Get PDFThe general objective of the research is to determine the critical success factors in the teaching-learning process and its incidence in the Hybrid modality of the Business Administration Career of UNESUM, the methodology used is documentary based on bibliographic and field review. by collecting information from those involved, it is also supported by the analytical method. In conclusion, it can be indicated that the success factors in the hybrid modality depend on connectivity, computer equipment and the development of skills in the technological and pedagogical area, which did not occur in the application of the hybrid modality in the Business Administration career, due to different aspects, such as the improvised change of modality, the lack of software, training programs for teachers and students for its application.

Como conclusión se puede indicar que los factores de éxito, en la modalidad híbrida depende da la conectividad, de los equipos informáticos y del desarrollo de competencias en el área de las tecnológicas y pedagógicas, lo cual no se dio en la aplicación de la modalidad híbrida en la carrera de Administración de Empresas, por diferentes aspectos, como el cambio improvisado de modalidad, la falta de software, programas de capacitaciones de los docentes y estudiantes para su aplicación.

El perfil profesional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores administrativos del centro de salud del Cantón Pedernales
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to investigate how the professional profile influences job performance in individuals who work mainly in the administrative area of the health sector, specifically in the Pedernales Canton Health Center. The objective of the research is to identify the specific needs of each job. The research problem that is addressed is: "How to determine the professional profile and job performance for effective operation within the administration of the Pedernales Canton Health Center?" A quantitative research method is used, using surveys administered to the administrative staff working in the entity during the research period. As a result, a proposal for the professional profile of some key administrative positions in the health center is being formulated. In conclusion, it is established that it is important to know the responsibilities in each job position and, primarily, to know the profile that is needed for their job performance.

El problema de investigación que se aborda es: “¿Cómo determinar el perfil profesional y el desempeño laboral para un funcionamiento efectivo dentro de la administración del Centro de Salud del Cantón Pedernales?” Se utiliza un método de investigación cuantitativo, empleando encuestas administradas al personal administrativo que labora en la entidad durante el período de investigación. Como resultado, se está formulando una propuesta del perfil profesional de algunos puestos administrativos claves en el centro de salud. Como conclusión se establece que es importante conocer las responsabilidades en cada puesto de trabajo y de manera primordial conocer el perfil que se necesita para su desempeño laboral.

Fake news en medios emergentes: Explorando la incidencia en comunidades locales. Un estudio en Puerto Nuevo

The research contributes significantly to addressing fake news in these media and underlines the need to continue examining its spread in the region. It focused on the identification of fake news and its negative impact on digital communication, using a basic descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The findings revealed that 76% of those surveyed perceive a significant influence of fake news on neighborhood decision-making. This work highlights the urgency of promoting truthful information and emphasizes the importance of effective methods in conducting surveys and collecting data in future research.

La investigación aporta significativamente al abordar las fake news en estos medios y subraya la necesidad de continuar examinando su difusión en la región. Se focalizó en la identificación de fake news y su impacto negativo en la comunicación digital, utilizando una metodología descriptiva básica con enfoque cuantitativo. Los hallazgos revelaron que el 76% de los encuestados percibe una influencia significativa de las fake news en la toma de decisiones del barrio. Este trabajo destaca la urgencia de promover información veraz y enfatiza la importancia de métodos efectivos en la realización de encuestas y la recopilación de datos en investigaciones futuras.

La ética periodística en el tratamiento informativo del programa “Tras la noticia” de Radio Récord 106.5 FM
Get PDFLa ética periodística desempeña un papel fundamental en la tarea del radiodifusor para la construcción y elaboración de contenidos para que contribuyan a la formación de opinión en la ciudadanía, sin embargo, la construcción corre muchos riesgos por los avances tecnológicos van transformando la forma en que se recopila, presenta y consume la información en las emisoras de radio. En este contexto se ha planteado el objetivo de la investigación que es determinar de qué manera la ética periodística contribuye en el tratamiento informativo del programa “Tras la Noticia” de radio Récord 106.5 FM, además de, revisar cuales son los desafíos éticos que enfrentan los periodistas radiofónicos en contribución del tratamiento informativo en un entorno digital que permite que la información sea difundida de forma directa e inmediata, sin que se verifique la fuente o se contraste, lo que representa un verdadero desafío para el periodismo. El fundamento metodológico se lo desarrolló bajo el enfoque cualitativo, el método descriptivo con las técnicas de entrevistas y análisis de contenido, el resultado de la investigación contribuyó a la valoración y esfuerzo que realiza el programa “Tras la Noticia” de radio Récord 106.5 FM, en el ejercicio de la ética periodística en el tratamiento de información.

