Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Nilai yang dirasakan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan Intensitas Pembelian
This research aims to analyze the impact of service quality and value in consumer satisfaction and feel the intensity of purchases on PT.Mulia Travel in Ambon, the instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to consumers PT. Travel noble by random sampling on the 300 respondents who met on the field during the period of this study. Data analysis methods used is to use the technique (Confirmatory Factor Analysis / CFA) to validate the questions on the questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and determination.
The results showed that service quality variables are positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as well as the variable value in feeling positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then the results of the study also showed that service quality variables are positive and significant effect on the intensity of consumer purchases, as well as the variable value in feeling positive and significant effect on the intensity of consumer purchases. So is the consumer satisfaction is positively and significantly affect the intensity of consumer purchases. Thus concluded the entire hypothesis is accepted.

Dampak Insentif, Desentraliasi dan Sistim Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze intensive, decentralization effect and intern government control system to employee performance in Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Population from the research is from all employees In Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. It takes 46 respondent from the government employees and salaries employees. Data collection is done with a direct survey with census method as a sample gathering method. Hypothesis testing empirically using a Multiple Liniear Regression.
The research result shows that intensive is proven positive and significant effect employee performance. This mean if the intensive is raise or getting better have a good effect to employee performances. Decentralization is proven positive and significant to employee performance and this mean that authority delegation and the responsible are not did not go well on employee performance. Further intern control is proven positive and significant effect to employee performance. Which it’s mean if the government control system runs well then it will effect indirectly to employee performance goes better.

This study examines the Determinants of Performance Factors of Regional Government Agencies in Papua Province. The test was conducted on a sample of 77 respondents. The sample method used is purposive sampling. Data collection is done by direct survey. Hypothesis testing is tested empirically using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that regional financial management has proven to have an effect on the performance of government agencies in the Papua Provincial Government, the Regional Financial Accounting System has no effect on the performance of government agencies in the Papua Provincial Government. governance is proven to have no effect on the performance of government agencies in the Papua Provincial Government and finally Regional financial management, regional financial accounting systems, supervision and good governance are proven to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of government agencies in the Papua Provincial Government
Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Piutang dan Persediaan Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Sektor Aneka Industri yang Terdaftar di BEI
This study aimed to find out whether Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover have positive and significant impact to Profitability and which variable has dominant effect to profitability in industry multi sector registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Profitability in this case means Return on Investment (ROI). The methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. From the statistic analysis, it is found that 1) the value of regression coefficient for Cash Turnover = 0,125 with significance value = 0,043, which means Cash Turnover has positive and significant impact on Profitability; 2) The value of Receivable Turnover = 0,292 with significance value = 0,017. This means that Receivable Turnover has positive and significant impact on Profitability; 3) the value of Inventory Turnover= 0,917 with significance value= 0,000. This shows that Inventory turnover has positive and significant impact to Profitability; 4) the variable which has the most effect on the Profitability in industry multi sector registered in BEI inventory turnover whose coefficient regression value is bigger compared to others, 0,917. Therefore, it can be conclude that all variable contribute positively and significantly to Profitability, and the dominant variable affected the Profitability is inventory turnover
Penerapan Model Asesmen Problem Based Learning dengan Pendekatan STEM Guna Melatih Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi
Assessment is an important part of the learning process because it helps teachers to design learning process according to students’ condition. The assessment developed should take notice to the learning model and approach used. Thus, it will accurately assess the achievements of students. This study has developed a PjBL assessment model using the STEM approach. Whereas, this study conducted based on the unavailability of the PjBL assessment model using the STEM approach. In this study, the experimental research type was applied which using the PjBL-STEM model treatment to students to practice high order thinking skill. The instrument used is the PjBL-STEM assessment tool which was equipped with written feedback and descriptive questions from the analysis level to the creative level. The research subjects were 35 students of grade VII at a schools in Ambon. The data analysis used is quantitative Descriptive which is strengthened by Qualitative. Moreover, the result shows that the assessment can train the thinking in the higher order thinking skill, on the other hand the improvement is not significant

