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05
