The Impact of Brand Reputation, Brand Equity and Brand Competence on Brand Loyalty
Get PDFThe aims of this study were to test and analyze the impact of reputation, equity and brand competence to the handphone brand loyalty in Ambon city. The Population in this study were all the handphone users in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling which took 75 respondents matched with the criteria. Multiple linier regression was used to analyze the data. The result showed that the variable of reputation, equity, and brand competence had positive and significant impact on the handphone brand loyalty in Ambon City. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of reputation, equity, and brand competence in which if the score of reputation, equity, and brand competence improves, the score of loyalty will also improve. Therefore, it can be said that the improvement of reputation, equity, and brand competence will improve the loyalty of handphone brand in Ambon City
Determinant of Fraud Detection on Financial Statement
Get PDFThis study was a replication of conceptual model of empirical studies aimed to analyze the effect of professional skepticisms, auditor experience, competency, independence and time pressure on the fraud detection of financial statement. The result of this study was expected to be able reducing the gap among the so many empirical studies existing. This study could be categorized as explanatory research. The samples in this study were all the auditors in BPKP Maluku and Papua consisting of 88 auditors. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis with questionnaire instrument as data collection instrument.
The result of this study showed that (1) Professional skepticism and auditors experience hand significant impact on the author ability in detecting fraud on financial statement. (2) Competence and independence of auditors had not significant effect on the auditors ability in detecting fraud. (3) Time pressure affected the auditors ability in detecting fraud but it was not significant
Dampak Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise

Employees are important assets of the company, the main driving force in carrying out company operations so that they should be developed, motivated to be more creative and independent in carrying out company activities. Work motivation is important for employees to improve and develop employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency.
This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is 30 employees of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise and all of them are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS software. From the results of calculations using the SPSS 24 program, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.868. The influence of motivation on the performance of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise employees is 86.8% while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by factors or variables. others that were not investigated in this study. The results of this study prove that motivation has an effect on employee performance. Employees who have high motivation will have high performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency

Get PDFThis research entiled the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PDAM Dobo city. Based on problems related to customer satisfaction in this case related to the quality of service that has not been optimal. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, dan emphaty on user satisfaction of PDAM kota Dobo.
The population oh this research are all customers of PDAM Dobo City with a total sample of 76 respondents. The data collection method is the questionnaire method. The validity unit uses total correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. The classical assumption test includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, test t and test F.
The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Tangibles on customer Satisfaction at PDAM City of Dobo (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Responsiveness on Customer Satisfaction in PDAM City of Dobo (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Reliability on Customer Satisfaction in PDAM City of Dobo (4) There is a positive and significant influence of Assurance on Customer Satisfaction at PDAM City of Dobo (5) There is a positive and significant influence of Emphaty on Customer Satisfaction at PDAM city of Dobo
The Influence of Financial Literacy, Self-Control and Parents's Socio Economic Status on Students Consumptive Behavior
Get PDF This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variables Influence of financial literacy, self control and parents' socio economic status on the consumptive behavior of Korean Pop (K-Pop) fan students in Jayapura City. The population of this study were students who were fans of k-pop music in the city of Jayapura who followed the Army_Jayapura Instagram as many as 207 people. Based on the purposive sampling technique, a sample of 104 people was obtained. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods obtained from distributing questionnaires through google form. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Financial literacy has a significant effect on consumptive behavior. (2) Self control has a significant effect on consumptive behavior. (3) Parents' socio economic status has no effect on consumptive behavior. (4) Financial literacy, self control and socio economic status of parents have a significant simultaneous effect on consumptive behavior in Korean Pop (K-Pop) music fan students in Jayapura City
Analisis Financial Distress Menggunakan Metode Altman Z–Score pada PT. Golden Plantation Tbk. Periode 2014-2018
Get PDFThe goal of this study is to decide how the effects of the analysis of predictions of financial distress using the Atlman Z-score method with estimates for the period 2014-2018 on PT Golden Plantation Tbk are determined. PT Golden Plantation, which is a business engaged in the oil palm plantation industry with the type of data used, is the focus of this study, namely quantitative data in the form of the financial statements of PT Golden Plantation for the period 2014 to 2018. And the Altman Z - Score Adjusted variable aproach is the data analysis method used in this study. It can be inferred that, based on the findings of the report, the organization started to encounter financial distress in 2014. In 2015 to 2018 the altman z - score of PT Golden Plantation was <1.1 or a dangerous zone which means that PT Golden Plantation Tbk is in a bankrupt condition. And we can be sure that the company will also face financial problems in the next few years. This is attributable to the selection of debt used by the firm. The utilization of the company's existing debt tends to rise each year, exceeding the value of the company's current assets, so that the working capital of the company still has a negative variable. To Future research is suggested to add other variables in examining financial distress

