Análisis de la competencia y técnicas de evaluación
Get PDFThe objective of this essay was to thoroughly explore competition analysis and the various evaluation techniques used in this field. The methodology used was based on a bibliographic review. In this review, a variety of literature sources were examined, including academic articles, research reports, and online resources related to the topic of competitive analysis and assessment techniques used in business and organizational contexts. The studies analyzed illustrate the diversity of approaches that can be applied to competitive analysis. From the identification of skills required in the labor market to the evaluation of strategic management in organizations and the competitiveness of SMEs, each study highlights the need to adapt and compete in different contexts. Regarding evaluation techniques, it has been shown that competition analysis is not limited to a single methodology. It ranges from financial data collection and benchmarking to market research and SWOT analysis. It is concluded that the ability to adapt and compete effectively in a constantly changing environment is a key factor for achieving objectives and sustainable growth in any organization.

La metodología empleada se basó en una revisión bibliográfica. En esta revisión, se examinó una variedad de fuentes bibliográficas, incluyendo artículos académicos, informes de investigación y recursos en línea relacionados con el tema de análisis de la competencia y las técnicas de evaluación utilizadas en contextos empresariales y organizacionales. Los estudios analizados ilustran la diversidad de enfoques que pueden aplicarse al análisis de la competencia. Desde la identificación de habilidades requeridas en el mercado laboral hasta la evaluación de la gestión estratégica en las organizaciones y la competitividad de las PYME, cada estudio resalta la necesidad de adaptarse y competir en diferentes contextos. En cuanto a las técnicas de evaluación, se ha demostrado que el análisis de la competencia no se limita a una sola metodología. Comprende desde la recopilación de datos financieros y el benchmarking hasta la investigación de mercado y el análisis FODA. Se concluye que, la capacidad de adaptarse y competir eficazmente en un entorno en constante cambio es un factor clave para el logro de objetivos y el crecimiento sostenible en cualquier organización.

Regularización de activos en el extranjero y recaudación de impuestos
Get PDFOne of the problems that tax administrations face is tax evasion, which consists of manipulating tax returns with the purpose of reducing the tax burden to pay, which affects tax collection and therefore income. public, necessary to guarantee the well-being of citizens. For this reason, tax administrations must ensure the greatest possible contribution through their fiscal policies and regulatory bodies. In this study we will focus on taxes on foreign assets, which are imposed on property and monetary assets that a taxpayer maintains outside their tax residence. The objective of the investigation was based on analyzing the regularization of assets abroad and the collection of taxes. A bibliographic documentary type methodology was applied, where sources such as scientific articles, degree theses, government pages, among others, were consulted, which allowed the collection of information on the topic under study. Finally, it is concluded that in order to avoid tax evasion, the tax administration of a country must implement laws that ensure tax collection, but at the same time they must join international organizations and obtain cooperation on relevant tax information.

Es por ello, que las administraciones tributarias deben asegurar la mayor contribución posible a través de sus políticas fiscales y organismos reguladores. En el presente estudio nos enfocaremos en los impuestos a los activos en el extranjero, los cuales se imputan a bienes y activos monetarios que un contribuyente mantiene fuera de su residencia fiscal. El objetivo de la investigación se basó en analizar la regularización de los activos en el extranjero y la recaudación de impuestos. Se aplicó una metodología de tipo documental bibliográfica, donde se consultaron fuentes como artículos científicos, tesis de grado, páginas gubernamentales, entre otras, que permitieron la recopilación información sobre el tema en estudio. Finalmente se concluye que a fin de evitar la evasión fiscal la administración tributaria de un país debe implementar leyes que aseguren la recaudación de impuestos, pero a su vez deben incorporarse a las organizaciones internacionales y obtener cooperación sobre información fiscal de su pertinencia.