ABSTRACT
Journalistic ethics plays a fundamental role in the task of the broadcaster for the construction and development of content so that it contributes to the formation of opinion among citizens, however, the construction runs many risks due to technological advances that are transforming the way in which Information is collected, presented, and consumed on radio stations. In this context, the objective of the research has been set out, which is to determine how journalistic ethics contributes to the informative treatment of the program “Tras la Noticia” on radio Récord 106.5 FM, in addition to reviewing the ethical challenges faced by journalists. radio journalists in the processing of information in a digital environment that allows information to be disseminated directly and immediately, without verifying the source or contrasting it, which represents a real challenge for journalism. The methodological foundation was developed under the qualitative approach, the descriptive method with the interview technique and content analysis, the result of the research contributed to the assessment and effort made of the program “Tras la Noticia” on radio Récord 106.5 FM, in the exercise of journalistic ethics in the processing of information.

Manual de control interno para el manejo y contabilización de los activos fijos en empresa metalmecánica, de Ecuador 2021
Get PDFThe objective of this research was based on designing an internal control manual for the management and accounting of Fixed Assets in the company Talleres Taisor Cía. Ltda., period 2021. The applied methodology is quantitative and qualitative supported by experimental bibliographic research. As conclusions, it can be determined that the results achieved in this item were categorical, because 88% of those surveyed responded positively, which represents 14 workers, while two other workers denote a certain insecurity in their answers. This result indicates the importance of designing an internal control manual for the management and accounting of fixed assets in the Empresa de Talleres Taisor Cia Ltda., in the city of Jaramijó. The accounting area of the Company of Talleres Taisor Cia Ltda., does not implement internal control actions, aimed at protecting the company's fixed assets, through periodic and systematic controls. An element that has not been raised in previous investigations and that becomes a contribution of this project, is associated with the fact that the impact on the environment of the retirement of fixed assets must be considered, especially those whose harmful effects due to The use of substances and oils makes it necessary to have a procedure that indicates the final destination of said media. The diagnosis carried out through the implementation of the survey instruments and the observation guide allowed the identification of certain irregularities, which constitute the starting point for the design of the internal control manual for the management and accounting of fixed assets. It was not evident that there are any actions by the administration aimed at safeguarding the company's fixed assets, which is why it is essential that based on the design of the internal control manual for the management and accounting of the company's fixed assets Talleres Taisor Cia Ltda., proceed with the preparation of said manual, taking into account the steps designed.

Como conclusiones se puede determinar que los resultados alcanzados en este ítem fueron categóricos, debido a que el 88 % de los encuestados respondieron de manera positiva, lo que representa a 14 trabajadores, mientras que otros dos trabajadores denotan cierta inseguridad en sus respuestas. Este resultado indica la importancia de diseñar un manual de control interno para el manejo y contabilización de los activos fijos en la Empresa de Talleres Taisor Cia Ltda., en la ciudad de Jaramijó. El área contable de la Empresa de Talleres Taisor Cia Ltda., no implementa acciones de control interno, dirigido a proteger los activos fijos de la empresa, mediante controles periódicos y sistemáticos. Un elemento que no ha sido levantado en anteriores investigaciones y que se convierte en un aporte del presente proyecto, está asociado a que debe considerarse el impacto sobre el medio ambiente que tiene el retiro de los activos fijos, sobre todo de aquellos cuyos efectos nocivos por la utilización de sustancias y aceites hacen necesario contar con un procedimiento que indique el destino final de dichos medios. El diagnóstico realizado mediante la implementación de los instrumentos de encuestas y de la guía de observación, permitió identificar determinadas irregularidades, las cuales constituyen el punto de partida para el diseño del manual de control interno para el manejo y contabilización de los activos fijos. No se evidenció que exista por parte de la administración, acciones dirigidas a salvaguardar los activos fijos de la empresa, causa por la cual es fundamental que en función del diseño del manual de control interno para el manejo y contabilización de los activos fijo en la Empresa Talleres Taisor Cia Ltda., se proceda con la elaboración de dicho manual, acogiendo los pasos diseñados.