There are many problems faced, for example poverty, inadequate basic infrastructure, less skilled human resources, insufficient employment opportunities. Tourism village - Agri tourism is expected to be a solution to dealing with classic problems that exist in rural areas.
This article aims to identify research gaps in the field of study of tourism villages in a systematic search, identify reference authors in the field of Rural Tourism, agri-tourism., Identify the theories used in the Tourism Village article. The article implements a qualitative method with the Literature review method with the help of the Perish Publish Program to compile the data script and Vos Viewer is used to analyze the data. The results show that there is an opportunity to continue studying tourism villages, especially with regard to sustainable development, involvement of local communities and development / development of tourist villages, adopting ICT for tourism villages in order to improve performance and tourism visits, and alleviate poverty. Also obtained are several authors who become references in the study of tourist villages. There are also 13 theories used in studying tourism villages and agritourism, this shows that the tourism village as an object of study is still open to being in and is very dynamic in its development

No full textBureaucratic reform in public services in the Tanimbar Islands District seems very urgent at this time. The facts show that the Tanimbar Islands Regency is still faced with various obstacles in public services, especially those closely related to public service needs in the fields of education, health and licensing, especially at the District level as the spearhead of the Tanimbar Islands Regency government in providing public services. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The use and approach of qualitative research is deemed appropriate because it is in accordance with the qualitative characteristics of the phenomena being studied, to verify the issue of reform has been and can be carried out in accordance with what is expected or in accordance with the character of the archipelago. The results showed that the institutional reform in Tanimbar Selatan District, Southeast Maluku Regency was not effective because of several problems faced related to the efforts of the sub-district government to carry out bureaucratic reform, namely the decentralization of authority was not effective because the decentralization of authority granted was not fully implemented as expected. . From the aspect of organizational structure, it has implemented the principles stipulated in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus, but it is hoped that it will prioritize aspects of the interests and needs as well as the availability of Regional Government budgets, the function of authority is often not adjusted to the capacity and competence of the apparatus. it is more dominant based on the likes and dislikes. Supporting facilities are still lacking, especially information and communication technology support, which is still an obstacle to providing effective and efficient services.

Perangkat Pembelajaran Usaha dan Energi Berbasis STEM Terintegrasi Kearifan Lokal Timba Laor di Desa Allang Kabupaten Maluku Tengah
Get PDF21st-century learning should include STEM to grow interested in the Indonesian nation to love and master science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. They are included in it for physics learning. STEM is a practical learning approach because it combines knowledge, mathematics, technology, and techniques. This aim to make students as problem-solvers, inventors, have innovation, independent logical thinking, technological literacy, connect their culture and history with education, and apply their knowledge in real life. Thus, it is necessary to implement STEM-based learning integrated lokal wisdom /culture of the community in which the learners are located. One of the lokal wisdom of coastal communities in Maluku is Timba Laor. This research aims to develop a High School Physics Learning Tool business concept, and STEM-based Energy integrated lokal wisdom Timba Laor in the village of Allang Central Maluku district, a valid, practical, and effective Plomp model. The stages of mining carried out in this research activity are the development of high school physics learning tools business concept and STEM-based Energy integrated lokal wisdom Timba Laor in the village of Allang Central Maluku District. Test models by providing surveys of physics teachers to empirically validate the learning devices that have been compiled, analyzed, and revised. The resulting product is a learning device physics high school concept business, and energy-based STEM integrated lokal wisdom.

Dampak Leverage, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Laba
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leverage, profitability, liquidity, and company size on earnings quality. The sample of this study was using 11 companies in the property, real estate & building construction sub sector service companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2019 period met all the criteria. Empirical evidence suggest that leverage and profitability has no effect on earnings quality. Then, liquidity has negative effect on earnings quality and company size has positive effect on earnings quality