Enseñar Ciencias Naturales desde el aprendizaje basado en problemas
Get PDFThis professional research was carried out in a public educational institution of the rural area in San Lorenzo, Manta city, Manabí province of Ecuador. Students from the Natural Sciences Area took involvement in this procedure, and it was carried out from the problem about the non-use of the submission of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as part of the educational methodological process needed. It is descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative techniques. The information was composed through interviews and with a self-perception scale of the capabilities of scientific learning through telematic resources. The investigation made it conceivable to determine that teacher’s appeal to the strategies of the PBL for the teaching of Natural Sciences, which is long-established because self-perceived skills verified an adequate degree of merging in the student staff. PBL promotes teamwork, so that students can give a satisfactory reply to the problems that arise, not only in education, but in the context of everyday life, and that in this way an interest in learning is awakened in them.

Se contó con la participación de los estudiantes del área de Ciencias Naturales y se efectuó a partir de la problemática sobre el desuso de la aplicación del aprendizaje basado en problemas (ABP) como parte del proceso metodológico educativo. Es una investigación descriptiva con técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas. La información se recogió mediante entrevistas y con una escala autoperceptiva de las competencias propias del aprendizaje científico a través de medios telemáticos. El estudio permitió determinar que el profesorado recurre a las estrategias del ABP para la enseñanza de Ciencias Naturales, lo cual se confirma porque las habilidades autopercibidas demuestran un adecuado grado de consolidación en el estudiantado. El ABP favorece el trabajo en equipo, de forma que los estudiantes sean capaces de dar una respuesta adecuada a los problemas que se les presenten, no solo en la educación, sino en el contexto de la vida cotidiana, y que de esta forma se despierte en ellos el interés por aprender.

Estrategia metodológica para el fortalecimiento de habilidades comunicativas en niños de 3-4 años con Autismo

Facing this reality implies that the teacher's work is the means for all children to participate in the educational process considering their diversity. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a human condition that is latent in the classroom. The objective of this research was to design a methodological strategy for the development of communication skills in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this research process a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach was used, in addition the analytical and synthetic, bibliographic, statistical method was used, so it was investigated with a population of 28 people as objects of study detailed as follows: 10 students, 8 teachers and 10 parents. It is emphasized that the research gives rise to aspects that allow sheltering educational inclusion considering this contribution as a current and novel topic.

Enfrentar esta realidad implica que el trabajo docente sea el medio para que todos los niños participen del proceso educativo considerando su diversidad. El Trastorno del Espectro Autista es una condición humana que está latente en las aulas de clases. El objetivo de esta investigación fue diseñar una estrategia metodológica para el desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas en los niños Trastorno del Espectro Autista. En este proceso investigativo se utilizó un enfoque mixto cualitativo y cuantitativo, además se utilizó el método analítico y sintético, bibliográfico, estadístico por lo que se investigó con una población 28 personas como objetos de estudio detalladas de la siguiente manera: 10 estudiantes, 8 docentes y 10 padres de familia. Se destaca que la investigación da lugar a aspectos que permiten albergar la inclusión educativa considerando este aporte como una temática actual y novedosa.

Escuela para padres mediante el aprendizaje basado en estudio de casos reales, para prevenir el embarazo adolescente
Get PDFThe objective of this research was to design a proposal for a parent school using a case-based learning approach to prevent teenage pregnancy at Manuel Octavio Rivera School. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing questionnaires for conducting interviews with parents and surveys with adolescents aged 13 to 17, in order to analyze the results and propose a parent school based on case-based learning. The study sample consisted of 135 students and 128 parents. The results obtained from the students showed insecurity and lack of trust in discussing sexuality-related topics, as well as limited information about pregnancy prevention and contraceptive methods. On the other hand, parents expressed that they have very little conversation with their children about topics such as pregnancies, contraceptive methods, limits, and respect in sexual relationships. This reaffirms the need to seek contextualized answers for the prevention of teenage pregnancy. Through the study of cases, communication between parents and children can be improved, as they will have a better understanding of the needs and concerns faced by adolescents.

