    Collaborative Governance Dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM

    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a role in stabilizing the economy, because they have the potential to create jobs and reduce unemployment and poverty rates in a country. Rungkut Lor Village, Surabaya City is a forum for MSME groups engaged in the culinary sector, especially traditional snacks. However, there are still obstacles in its development that require collaboration with other sectors. The aim of this research is to find out and describe Collaborative governance in Empowering MSMEs in Kampung Kue, Rungkut Lor, Surabaya City using the Collaborative governance theory quoted by Emerson and Nabatchi Perdana et al., (2021), namely the dynamics of collaboration, action in collaboration and its impacts and adaptations are the result of collaborative action. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results show that collaboration between stakeholders to empower MSMEs in Kampung Kue is already underway. However, in the process there has been no agreement or MoU between sectors responsible for empowerment

    Analisis Metode Job Order Costing Untuk Menentukan Harga Jual Ecoprint Dalam Perspektif Bisnis Syariah

    The uniqueness of ecoprint fabric in batik, serving as an iconic symbol of the Indonesian nation. The intricate and distinctive production process leads to varying selling prices. However, a challenge lies in the inaccurate estimation of production costs and product selling prices. This prompts the need for studies on determining product prices in line with Sharia principles from a Sharia business perspective. The research problem formulation includes determining production costs using the job order costing method for Jati Aji ecoprint batik products, selecting a method for determining ecoprint batik selling prices, and establishing selling prices from a Sharia business perspective. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing field observation, interviews, and literature study for data collection. The results reveal that Jati Aji batik hasn't implemented the job order costing method, prompting the researcher to provide calculation recommendations. Pricing methods involve demand-based, cost-based, profit-based, and competition-based pricing. Determining the selling price of ecoprint products aligns with the thoughts of Muslim leaders, emphasizing fair and reasonable prices based on demand and supply

    Pengaruh Financial Literacy, Overconfidence dan Herding Behaviour Terhadap Keputusan Investasi

    The study aimed to investigate the influence of financial literacy, overconfidence, and herding behavior on investment decisions in PT. Phillip Securitas Ambon Branch. It involved active investors who had invested in PT. Phillip Sekuritas Ambon Branch until 2023, with a sample size of 33 respondents. Data collection took place from April to June 2023, using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the multiple regression method with SPSS 26.0, The results indicated that all three hypotheses were accepted. Financial literacy had a significant positive impact on investment decisions, overconfidence also had a significant positive effect, and herding behavior showed a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions in PT. Phillip Sekuritas Ambon Branch. The study suggests that investors should focus on improving their financial literacy, avoid making decisions based solely on emotions or excessive self-confidence, and strive to be rational in their investment decisions

    This study aims to evaluate the impact of work environment and career development on employee performance at the BPJS Kesehatan Ambon Branch Office. The population involved in this study were 35 employees at BPJS Kesehatan Ambon Branch, who were randomly selected as the research sample. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire designed to extract information about the variables of Work Environment, Career Development, and Employee Performance. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination were used to analyze the data. -The findings show that employee performance and work environment at BPJS Ambon Branch have a positive and significant relationship. In addition, at the BPJS Ambon Branch office, there is a noteworthy and positive correlation between employee performance and Career Development. In general, the Ambon Branch BPJS office sees a simultaneous influence between employee performance and work environment. -The findings show that the physical work environment contributes 47.7% to employee performance based on the coefficient of determination (R2)

    The aim of this research is to explain and explain the implementation of the Online Population Services Program (PLAVON) in Prasung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data sources originating from interviews, observations and literature studies. The focus of this research is the implementation of the Online Population Services (PLAVON) program in Prasung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. Findings from the research show that the implementation of PLAVON in Prasung Village, Sidoarjo District, is still hampered by outreach efforts to the community, and only initial outreach was carried out. E PLAVON was launched in in 2021. Until now, the availability of financial resources to support the Online Population Services Program is still limited due to the lack of adequate budget allocation. This condition means that the implementation of the Online Population Services Program has not yet reached the maximum and effective level

    This research, focusing on Sambas Regency, investigates how Market Orientation and Business Capabilities influence small business performance in the West Kalimantan - Sarawak border area. Through a survey of 50 small business owners operating via the Aruk Border Post, the study found that both Market Orientation and Business Capabilities significantly impact business performance. Market orientation, requiring significant resources and focus, business capabilities, and support for performance improvement are crucial factors. The study recommends prioritizing innovation and adaptation to market needs, enhancing collaboration and resource optimization, and utilizing cross-border cooperation and digital technology for broader market access to develop business strategies sustainably

    Analisis Impulsive Buying E-Commerce: (Studi pada Pengguna Shopee)

    The research aims to find out what factors influence the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce Shopee users where a survey was conducted on 120 people in Jabodetabek using a quantitative method of distributing questionnaires online. This research uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. This research uses analytical techniques with descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of this research found that the highest factor regarding impulsive buying is the brand. It is hoped that this study can be used as consideration for consumers so that they do not become impulsive buyers in e-commerce and as material for decision making regarding triggers that do not become a necessity when there is an e-commerce program

    How Task Complexity Moderates the Relationship Between Well-Being, Competency, and Auditor Performance?

    This study analyzes the influence of Healthy Lifestyle, Psychological Well-Being, Self-Efficacy, Competency, and Experience on Auditor Performance, as well as the role of Task Complexity as a moderator. The study was conducted on auditors at the Regional Inspectorate of East Nusa Tenggara Province with 35 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 22. The results show that all independent variables have a significant positive effect on auditor performance. Task Complexity moderates the effect of Experience on Auditor Performance but does not moderate the influence of the other variables

    Implementation of the Mayor's Policy on the Regulation of Street Vendors Along Mardika Market Street

    Frequent traffic congestion at Mardika Market in Ambon City is primarily caused by the disorganized activities of street vendors (PKL), which has become a significant concern for the government. This study aims to evaluate the policy implementation process for controlling street vendors by the Ambon City Civil Service Police Unit, focusing on four key indicators: communication, resources, implementers' attitudes, and bureaucratic structure. Using a descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that while the policy has been implemented in terms of communication efforts with vendors, available resources—such as personnel—remain insufficient, although other resources are adequate. The attitudes of implementers were largely supportive, with 97% in favor and 3% not supportive. The bureaucratic structure, governed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), has been less effective due to conflicts over the timing of enforcement. As a result, the implementation has not been fully effective, as traffic jams persist due to vendors occupying the streets

    Public Service Response at the Population Office

    Slow and bad administrative services are a phenomenon that people commonly complain about. The responsiveness of public services has become a phenomenon. Public service institutions can provide fast, firm, and uncomplicated services as well as commit and respond to excellent public services. Responsive services are a service model expected to be established in all institutions in Indonesia at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Ambon City. Based on data analysis of NVIVO 12 Plus software analyzing 100 research articles about responsive public services that had been carried out in the previous year, it is found that there is still a lack of Scopus data publication documents published by Indonesian researchers in the theme of responsive public services. The research on the responsive aspect of services has not optimally discussed the aspects of service quality, information technology, organizational culture, work experience, work motivation, lack of facilities, cooperation, and work procedures. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing data from interviews regarding the responsive public services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Ambon City focusing on these eight aspects using the NVIVO 12 Plus software
