Art Therapy: Media Pendidikan Kreatif untuk Menanggulangi Remaja dengan Gangguan Kecemasan
Full text linkAnxiety disorders often appear in adolescents aged 10-24 years. When adolescents experience anxiety disorders the accompanying emotional reactions are body tension, fear, distress, and anxiety in response to certain situations that are perceived as threatening. Anxiety in adolescents can be measured by the Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HRS-A), and the Child Anxiety subscale of the Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale (RCMAS), as well as graphical tests, such as Draw A Person (DAP), Draw a Tree (BAUM), and House Tree Person (HTP), which are performed by the adolescent (subject). The purpose of this study is to address adolescents with anxiety disorders. This study uses qualitative methods to describe anxiety disorders in adolescents and quantitative methods to see the effect of art therapy as a creative education media in overcoming anxiety disorders in adolescents. The subjects in this study were 5 adolescents with anxiety disorders of which 2 subjects were given art therapy. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The results of this study, art therapy has been shown to be able to reduce anxiety in adolescents with anxiety disorders. From the results of the above research, it can be concluded that art therapy will produce positive developments at different levels
Policy Formulation of Financial Management Patterns With Sharia Principles in Bogor City Hospital
Full text linkGood financial management by minimizing findings is determined by the selection of the right model. This study aims to develop a policy formula for financial management patterns with Sharia principles in the Bogor City Regional General Hospital. The qualitative research method uses the decision-making method with Analytic Network Process (ANP) to determine the financial management policy model with Sharia principles. This research was conducted through interviews and focus group discussions. The results obtained show that the Islamic financial management model, in part, has the highest priority with cluster restrictions reaching 0.191007. So that the chosen Islamic financial management formula is financial management with partial Islamic principles. This research provides a new breakthrough regarding the application of Sharia policy. The application of Sharia can be carried out in stages with the Sharia model in advance. This will have an impact on the ease of implementing Sharia because it does not need to be full of all the difficulties. Partial implementation of Sharia is still considered a strong enforcement effort to step up to become perfect Sharia

Full text linkThis research aims to find out the role of the village government in managing environmental sanitation in order to realize the welfare of the people of Bukit Lawang plantation village. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Village government informants as many as 5 people. Location of Bukit Lawang Plantation Village. The research was conducted for 10 days, namely from June 22 to July 02, 2023 with data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation and the data source is divided into two, namely primary data from informants and then analyzed using analysis techniques with four processes, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification Then tested data validity by using Triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of this study explain that the activities spearheaded by the village government towards the village community are very good and have progressed. This is evident from the people of Bukit Lawang Government Village who can enjoy a clean, healthy and safe environment. Good sanitation contributes significantly to people's health, comfort and quality of life. With this this activity can be declared a success and the awareness of the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village community is increasing until now. In conclusion, the government plays an important role in the empowerment and welfare of the Bukit Lawang village community

No full textA synchronous hybrid learning space combines traditional on-site and online learning into a single learning experience to promote effective learning for both on-site and online students concurrently. It is a flexible, accessible, and engaging learning environment. There is a dearth of research on the factors that influence synchronous hybrid learner learning satisfaction as compared to traditional on-site or online learning environments. The relationship between student engagement, student motivation with student learning satisfaction in synchronous hybrid learning space was underexplored although these student learning competencies were noticeably strong predictors of student learning satisfaction in the full on-site or online settings. Hence, this study aimed to explore predictive learning competencies for student learning satisfaction in synchronous hybrid learning. A cross-sectional method was employed to collect quantitative data from 169 students of a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institute located in Kuching, Sarawak at a given point in time. These respondents’ learning competencies and learning satisfaction in synchronous hybrid learning spaces were investigated. The research findings showed that student engagement (i.e., emotional, cognitive, and behavioural) and student motivation (i.e., intrinsic goal orientation, extrinsic goal orientation, and self-efficacy) which are found predictive in traditional on-site and online learning settings can be applied in synchronous hybrid learning space as well. The results of this study were intended to guide practices and policies related to the design and implementation of synchronous hybrid learning to add value and further substantiate the potential of this learning space