La investigación tiene un enfoque mixto, para la cual se emplearon cuestionarios para la aplicación de entrevistas a los padres de familia y encuestas a los adolescentes de edades entre 13 a 17 años con la finalidad de analizar los resultados y proponer una escuela para padres mediante el aprendizaje basado en estudio de caso. La muestra de estudio estuvo comprendida por 135 estudiantes y, 128 padres de familias. Los resultados obtenidos por parte de los estudiantes muestran inseguridad y desconfianza para hablar sobre temas de sexualidad, además de que no reciben mucha información sobre la prevención de embarazos y métodos anticonceptivos; por otro lado, los padres manifestaron que hablan muy poco con sus hijos de temas como embarazos, métodos anticonceptivos, el límite y respecto en las relaciones sexuales. Se reafirma la necesidad que existe de buscar respuestas contextualizadas para la prevención del embarazo adolescente, a través del estudio de casos se logrará mejorar la comunicación entre padres e hijos pues podrán comprender mejor las necesidades y preocupaciones por las que atraviesan los adolescentes.

Metodología para el diseño de un parque industrial pesquero en la provincia de Esmeraldas
Get PDFIndustrial parks are business complexes designed for the use of different industrial activities, which promote and stimulate the economic and social growth of the towns that host them. Through them, innovation in the development of industrial processes and products, personnel training and job creation are encouraged. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methodologies used for the design of industrial parks for the promotion of technological development, in order to identify a methodological proposal suitable for the needs of the fishing industrial park in the Province of Esmeraldas. For which three key methodologies were identified, which contribute different aspects to the design needs of the park: the Cluster or Porter method, the Bolton model and the Sustainable Industrial Symbiosis Networks methodology. As results, it was possible to establish the necessary requirements to meet in the management of the industrial park and to propose a methodology considering aspects of: competitive advantage and territorial location, circular economy and efficiency, and design of technological facilities. Finally, as a conclusion, it is expected that the designed methodology will serve for the implementation of the park, promote innovation, research and technological development of the fishing industry in the province of Esmeraldas.

A través de ellos se incentiva, la innovación en el desarrollo de los procesos y productos industriales, la formación de personal y generación de empleo. Este estudio tiene por objeto analizar las metodologías empleadas para el diseño de parques industriales destinados al fomento del desarrollo tecnológico, a los fines de identificar una propuesta metodológica adecuada a las necesidades del parque industrial pesquero de la Provincia de Esmeraldas. Para lo cual se identificaron tres metodologías clave, que aportan diferentes aspectos a las necesidades de diseño del parque: el método de Clústeres o Porter, el modelo de Bolton y la metodología de Redes de Simbiosis Industriales Sostenibles. Como resultados se alcanzó establecer los requerimientos necesarios a cumplir en la gestión del parque industrial y a proponer una metodológica considerando aspectos de: ventaja competitiva y ubicación territorial, económica circular y eficiencia, y diseño de instalaciones tecnológicas. Finalmente, como conclusión, se prevé que la metodología diseñada sirva para que la implementación de parque, impulse la innovación, la investigación y el desarrollo tecnológico de la industria pesquera en la provincia de Esmeraldas.

This article aims to highlight the relationship between corporate communication and corporate image within organizations. On the other hand, there is the corporate image, which seeks to position and publicize its products, services or brand. Both are related, since the communicative work will influence the achievement of that position. This research was approached as a bibliographical-documentary study, where texts, research and articles related to the topic under study were consulted.

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo destacar la relación que existe entre la comunicación corporativa y la imagen corporativa dentro de las organizaciones. La comunicación organizativa incluye la comunicación interna que va orientada hacia los miembros de la organización, y la comunicación externa que va enfocada hacia el público, proveedores, y cualquier otro que se relacione hacia su entorno. Por otro lado, se tiene la imagen corporativa, la cual busca posicionar y dar a conocer sus productos, servicios o marca. Ambas se relacionan, puesto que el trabajo comunicativo influenciará en lograr ese posicionamiento. Esta investigación se abordó, como un estudio bibliográfico-documental, donde se consultaron textos, investigaciones y artículos relacionados al tema en estudio.

