Can Gender Moderate the Effect of Digital Learning Media and Interest on Learning Outcomes?

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of digital learning media and learning interest on learning outcomes based on gender. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) through Multi-Group Analysis (MGA), involving 254 students from Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Singosari, Malang, to measure the effect of digital learning media and student learning interest on learning outcomes. The results of structural test showed that neither digital learning media nor learning interest had a significant effect on learning outcomes, and gender did not moderate the relationship. Further, based on PLS-MGA, it is found that gender did not moderate the relationship in the model. Suggestions for future research include exploring the relationship between students' learning styles and the use of learning media, conducting longitudinal studies to evaluate the long-term impacts of digital learning media on outcomes, and considering factors such as personality, motivation, and age differences as moderating variables to gain a more comprehensive understanding of their effects on student learning outcomes

This study evaluates the effectiveness of minimum wage policy implementation from a public administration perspective, focusing on poverty alleviation outcomes in Banten Province during 2013-2023. Through quantitative analysis of time-series data, the research examines how administrative mechanisms and governance structures influence policy outcomes. The findings reveal that minimum wage policy administration significantly impacts poverty thresholds (b = 0.181, p ¡ 0.01), while administrative efforts in unemployment management and economic growth initiatives show less pronounced effects. The strong model fit (R² = 0.966) provides crucial insights for public administrators regarding policy implementation effectiveness. Results indicate that successful poverty alleviation requires improved administrative coordination, enhanced policy monitoring systems, and strengthened government frameworks. This study advances public administration theory by providing empirical evidence on policy implementation effectiveness and offers practical recommendations for improving regional governance in poverty alleviation programs. The research contributes to public administration literature by demonstrating how quantitative analysis can inform better policy implementation and governance strategie

This research aims to analyze and explain the dynamics of complementarity politics and administration in the relationship between democracy and bureaucracy in the road infrastructure governance process in Wonosobo Regency. This phenomenon is interesting to study because it involves political actors in the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD), as well as administrative actors from the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) and the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (Dinas PUPR) in Wonosobo Regency, all engaged in a complementary relationship regarding road infrastructure issues, an issue that has garnered significant attention from the community. The complementarity framework used in this study refers to the framework proposed by Svara (2001), which is based on three principles: interdependency, reciprocal influence, and extensive interaction. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results indicate that efforts are being made to preserve democracy while avoiding subordination by Bappeda and the PUPR agency to DPRD control; there is an integral relationship between the DPRD, Bappeda, and the PUPR agency in maintaining public preferences regarding road infrastructure; parliamentary involvement in the inclusiveness of the administrative process; and other factors in the planning process for road infrastructure development in Wonosobo Regency

With the changing times, the condition of Mayong Lor ceramics is now facing serious challenges, namely a regeneration crisis. The younger generation is showing decreasing interest in the ceramic craft profession. Furthermore, the rapidly expanding number of factories in Jepara has led the younger generation to choose to work in factories. The purpose of this study is to determine the interest of the younger generation in the existence of ceramic crafts amidst the rise of garment factories. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection uses a snowball sampling technique, data sources are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that ceramic crafts are increasingly declining, the majority of craftsmen are currently elderly and many have died. The main factor causing the change in interest of the younger generation towards ceramic crafts is the consideration of income obtained because the younger generation thinks that working in a factory is more certain and more quickly profitable. In addition, ceramic crafts are also considered old-fashioned and outdated, the process of making ceramics is difficult, heavy, and dirty because it is related to soil. This change in interest of the younger generation has caused the ceramic crafts in Mayong Lor Village to decline

Digitalization is an innovation based on technological advances that can make governance more effective and efficient. This makes human activities carry out digital transformation in both the public and private sectors.  One of the implementations of digital transformation in the public sector is the implementation of Digital ID cards. Digital transformation in the context of digital ID cards must be balanced with the readiness of both implementers and the community as policy actors. This research identifies digital transformation in the context of Digital KTP in Surabaya City using the imperative strategy theory of digital transformation model Verhoef which has 4 indicators, namely: Digital Resources, Organizational Structure, Improvement Strategy, and Measures and Goals. Data is obtained through analysis of observation results, documentation, and interviews with implementing agencies and the community. The results of the study found that there was a 25% target non-achievement from the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia for the activation of Digital KTP in Surabaya, this was due to a less massive improvement strategy and a lack of public awareness regarding this innovation. This study concludes that there are still indicators that have obstacles such as digital resources, which in its implementation there are still obstacles in the IKD application and growth strategies that still need strategies to reach the elderly and add features to increase the value of innovation to increase public awareness of digital transformation
