The Role of Product Attributes and Price to Purchase Intentions for Oleh-Oleh Sago Tumbu
The study examines the impact of product attributes and pricing on consumer purchase intentions for sago tumbu, a traditional Maluku snack. It employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research design, focusing on the relationship between independent variables (product attributes and price) and the dependent variable (purchase intentions). Data from 120 respondents, patrons of specialty snack outlets in Ambon City, were collected using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23. The findings highlight the significant positive influence of both product attributes and pricing on consumer purchase intentions. Recommendations include enhancing product packaging and labeling attractiveness while maintaining affordable pricing to stimulate consumer purchasing intentions
Personal Values in Village Fund Fraud Prevention
The increase of the village fund over the years, on the one hand - creates many opportunities for the village governments to improve their quality of life. However, on the other hand, it could lead to misuse and, to some extent, it is committed to fraud in the management process. Fraud is an unlawful act that causes many losses and benefits the perpetrator. Fraud may occur in both the private and public sectors (government). This research aims to empirically test the influence of Idealism and Morality on Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Financial Management. By using the Simple Random Sampling technique, the study is participated by Village Government Administrators and Village Consultative Councils in Teluk Ambon District as the population with the samples consisted of Village Government Administrators and Village Consultative Bodies from 6 (six) Villages in the Teluk Ambon District area. The research found that morality (p=0.008) and idealism (p=0.000) positively prevent fraud in village fund management. The result confirmed that when people have knowledge, understanding, and idealism, as well as personal values such as morals and ethics, they tend to avoid fraud. The research recommends conducting an experiment that focuses on groups to collect data to reduce internal validity problems. It may also examine other variables that can explain a more significant influence on fraud preventio
Sistem Pengendalian Internal Pemerintah Sebagai Variabel Moderasi; Dalam Hubungan Peran Auditor Internal Terhadap Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan
As a moderating variable, the research objective is to empirically test the influence on the quality of financial reports and the influence of the government's internal control system. The type of research is the causal relationship with sampling technique, by using purposive sampling. The survey sampling method is used in data collection and data analysis technique through Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with a significant degree 0.05. The result of the research is to prove the role of the government's internal auditor does not significantly affect the quality of the Maluku Provincial Government's financial statement. Furthermore, the government's internal system has a significant effect on the relationship between the role of the government's internal auditor, but it has no significant effect on the quality of the Maluku Provincial Government's financial report
Pemetaan Stakeholder Penanganan Lahan Kritis
There has been an intensively increase in the area of critical land in many regions including in DIY Province from 2013 - 2018. In handling the problem, there needs to be cooperation between various related stakeholders. This research was conducted to map stakeholders in order to understand factors constraining coordination as well as the collaboration. The method used in this research is deductive qualitative with data analysis techniques, namely stakeholder analysis. The data used are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data formed of policy documents obtained from an inventory of publications of relevant agencies. The results showed that there are 7 (seven) stakeholders related to the handling of critical land in DIY Province. The most influential stakeholders (Key Players) are the Serayu Opak Progo Watershed Management Center and the Division of Rehabilitation, Nature Conservation and Forest Protection (DLHK Provinsi DIY) because they have a high level of importance and influence. Coordination in order to build collaborative work between stakeholders has not been implemented in this case due to the mismatch between resources (budgeting) and authority assigned to each Key Players stakeholder agency
Transfer Pricing, Bagaimana Pengaruh Perencanaan Pajak, Tunneling Incentive, Aset Tidak Berwujud, Persentase Komisaris Independen dan Debt Covenant?
The aim of this research is to examine tax planning variables, tunneling incentives, intangible assets, the portion of independent commission agents and debt arrangements that influence transfer prices. The research object is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample was 50 companies, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Secondary data sources using multivariate linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that tunneling incentives have a positive effect on transfer prices. Tax planning, intangible assets, percentage of independent commission agents and debt arrangements have no effect on transfer pricing
Etika Auditor Sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Pengaruh Kompetensi, Independensi dan Moral Reasoning Terhadap Kualitas Audit
The research aims to empirically test the competency, independence and moral reasoning of auditors on audit quality with auditor ethics as a moderating variable at the Representative BPKP of maluku province. The sample in this study were all auditors who worked at the Maluku Province Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, totaling 60 auditors using a questionnaires survey method and measured using a likert scale. The number of questionnaires distributed was 60 questionnaires, and 56 questionnaires were returned. The results of this research show that partially, competency, independence, and moral reasoning have a positive effect on audit quality. Tests using Moderated Repression Analysis (MRA) show that auditor ethics are able to moderate the relationship between competence, independence and moral reasoning and audit quality
Pengaruh Digital Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi oleh Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Karyawan Milenial
The digital era is an era where technology will be used frequently. Where companies will need a leader who must be able to master digital and adhere to the standards of the company, especially in the East Java area. Therefore, companies in East Java need a digital leader to help their employees improve employee performance and creativity. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital leadership on employee performance which is mediated by the innovative work behavior of millennial employees in East Java. The technique used was judgment sampling technique and this research consisted of 139 employees. Data was processed using a questionnaire and then using inferential statistical analysis techniques, especially Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 4 software. This research shows that digital leadership has a big influence on employee performance. Employee innovative work behavior also greatly influences Digital Leadership. Innovative Work Behavior has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Innovative Work Behavior has a significant and positive mediating effect on Digital Leadership and Employee Performance
The Role of The Gresik Regency Manpower Office in Vocational Training at the Gresik Regency Vocational House
The Gresik Regency Government aims to reduce its 2023 unemployment rate of 6.82% through the Vocational Home Education and Training program, the only one of its kind in Indonesia. The success of this program relies heavily on the active role of the Gresik Regency Manpower Office. This study aims to analyze the office’s role in vocational education and training at the Vocational House, using a qualitative descriptive approach based on Jones’ public sector role theory. The findings show that while the Gresik Manpower Office has been effective in implementing and supervising the program, its impact on reducing unemployment remains limited, requiring further efforts to make significant progres
Stakeholder Dynamics in Downstreaming in Indonesia; A Case Study of Nickel Mining
Indonesia possesses significant mineral resources, making it a crucial player in the global mining industry. This research aims to examine the interests of critical stakeholders including the government, mining companies, local populations, and environmental groups to ensure the long-term viability of the downstream mining sector. The study aims to identify the dynamics of relationships and interests. It reveals that conflicts of interest exist, and if not managed effectively, they may impede the industry's progress. However, there are opportunities for collaboration that, if maximized, can boost added value for all stakeholders, including enhancing the welfare of local communities. The consequences of this research include legislative recommendations to the Indonesian government for the establishment of more inclusive legislation and ways for businesses to improve their interactions with local communities and other stakeholders. How Do Training Centers Prepare a Skilled Workforce?
The objectives of this study are to examine the functions and roles of the Vocational Training Institute in Keerom Regency, Papua Province, as well as the challenges and specific constraints it faces. This exploratory research uses a qualitative descriptive method and includes insights from three key informants. Findings reveal that labor institutions play a crucial role in determining workforce quality and professionalism. To support this, adequate facilities and infrastructure are essential to train skilled workers in alignment with labor market demands, reducing employer challenges. Despite a high labor supply, many workers lack the skills needed for available jobs, contributing to regional unemployment. The study also identifies both internal and external barriers requiring focused attention from the Keerom Regency Government. Future research should investigate training program quality using a quantitative approach