Guía de actividades musicales para el desarrollo emocional de los niños del nivel inicial
Get PDFThe aim of this research work was to establish a guide of musical activities for the emotional development of children at the initial level, since at this stage intellectual, motor and language development is fundamental, and music used as a pedagogical resource promotes such development through the strengthening of cognitive processes. The research had a quantitative approach, for which observation sheets were used for the children in order to see the influence of music on the development of their abilities. The sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 30 pupils in the afternoon pre-school II "C", of whom 14 were boys and 16 girls. The results obtained through the application of the form reveal that a large percentage of the children carry out the musical activities without difficulty. It is concluded that the implementation of music helps emotional development and is a great contribution to the teaching-learning process.
Keywords: activity guide, children, music, emotional development.El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer una guía de actividades musicales para el desarrollo emocional de los niños y las niñas del nivel inicial, ya que en esta etapa el desarrollo intelectual, motriz y de lenguaje es fundamental, y la música utilizada como recurso pedagógico promueve tales desarrollos a través del fortalecimiento de los procesos cognitivos. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, para lo cual se emplearon fichas de observación destinada a los niños y las niñas con la finalidad de ver la influencia de la música en el desarrollo de sus capacidades. La muestra fue del tipo no probabilístico y, estuvo compuesta por 30 educandos del inicial II “C” vespertino de los cuales 14 fueron niños y 16 niñas. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación de la ficha revelaron que un gran porcentaje de los niños y niñas realizaron las actividades musicales sin dificultad. Se concluyó que la implementación de la música ayuda al desarrollo emocional y es un gran aporte en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

Análisis del Impuesto a la Salida de Divisas durante el periodo 2008–2022
Get PDFThe objective of this study was to analyze the different stages of implementation and reform of the Foreign Exchange Exit Tax (ISD) in Ecuador during the period between 2008 and 2022. The research methodology adopted combines an exhaustive documentary review with a mixed approach that It integrates quantitative and qualitative elements within the framework of descriptive and explanatory research. The results of the study reveal that ISD collection is made up mostly of declarations of transfers abroad, while declarations of payments from abroad and foreign exchange outflows in exports represent a much smaller percentage. Furthermore, it is evident that the ISD has not managed to stop capital flight, and its impact on foreign direct investment is limited. Political and tax instability in Ecuador is pointed out as one of the causes of this situation. In conclusion, the capital outflow tax has generated diverse opinions regarding its impact on the Ecuadorian economy. While some defend its benefits in terms of protecting the local economy and financial stability, others argue that it could discourage foreign investment and affect the country's international competitiveness. The implementation and reform of the ISD in Ecuador is a complex issue that continues to be the subject of debate and analysis.

La metodología de investigación adoptada combina una revisión documental exhaustiva con un enfoque mixto que integra elementos cuantitativos y cualitativos en el marco de una investigación descriptiva y explicativa. Los resultados del estudio revelan que la recaudación del ISD se compone en su mayoría de declaraciones de transferencias al exterior, mientras que las declaraciones de pagos desde el exterior y las salidas de divisas en exportaciones representan un porcentaje mucho menor. Además, se evidencia que el ISD no ha logrado detener la fuga de capitales, y su impacto en la inversión extranjera directa es limitado. La inestabilidad política y tributaria en Ecuador se señala como una de las causas de esta situación. En conclusión, el impuesto a la salida de capitales ha generado opiniones diversas en cuanto a su incidencia en la economía ecuatoriana. Mientras algunos defienden sus beneficios en términos de protección de la economía local y estabilidad financiera, otros argumentan que podría desincentivar la inversión extranjera y afectar la competitividad internacional del país. La implementación y reforma del ISD en Ecuador es un tema complejo que sigue siendo objeto de debate y análisis.

