Implementation of Flood Management Program Policy by The Public Works Spatial Planning Housing and Residential Areas Agency
Malang City is one of the cities in East Java that has experienced a total of 700 flood events since 2019 (BPBD’s data) and has made floods a routine problem for the local government. This phenomenon is the basis for the emergence of a flood management program and this research aims to determine the implementation of flood management program policy by the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Residential Areas Agency in Malang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research design to collect written data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the flood management program policy has been implemented quite well in Malang City. Efforts by the Malang City Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Residential Areas Office to provide understanding to the public regarding the urgency of handling floods through this program need to be carried out
The Impact of the Capture Fisheries Management Program on the Welfare Level of Fishermen
The study aims to assess how assistance from the capture fisheries management program has influenced the welfare of fishermen in Masohi City and Amahai sub-districts, Central Maluku Regency. Findings reveal that before receiving assistance, 20% of fishermen earned less than Rp.1 million monthly, while 80% earned between Rp.1 million to Rp.5 million. Post-assistance, there was a noticeable increase in both production and income, attributed to factors such as improved fishing gear, skills, and increased work hours. Consequently, incomes rose, with 10% earning Rp.1 million to Rp.5 million, 40% earning Rp.5 million to Rp.10 million, and 50% earning over Rp.10 million monthly. Thus, the capture fisheries management program significantly enhances fishermen's welfare
Mental Accounting Versus the Illusion of Happiness; Understanding Thoughts and Meaning of Happiness from the Side Lifestyle
This research examines the financial behavior of students at the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku (UKIM) regarding mental accounting in daily life, influenced by lifestyle and perceptions of happiness. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, categorized by themes, and analyzed. The researchers used key informants for this study, namely 8 students from the Indonesian Christian University of Maluku.Using triangulation techniques to increase validity and reliability. Findings indicate that mental accounting affects financial decision-making and income management among students in boarding houses. It contributes to a sense of happiness as students manage their finances from their parents, showing wise application of mental accounting in financial decisions
Implementasi Program Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat Miskin
The study focuses on Health Insurance for the Poor, particularly through the JKN-KIS program, which provides health services to those in poverty lacking independent health insurance. Descriptive qualitative research methods such as observation, interviewing, and documentation were used to collect data. Primary data sources were informant interviews and observations, while secondary data came from the government website. The study was conducted at the District Social Service in Sidoarjo. Its purpose is to analyze the health insurance program for the underprivileged. Informants were identified using purposeful sampling, including the applicant community, Head of Social Security Protection, Data Manager, JKMM Service Officers, and Village Operators. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings show that JKMM program policies are efficiently implemented, but some applicants do not understand changes in cooperation contracts with private hospitals, leading to uncovered health costs. Additionally, the SIPRAJA application, a service support, frequently encounters issues hindering the online service process
The Effectiveness of Implementing Population Service System through Klampid New Generation
The study investigates the effectiveness of the Klampid New Generation program in providing services to the Kapas Madya Baru village in Surabaya city. Implemented as part of the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) program, Klampid New Generation aims to improve public services and governance. The research, conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, involves observation, interviews, and documentation. While the program effectively extends services to the village, there are areas for improvement, such as incomplete optimization of resources, funds, facilities, and infrastructure. However, the program demonstrates effectiveness in both quantity and quality of services provided, as well as in meeting production deadlines and procedural requirements
Reinventing Government Pelayanan Mobil Siaga Desa
As a state apparatus, it is mandatory to provide quality public services to the community. Service innovation that continues to be carried out makes its own satisfaction value for the community as service recipients. Reinventing government is one of the principles of apparatus performance in New Public Management (NPM) which is a reference for bureaucrats to provide more modern and guaranteed public service innovations. Health services are the most important thing in life, especially in terms of health transportation. The standby car is an example of innovation in health service transportation from the government to be provided to the community to facilitate community facilities and infrastructure in obtaining services. This research on the standby car was conducted to examine the use of reinventing government principles in the village standby car service. This research uses descriptive methods with interviews and observations. Data sources were obtained from the Social Service and the person in charge of managing the village standby car. The findings of this study are that there are still several indicators that are not fulfilled if the standby car service system refers to the principles of reinventing government

This study examines the influence of government environmental policies and industry factors on corporate financial performance through the implementation of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA). Employing a quantitative approach, this research utilizes survey methods with purposive sampling, focusing on companies operating in Indonesia that have adopted EMA practices and publicly disclose their financial statements. Data were collected from corporate financial reports and annual reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and companies participating in the PROPER program from 2018 to the present. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the relationships between variables
Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah
Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) are one of the business sektors that have an important role in the regional economy. However, in its development, SMEs have various potentials, weaknesses, opportunities and even threats so that they cannot develop optimally like other business sektors. This research aims to provide an analysis of its development strategy. The method used is the SWOT method and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the aim of identifying various potentials, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as well as priority development strategies in the future. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the strategy that needs to be used is a growth strategy by optimizing strengths to take advantage of emerging opportunities. Meanwhile, the results of the AHP analysis show that the priority policies in the growth strategy are policies in developing human resources
Implementasi Program E-SAMSAT Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Tahunan
Payment of vehicle tax is an obligation for all Indonesian people who own motorized vehicles. The government as motor vehicle tax collector has innovations in paying motor vehicle tax so that it is able to adapt to the current phenomenon, namely the development of the digital world or the internet. The program resulting from government innovation is called E-SAMSAT. The E-SAMSAT program aims to make it easier for motor vehicle taxpayers to make tax payments without having to visit the SAMSAT office. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the E-SAMSAT program in East Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and document study. Based on the research results, the implementation of the E-SAMSAT program in East Surabaya has been implemented well because the aim of the program is to be implemented, namely the motor vehicle tax payer community. The SAMSAT office also implements training for staff. The community groups for whom the E-SAMSAT program services were implemented received it well
Enhancing Tourism Development Strategies
This study evaluates the tourism marketing strategies of the Mentawai Islands government and examines key factors influencing its development. With rich cultural rituals, breathtaking landscapes, and world-class waves, the Mentawai Islands hold significant tourism potential that requires strategic management. Using qualitative methods and SWOT analysis, the research identifies exceptional waves as a strength, increasing tourist arrivals as an opportunity, low community awareness as a weakness, and inadequate service standards as a threat. To address these issues, the study suggests developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, establishing clear government regulations, enhancing public facilities and tourism personnel quality, and optimizing the region's resources to support sustainable growth
