Elit Korporatisme Industri Garam di Nusa Tenggara Timur
This research aims to reveal and explain the pattern of relations between the state (government elite) and the community, both the interest group (association elite) or the wider community (association members) in the salt industry in NTT. As a system of government, corporatism is still practiced, although with a model that is not as idealized by its early thinkers. Corporatism in practice has the opportunity to give birth to new elites as found in the research of the salt industry in NTT. The interests of the elites do not necessarily represent the interests of association members in general. Even in the salt industry, the interests of the elites conflict with the interests of members and the community. Government elites and business associations that have large resources of power manipulate customary institutions, churches, academics and communities to achieve their interests. This system also gives the state (government elite) authority and dominance over various decisions on the utilization of public goods (location of the salt industry or customary land) and determines which entrepreneurs invest (state dominance). Finally, the state is not present as a neutral referee for the contestation of various interests of citizens or associations of interest groups

Rekonstruksi Model the Strategic Triangle: Perspektif Tradisi Bau Lolon
Moore developed the strategic triangle to aid public managers in designing policies that align with public needs. The strategic triangle is a way for governments to create policies based on the values desired by citizens. This strategy includes three important elements, including public value outcomes, authorizing environment and operational capacity. Nonetheless, certain experts deem this concept to have critical limitations that require conceptual resolution. Regrettably, none of their criticisms provide a solution towards the concept's improvement. Using qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, this study aims to construct and critique a new model of the strategic triangle concept, utilizing the local wisdom of the bau lolon ritual as an alternative solution. The central focus of this research examines the relevance of moral values within the bau lolon ritual as a possible alternative means of mitigating the weaknesses of the strategic triangle concept. Bau lolon ritual is usually performed by the Lamaholot people who inhabit the eastern part of the island of Flores in the province of East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The findings indicate that the implementation of bau lolon rituals can surpass the constraints of the previous model by incorporating principles of fairness, integrity, and camaraderie in the decision-making process

Abstract
The sub-district performance evaluation on general government affairs implementation in Sleman Regency of 2021-2023 is a study focuses on the implementation of the municipality's duties and functions in the general government affairs of the Sleman district. There are three major issues with the district's implementation of general government affairs. First, the sub-district as a regional government agency that has territorial aspects but does not hold a position as the authority or regional head of the territory and is not a sectoral administrator such as technical government agency or department in the regional government structure. Second, public service authorities in the sub-district sector have been greatly reduced by using digital government platforms. Third, the village's government functions are geographically located within the sub-district area. Among these issues, it is important to know the performance of the general government affairs in the sub-district of Sleman in order to strengthen the strategic role of sub-districts in regional government. The study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach by collecting data on the implementation of general government affairs in 17 (seven) sub-districts in the Sleman Regency during the period 2021–2023, through observations, surveys, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques use describtive analysis methods to describe and analyze research results. The study's findings indicate that the sub-district's performance of the implementation on general government affairs was lower when compared to the performance of the sub-district as government agency. The performance of sub-distric general government affairs is influenced by collaborative leadership and the implementation of mitigation, facilitation, mediation, supervision, and advocacy functions
