Get PDFThe government in public services is expected to provide good services to the community so that the community needs effective and efficient time management. The Bojonegoro Regency Government received an award for excellent public service from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform. The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the good governance paradigm in improving the quality of population administration services. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to collect information based on the aim of describing the good governance paradigm in improving the quality of population administration services. The results of this research reveal that the good governance paradigm has been implemented well by the Bojonegoro Regency Population and Civil Registration Department. In the conclusion above, there are 9 principles of good governance which indicate that these principles have been implemented, but there is still two indicator of good governance principles that have not been implemented

The population in this study was 64 employees which were then used as samples with census / saturated techniques. Data analysis techniques using moderation analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0. The results showed that education directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but work involvement does not moderate the relationship between education and employee performance

No full textThe sports problem seen in Southeast Maluku Regency is that government policies have nottouched the substance of sports development. This writing focuses on coaching athlete achievement. This study aims to evaluate government policies in fostering athlete achievement in Southeast Maluku district. The population in this study were the administrators of the Southeast Maluku Regency KONI and the Southeast Maluku Regency Sports Management Athletic Branch. This research will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study suggest that the Southeast Maluku Regency government and the local KONI Management, as well as the Sports Branch Management are more consistent in coaching athletes and coaches to achieve achievements.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees of internet service provider in Ambon City. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population in the study is all employees of an internet service provider in Ambon City. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with a final sample of 34 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaire instruments that utilized the google form. The analytical tool used to answer the objectives of this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results prove that; leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Another result is that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of internet service provider in Ambon City
Dampak Kualitas dan Harga Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Morinaga Child Kid & Child School Umur 1 – 12 Tahun
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Morinaga Child Kid & Chid School milk products aged 1-12 years in Ambon City. The population of this study were all consumers of Morinaga Ambon milk products. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a final sample of 58 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results showed that the variables of product quality and price proved to have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Morinaga milk products aged 1-12 years in Ambon City. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of product quality and price which shows that if the value of product quality and price increases, the increase will be followed by an increase in consumer satisfaction for Morinaga Child Kid & Chid School dairy products aged 1-12 years in Ambon City. Thus, it can be said that an increase in product quality and price will increase consumer satisfaction for Morinaga Child Kid & Chid School dairy products aged 1-12 years in Ambon City

The company’s financial statements reflect the company’s performance. If there is a continuous decline in profits, it is possible that the company will go bankrupt. The purpose of this study was to predict the risk of corporate bankruptcy at PT. Sepatu Bata, Tbk so that companies can anticipate, prevent and reduce the risk of bankruptcy. This study uses the Altman Z-Score and Grover G-Score methods as a company bankruptcy tool analysis with indicators for the company’s financial statements for the period of 2014 to 2020. The population in this study is the total of 80 groups of seaweed cultivation business actors in Southeast Maluku Regency who have formed partnerships. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a final sample of 80 respondents. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis. The analytical model used is simple regression.
The results of this study prove that the business partnership strategy has a positive impact on increasing business competitiveness. The results of this study also prove that the business partnership strategy has a contribution (determination) of 60% towards increasing the competitiveness of the seaweed cultivation business in Southeast Maluku Regency
