    The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of internal communication and workplace deviant behaviour on employee performance through direct and indirect job satisfaction. The research was conducted on Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) activities at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Maluku Regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 47 respondents.The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis using the outer model analysis test, inner model analysis test, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that: (1) internal communication has no direct effect on employee performance, (2) direct internal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction directly, (4) workplace deviant behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is a mediating variable for the indirect effect of internal communication on employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction is a variable mediating the indirect effect of workplace deviant behavior on employee performance

    This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), World Oil Prices, Interest Rates, and Exchange Rates on the Return of the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the 2018-2022 Period. The control variables used in this study are Covid-19 dummy and stock trading volume. The sample of this study is companies that consistently trade on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022 (60 observations). This study uses time series data. The theory used in this research is signal theory. The research data were tested using multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests, and t hypothesis tests. The test results show that world oil prices and interest rates have a significant positive effect on JCI returns, while the exchange rate and Covid-19 dummy have a significant negative effect on JCI returns. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and stock trading volume have no significant effect on JCI returns.     The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of CEO education, CEO expertise, leverage, and operating cash flow on financial distress in the food and beverage industry listed on the IDX for the 2016 to 2021 period. This study used a quantitative method with purposive sampling as a sampling method. The samples obtained were 102 companies and the type of data used was secondary data consisting of financial reports from 2016 to 2021 and each company's CEO profile. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is known that CEO education, CEO expertise,and leverage do not have a significant effect on financial distress, while operating cash flow has a significant effect in a negative direction on financial distres

    This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and working conditions on the behavior of extra employees of the Ambon Class I Harbormaster and Port Authority Patrol and Encoding Section. This survey data collection used a questionnaire instrument with a total sample of 41 employees obtained using a census sample technique. The test results using multiple linear regression analysis techniques show that; transformational leadership style and working conditions proved to have a positive and significant effect on extra-role behavior of Ambon Class I Harbormaster and Port Authority employees in the Patrol and Encryption Section. This means that the encouragement of increased leadership transformation and working conditions will increase the extra behavior of employees of Ambon Class I Harbor Patrol and Encryption employee

    Marketing communication strategy plays an important role in the sustainability of the company. Through marketing communication strategies, companies can provide information and influence consumers so that purchases can occur, which will bring income to the company. This study aims to describe the marketing communication strategy implemented by CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic based on analysis using the marketing communication mix. Data for this descriptive qualitative study were gathered through interviews with related parties, specifically the designers and implementers of marketing communication strategies at CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar, as well as through observations. The results of the study show that CitraLand Tallasa City Makassar made some adjustments to its marketing communication strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic.     Street vendors (PKL) constantly use the shoulder of the road on Jalan Raya Juanda Airport. It is known that they have violated the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2016 article 21 paragraph (h) and paragraph (i). The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the street vendor arrangement policy on the Juanda Airport main road. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a focus based on the theory of the determinants of policy implementation (Agustino: 2020). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman interactive model (Sugiyono, 2019). The results of the study state that 2 determinants have succeeded in influencing policy implementation, namely (1) contrary to the existing value system and (2) membership of a person or group of people in an organization, while 8 factors have been less successful, namely: (1) respect of community members for government authority and compliance; (2) awareness to accept the policy; (3) whether or not there is a legal sanction; (4) personal or group interests; (5) the form of selective compliance; (6) time; (7) socialization; (8) coordination between agencies or between organizations. In general, it can be concluded that only 2 critical success factors have succeeded in influencing implementation and 8 factors have been less successful in influencing the implementation of street vendor management policies

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on repurchase intentions in the context of online purchases on e-commerce sites in Indonesia. The sample size in this study was 177 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis.     This study aims to determine the efforts to empower coconut farmers in increasing people's in the Gale-Gale Administrative Country and the obstacles faced in terms of empowering coconut farmers. The research method uses descriptivemethods using qualitative data types. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method was carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the empowerment efforts carried out by the government or related agencies have not been maximized and the income obtained by farmers from coconut processing is still low. There are several things that become obstacles in empowering coconut farmers, one of which is the lack of awareness of coconut farmers to innovate on processed coconut products so that they can develop not only stop at copra and charcoal containers. This is due to the limited competence possessed by farmers ranging from education, skills, and insight so that development is slow and income is still low. &nbsp

    The service of permits to construct buildings is known as a Building Construction Permit (IMB), which contains various technical and administrative requirements. However, the rapid development of information technology and digital-based services has resulted in licensing applications using the Building Information System (SIMBG) application. During its journey, Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation was issued, which had implications for changing the nomenclature of Building Permits (IMB) to Building Building Approvals (PBG), causing pros and cons in its implementation. This paper examines the impact of this policy change on the implementation of building permits. This study uses a qualitative method. From the results of the study, it is known that the change in arrangement from a Building Construction Permit (IMB) to a Building Construction Approval (PBG), which was initially regulated in Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings and Government Regulation Number 36 of 2005 regarding Implementation Regulations of Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings was declared invalid and amended by Government Regulation Number 16 of 2021 concerning Regulations for the Implementation of Law Number 28 of 2002 concerning Buildings which had an impact on delays in licensing in the regions. Policy changes that are expected to be innovative and progressive but in fact are experiencing a relative setback or policy involution.

    This research aims to find out how customer trust in using paylaters is described and what factors customers consider when using Shopee and Tokopedia paylaters, where a survey was conducted among students at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The resource persons for this research were 10 students from the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University using the direct interview method. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research found that there were four descriptions of user confidence in using paylater among students at Jakarta State University. These four images are company credibility, company integrity, company good intentions, and how the company can solve problems. Factors considered by paylater users are security, reputation, compliance with laws and regulations, and competence. It is hoped that this study can be used by companies as a basis for developing marketing and sales strategies through user trust
