Prevalensi Kejadian Penyakit Menular Seksual (HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, dan Sifilis) pada Wanita Penjaja Seks di Palembang
Data Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) tahun 2016 menunjukkan sekitar 110 juta orang menderita penyakit menular seksual (PMS).
Approximately 10 percent of newborns will require some level assistance with breathing, and a few (<1 percent) will require resuscitation in the birthing room. After resuscitation, many of these newborns require acute transport to a different facility. Stabilisation prior to transport is essential and the principles of neonatal transportation are independent of distance. Hypothermia and hypoglycaemia should be prevented in neonates during transport as they adversely affect the outcome. This article provides an overview of principles from the STABLE Program, which guides clinicians in providing postresuscitation care and pretransport and during transport stabilization for compromised newborns

Effects of Moringa Leaf Extract (Moringaoleifera) in the Breastfeeding: Efek Pemberian Ekstrak Daun Kelor (Moringaoleifera) dalam Proses Menyusui
Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is a global strategies to promote the growth, development, health and survival of infants. Despite the many benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for infants, mothers, families and communities, the coverage is still low in many countries including Indonesia. Mother's milk is produced from the collaboration between mechanical stimulation of hormonal and nerve factors. One of the hormones that affects is the estrogen. The hormone estrogen is a sex hormone produced by the uterus to stimulate the growth of sex organs such as breasts and pubic hair and regulate the menstrual cycle. The hormone estrogen also plays a role to maintain the texture and function of the breast. Pregnancy in a woman, making the breast gland will be more developed by the influence of estrogen, somatomamotropin and prolactin hormones. The process is affected by the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Estrogen significantly stimulates the synthesis and release of pituitary hormone, this effect depends on the duration and dose of administration. In Indonesia, moringa plant is a local food that has the potential to be developed in culinary breastfeeding mothers because it contains phytosterol compounds that function to improve and facilitate the production of breast milk (laktogogum effect). This paper will discuss some of the facts about the effect of Moringaoleifera extract on prolactin levels in increasing the quantity and quality of breast milk in the breastfeeding process. The amount of nutrients in the Moringa leaf (Moringaoleifera) one such as phytosterol compounds (laktogogum effect) in increasing levels of pituitary hormone and iron hormones can have a positive impact on the health of the baby because breast milk is the most important and best natural baby food
Biomolecular Characteristics of Amyloid Precursor Protein Mutations As Causes of Alzheimer's Disease Analyzed Through Bioinformatics Media: Biomolecular Characteristics of Amyloid Precursor Protein Mutations As Causes of Alzheimer's Disease Analyzed Through Bioinformatics Media
Methods of biomolecular analysis on protein through bioinformatics media has been growing rapidly. This report is intended to describe the results of biomolecular amyloid precursor protein (APP) analysis and the characteristic change of APP mutations causing cognitive degeneration disorder through bioinformatics media and search to reliable biomolecular sites. APP is a transmembrane protein that is widely present in neuronal tissue. APP plays an important role for the formation of neuronal cells. The APP gene is located on the 21st chromosome that has 290,586 base pairs (bp) of 20 exons and 19 introns. In the form of a protein, APP consists of 770 amino acids with major expressions located on the cell surface. Mutation of APP genes is believed to play a role in the incidence of Alzheimer's disease. One of the mutations studied in this paper is the mutation of Alanin to Glysin at the position of the 692 amino acid (APP mutant A692G). This mutation affects the impairment of cerebral amyloid angiopathy belonging to the Alzheimer Disease Familial-1 group. These mutations do not cause changes in predictions of secondary structures and only cause slight changes in molecular weight, amino acid composition, atomic composition, aliphatic index, hydroplasticity and stability index. APP A692G mutation does not alter topology, hydrophobicity, cutting prediction and protein location prediction. Mutation also removes only the side chains at the position of the mutated amino acids