ABSTRACT
Learning English has a profound effect on the academic formation of students. As the lingua franca of the world, English enables students to communicate and collaborate with people from different countries and cultures. It is also the language of instruction at many universities and businesses, so English-dominant students have an advantage in accessing higher education and career opportunities. Learning English helps students to have a global perspective. By learning English, students become aware of different cultures, customs, and beliefs. This understanding can help them to be more open and tolerant of the points of view of others. In addition, it can also help to reduce cultural and language barriers, allowing students to work together more effectively. Learning English also has an impact on academic performance. Being able to understand and use English accurately and fluently can help students understand course materials and better express their ideas. Additionally, research has found that students who are proficient in English have better problem-solving skills and higher levels of critical thinking. This can contribute to improving academic results. Finally, learning English can help increase students' confidence. Propuesta de diseño de ruta ciclística para desarrollar actividades turísticas en una zona de Ecuador
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to propose the design of a cycling route for the development of tourist activities in an area of Ecuador specifically within the La Estacada and Villao precincts of the Pedro Carbo canton, Guayas. This through a hermeneutic and descriptive method, with statistical calculation applying a survey to the selected sample. Cycling is a tourist practice where you can enjoy the landscape and an experience that allows contact with the environment that makes it a motivation for tourists. Cycling tourism has become an interest for a large number of people and institutions that are promoting the use of bicycles as a sustainable means of transport, it is concluded that the population of the La Estacada and Villao enclosures shows that they dedicate themselves to their majority to agriculture assuming that tourism is foreign to their economy, but those surveyed understand the help that tourism offers to the development of their territory, which is why they agree to be part of the cycling route and thus add greater demand for circulation in their territories. Therefore, it is of great importance to consider that proposing a design of a cycling route within the La Estacada and Villao precincts of the Pedro Carbo canton, would improve the tourist development of the area, as well as the generation of new jobs and improvement of the economy in this sector.

Esto a través de un método hermenéutico y descriptivo, con cálculo estadístico aplicando una encuesta a la muestra seleccionada. El cicloturismo es una práctica turística donde se puede disfrutar del paisaje y de una experiencia que permite contactar con el ambiente que lo convierte en una motivación para los turistas. El cicloturismo, se ha convertido es un interés para una gran cantidad de personas e instituciones que están promoviendo el uso de la bicicleta como medio de transporte sustentable, se concluye que, la población de los recintos La Estacada y Villao muestra que se dedican en su mayoría a la agricultura dando por sentado que la actividad turística es ajena dentro de su economía, pero los encuestados comprenden la ayuda que el turismo ofrece al desarrollo de su territorio por lo que afirman estar de acuerdo en formar parte de la ruta ciclística y así sumar mayor demanda de circulación en sus territorios. Por lo tanto, es de gran importancia considerar que proponer un diseño de una ruta ciclística dentro de los recintos La estacada y Villao del cantón Pedro Carbo, permitiría mejorar el desarrollo turístico de la zona, así como la generación de nuevos empleos y mejora de la economía en este sector.

Its use will depend to a large extent on government measures in terms of the support they provide to those who carry out this type of activity. One of the forms of tourism contribution is through the collection of the Value Added Tax, a tax that is levied on transactions for the purchase of goods or provision of services, withholdings that are declared and informed by businesses before the governing body, becoming income for the nation, which is used to develop the different government plans.

A través de este es posible que un país atraiga a miles de personas promocionando sus recursos naturales, atracciones, culturas y otros factores que incitan los intereses y curiosidad de conocerlos. Su aprovechamiento dependerá en gran medida de las medidas gubernamentales en cuanto al apoyo que brindan a quienes desarrollan este tipo de actividad. Una de las formas de contribución del turismo, es a través de la recaudación del Impuesto al Valor Agregado, impuesto que grava transacciones de compra de bienes o prestación de servicios, retenciones que son declaradas y enteradas por los comercios ante el ente rector, convirtiéndose en ingresos para la nación, los cuales son utilizados para desarrollar los distintos planes del gobierno.