No full textPenyelenggaraan upaya pembangunan pertahanan negara merupakan kewajiban setiap negara, dalam hal ini Indonesia berupaya untuk memperkuat kekuatan pertahanan negaranya dengan meningkatkan kemampuan alutsista. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, Indonesia berupaya menjalin kerja sama pembelian pesawat tempur Sukhoi Su-35 dengan Rusia. Namun pada kenyataannya, hubungan kerjasama tersebut menemui kendala sebagai akibat dari kebijakan sanksi Amerika Serikat Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA). Kebijakan sanksi yang diterapkan Amerika Serikat merupakan bentuk penggunaan kekuasaan melalui kebijakan diplomasi koersif untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan negara lain. Melalui kebijakan ini, Amerika Serikat siap menjatuhkan sanksi kepada negara-negara yang memiliki hubungan kerja sama pertahanan dengan Rusia. Dalam penelitian, sumber data penelitian untuk artikel yang ditulis diperoleh melalui berbagai sumber, antara lain buku, jurnal, dan berita di internet. Hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sanksi Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) sebagai penggunaan kekuasaan melalui diplomasi koersif Amerika Serikat telah berhasil mempengaruhi kebijakan luar negeri Indonesia, terutama untuk tidak melanjutkan hubungan kerjasama pertahanan untuk pembelian Sukhoi-35 dengan Rusia.Penyelenggaraan upaya pembangunan pertahanan negara merupakan kewajiban setiap negara, dalam hal ini Indonesia berupaya untuk memperkuat kekuatan pertahanan negaranya dengan meningkatkan kemampuan alutsista. Transformational Leadership in Military Organization to Supporting National Defense Capability in Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0: A Literature Review
Full text linkTNI as a means of state defence is who in charge to carrying out state defence to uphold state sovereignty, maintain territorial integrity, and protect the safety of the nation. For military organizations, leadership is the main thing needed, every military soldier is always ready to carry out orders from superiors, leadership attitudes to defend and develop themselves personally are very much needed both in everyday life or during combat. Transformational leadership is characterized by a leader working with subordinates to identify needed change, creating a vision to guide change through inspiration, and implementing the change together with committed group members. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach as the main writing approach. The data used in this paper is secondary data. A transformational leader will be able to make positive changes in the organization. Transformational leadership in the industrial era 4.0 generates commitment from all stakeholders involved and increases the satisfaction and trust of everyone involved in the organization. Full text linkThis study (article) was summarized based on experiences of Community Service program among younger generation in Padang Laweh Malalo Village at Tanah Datar Regency. This program was intended to increase the understanding and awareness the younger generation to the importance of preserving the traditional arts of randai as one of the cultural heritages and at the same time the potential and tourist attraction that has been neglected all this time. This study was inspired by various conditions that indicated the lack of interest, awareness, and skills of the younger generation in preserving this randai art, while on the other hand traditional randai art can be used as an attraction and is a potential for cultural tourism that can be packaged and adapted to the current context. Based on this condition, various coaching, training and management programs would be needed to improve the abilities and skills of partner groups, especially the youth group who were members of the "Sanggar Seni Salapan Suku" group at Kenagarian Padang Laweh Malalo Tanah Datar, both in terms of knowledge and skills, so that there will be professional youth groups and able to become pioneers and motivators for other youth in the development of traditional arts of randai. These coaching activities and programs needed to be conducted collaboratively and synergistically between the local government and universities
Marine Policy in Holding and Handling Marine Natural Asset as An Attempt to Recognize Indonesia as The Sector’s Maritime Axis
Full text linkThe maritime axis is now increasingly popular and attracts the attention of many parties, including the mass media which also often brings up the term in the news in recent times. The emergence of the term cannot be separated from the idea of President Joko Widodo who wants to make Indonesia as the world's maritime axis, also wants to make Indonesian waters a territory safe waters in the world for all marine activities, and for that, the government will ensure security and safety of sea transportation carried out by the community and business actors. The development of maritime affairs cannot be done all at once. To optimize maritime development at the national level, regional and global, and especially in achieving the world maritime axis requires direction, orientation, strategy, and anticipation of effective, consistent, and sustainable development. Therefore, the researcher saw the implementation of the maritime axis from a policy perspective. Issues that will be the focus of this research are firstly how the development of the world maritime axis concept in Indonesia, secondly how to implement Indonesia's maritime axis from a policy perspective. The purpose of this research is to know the development of the concept of the world maritime axis in Indonesia and its implementation. Based on the results of research that Indonesia has implemented the concept of the world maritime axis by issuing policies and their implementation; it is recommended that Indonesia has a pivot law maritime world to answer challenges to realize Indonesia's excellence. Sebagai tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini meninjau penelitian sebelumnya dengan serangkaian proses tertentu. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi penggunaan aplikasi kencan terbagi menjadi beberapa kategori seperti relasional, intrapersonal, hiburan, dan sosial. However, violations of ASN neutrality cannot be avoided, this problem is influenced by various motives. The Regional Head Election (pilkada) in Solok district in 2020. To see these motives, the authors conducted research using descriptive qualitative methods. Informants from the research were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data were taken by interview, observation, and documentation. Then the data is processed by source triangulation. So that the research results show that violations of ASN neutrality occur due to internal motives and external motives. The internal motives are the desire to get a better position and the emotional closeness between ASN and the candidate pair. Internally, the position is threatened if it does not side with one of the candidates who are predicted to win.