Estado de percepción y adaptación en el colegio San Francisco de Asís, después del COVID-19
Get PDFDuring the time of confinement, face-to-face academic activities were suspended but the Educational Unit "San Francisco de Asís" had already been working with virtual learning platforms which helped a lot. The objective of this work was to analyze the perception and subsequent adaptation of students and teachers after the confinement due to COVID-19. The present work presents a qualitative approach, for the taking of interviews two focus groups of 5 students were carried out and another focus group was formed with 5 teachers. Students during the time of confinement felt distress, fear, disappointment, social limitation and depression. For the teachers there were deficiencies in the evaluation of skills, difficulty in handling platforms, review of works, among others. Keywords: Perception, Adaptation, COVID-19, Confinement.Durante el tiempo de confinamiento se suspendieron las actividades académicas presenciales pero la Unidad Educativa “San Francisco de Asís” ya se venía trabajando con plataformas virtuales de aprendizaje lo cual ayudo mucho. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la percepción y posterior adaptación de los estudiantes y docentes después del confinamiento por el COVID-19. El presente trabajo presenta un enfoque cualitativo, para la toma de entrevistas se realizaron dos grupos focales de 5 estudiantes y se formó otro grupo focal con 5 docentes. Los estudiantes durante el tiempo de confinamiento sintieron angustia, miedo, decepción, limitación social y depresión. Para los docentes existió deficiencias en la evaluación de las destrezas, dificultad para el manejo de plataformas, revisión de trabajos, entre otros. La percepción de estudiantes y docentes es similar al considerar que durante el tiempo de confinamiento existió mucha flexibilidad, aunque no se podía evaluar bien los aprendizajes.

ABSTRACT
During the time of confinement, face-to-face academic activities were suspended but the Educational Unit "San Francisco de Asís" had already been working with virtual learning platforms which helped a lot. The objective of this work was to analyze the perception and subsequent adaptation of students and teachers after the confinement due to COVID-19. The present work presents a qualitative approach, for the taking of interviews two focus groups of 5 students were carried out and another focus group was formed with 5 teachers. Students during the time of confinement felt distress, fear, disappointment, social limitation and depression. For the teachers there were deficiencies in the evaluation of skills, difficulty in handling platforms, review of works, among others. The perception of students and teachers is similar when considering that during the time of confinement there was a lot of flexibility, although learning could not be well evaluated.

The need to evaluate and measure the impact of sustainable innovation initiatives in education is addressed, proposing specific indicators to monitor progress towards sustainability objectives. Ultimately, the relevance of this topic is emphasized in the contemporary global context, where education plays a crucial role in the formation of conscious and responsible citizens. The integration of sustainable innovation in higher education is essential to address current and future environmental, social and economic challenges. This process not only involves the establishment of academic and research programs focused on sustainability, but also the adoption of pedagogical approaches and teaching methodologies that encourage critical thinking and problem solving related to sustainability.

Se identifican y analizan los obstáculos institucionales, financieros y culturales que interfieren con esta integración, incluyendo la resistencia al cambio y la insuficiencia de recursos adecuados. Se aborda la necesidad de evaluar y medir el impacto de las iniciativas de innovación sostenible en la educación, proponiendo indicadores específicos para monitorear el progreso hacia los objetivos de sostenibilidad. En última instancia, se recalca la relevancia de este tema en el contexto global contemporáneo, donde la educación desempeña un papel crucial en la formación de ciudadanos conscientes y responsables. La integración de la innovación sostenible en la educación superior resulta fundamental para abordar los desafíos ambientales, sociales y económicos actuales y futuros. Este proceso no solo implica la instauración de programas académicos y de investigación centrados en la sostenibilidad, sino también la adopción de enfoques pedagógicos y metodologías de enseñanza que fomenten el pensamiento crítico y la resolución de problemas relacionados con la sostenibilidad.