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of thedam policy (study on the impact of the existence of floating net cages). The method used in this research is a qualitative method using descriptive case study methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation, using the theory of policy implementation from Van Metter and Van Horn. The results showed that the implementation of the dam control policy was carried out by applying measures and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of the executing agent, attitudes / tendencies of implementing agents, communication, social, economic and political environment. Then there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of dam control policies (a case study of the impact of the existence of floating net cages) in Kampar Regency, namely the increase in river water discharge which threatens the safety of floating net cages, the anticipation of the cage community is still very minimal in the face of high water discharge during the rainy season, depth. Investment decisions are decisions made by managing assets or income owned to get profits in the future. This research was conducted by observing 110 students who are currently studying at Pattimura University, Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Accounting and Management. The research analysis uses quantitative analysis by looking at the relationship between the Independent variables Investment Knowledge, Investment Motivation, Investment Interest, Information Technology, Investor Behavior, Investor Perception and Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions.
The results of the study show that Investment Knowledge, Investment Interest, Information Technology, Investor Perception and Financial Literacy have a positive and significant influence on Investment Decisions. Meanwhile, Investment Motivation and Investor Behavior have no influence on Investment Decisions

This study examines the determinants of accounting information system performance (a study at PT. PLN Persero, customer service unit, Jayapura district). Testing was carried out on a sample of 71 respondents. The sample method used was purposive sampling. data collection was carried out by direct survey. Hypothesis testing is tested empirically using moderated regression. The results show that the technical ability of personnel has no effect on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. PLN Persero Pelanggal Service Unit Kab. Jayapura, user involvement affects the performance of the accounting information system on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. PLN Persero Pelanggal Service Unit Kab. Jayapura, the sophistication of personnel technology affects the performance of the accounting information system. The performance of the accounting information system at PT. PLN Persero Pelanggal Service Unit Kab. Jayapura, training and education moderate the technical capabilities of personnel on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. Profil Pranata Sosial Komunitas Suku Nuaulu: (Studi Kehidupan Sosial Budaya Masyarakat Negeri Nua Nea Maluku Tengah)
ABSTRACT
Social institutions are rules that apply in regulating human behavior in acting based on considerations of norms and values that live in the life of society. This study aims to determine the existence and benefits of socio-cultural institutions in the Nuaulu tribe community. Data collection techniques with observation and in-depth interviews. Research informants came from elements of the state government, traditional leaders, youth leaders, educators and community leaders.
The results of the data analysis concluded that hereditary customs strongly influenced the life of the Nuaulu people with the loyalty of the people in carrying out the prevailing institutions. The economic system and the community's livelihood system are farming, processing sago, gathering and laboring. The socio-cultural institutional arrangements are in the form of an adult ceremony for boys (Brokeneri), an adult ceremony for girls (pinamou), a wedding ceremony, a pregnancy ceremony, a birth ceremony, a haircut ceremony (tihtikuau) and a funeral ceremony. The structure of the kinship system is a patrilineal (male lineage) and it is not required to have intermarriage. Religious institutions and beliefs are tribal religions. Educational institutions, knowledge, and technology are based on experience (local knowledge) from generation to generation, and children of school age have attended various levels of education to tertiary education.

Penerapan Jaminan Kesehatan Terhadap Layanan Keperawatan RSU Daerah
Primary role of nurse is fulfill requirement of basic human needs and to reach satisfaction to own self and also its client. Nurse attitude in giving nursing care will be perceved by patient to favorable and unfavorable. During the time BPJS patient assess about nursing care that had been given was unfavorable of compared to nursing care that had been given to Non JPS patient. And so do Non BPJS patient assess that service of given by nurse was unfaforable. This research was aimed to identify difference perception of BPJS and Non BPJS patient to nursing care in Surgical Room, Piru Hospital. Design used in this research was comparative descriptive study. The population were all BPJS patient and Non BPJS patient in Piru Hospital. Chousy sample were selected by strutified random sampling 15 BPJS and 15 Non BPJS. Risearch instrument used questioner. Data were analyzed by using fisher’s exact test with level of significance of 0,05. Result of this research showed that most BPJS patient had negative perception (80 %), while Non BPJS patient had perception (66,7 %). Through fisher’s exact test showed the existence of difference of perception between BPJS patient and Non BPJS patient to nursing care with value of p = 0,025. It can be concluded that there was difference of perception between BPJS patient and Non BPJS patient to nursing care
