Turismo como alternativa para el desarrollo turístico local de la cabecera parroquial Puerto Cayo
Get PDFTourism is one of the main economic sources of a country, so its development is important, it was determined that the problem of research lies in the lack of information and Marketing that can help promote local development, so The objective was to promote tourism as an alternative for the local development of the Puerto Cayo parish capital, so that empirical and mixed methods were applied, with techniques such as a survey that was carried out with 377 tourists, interviews with 10 owners of gastronomic establishments and observation. to obtain relevant information, which made it possible to know that Puerto Cayo has significant attractions for the area, in addition to hotel and gastronomic infrastructure, with a National demand that varies according to the season, inventorying 6 attractions, including 2 natural and 4 cultural, in the same way 10 gastronomic establishments, which provide seafood-based dishes, which have some complementary services in the establishments, however, there is a deficit in the gastronomic service and complementary attractions, so that the plan tourist development plans security strategies, raise awareness and update the attractions, determine a tourist profile and marketing plan, concluding that the site exists equipment and infrastructure for the tourist development of the town, through updating and use of Marketing, actions and strategies that help improve the tourist and economic activity of the site.
Keywords: Tourism, development, marketing, culture.El turismo es una de las principales fuentes económicas de un país, de manera que es importante su desarrollo, se determinó que el problema de la investigación radico en la falta de información y de Marketing que pueda ayudar a fomentar el desarrollo local, por lo que se tuvo como objetivo promover el turismo como alternativa para el desarrollo local de la cabecera parroquial Puerto Cayo, de forma que se aplicaron métodos empírico y mixta, con técnicas como encuesta que se efectuó a 377 turistas, entrevistas a 10 dueños de establecimientos gastronómicos y observación para la obtención pertinente de la información, la cual permitió conocer que Puerto Cayo cuenta con atractivos significativos para la zona, además de infraestructura hotelera y gastronómica, con una demanda Nacional que varía de acuerdo a la temporada, inventariándose 6 atractivos entre ellos 2 naturales y 4 culturales, de la misma manera 10 establecimientos gastronómicos, que brindan platos a base de mariscos, que cuentan con algunos servicios complementarios en los establecimientos, sin embargo, existen déficit en el servicio gastronómico y complementarios de los atractivos, de forma que el plan de desarrollo turístico planta estrategias de seguridad, concientizar y actualizar los atractivos, determinar un perfil turístico y plan de marketing, concluyendo que en el sitio existe equipamiento e infraestructura para el desarrollo turístico de la localidad, por medio de actualización y empleo de Marketing, acciones y estrategias que ayuden a mejorar la actividad turística y económica del sitio.

Diseño de procesos de productos en el sector agropecuario ecuatoriano
Get PDFThe design of product processes highlights their importance for efficiency and sustainability in agricultural and livestock production. Through a review of the literature, the analysis of case studies and articles from different magazines, the most effective practices and areas for improvement in the Ecuadorian context are identified. The objective of this study lies in analyzing the contemporary foundations and approaches applied in the design of product processes, with the aim of optimizing production and guaranteeing the final quality of the product. The methodology used in this research is based on an exhaustive bibliographic analysis, selecting relevant academic sources that address the evolution and current strategies of product process design. This methodological approach allows a deep understanding of the dynamics involved in the planning, development and continuous improvement of these processes. The results obtained reflect that an adequate integration of the design phases not only enhances innovation, but also reduces production times and costs, establishing a balance between the functionality of the product and its economic viability. Furthermore, the importance of an adaptable and flexible approach that allows the agricultural sector to respond efficiently to changes in market and environmental conditions is highlighted, which underlines the relevance of product process design as a fundamental pillar in agricultural competitiveness. showing that the alignment between design and production processes is essential for sustained success in increasingly demanding markets.

A través de una revisión de la literatura, el análisis de estudios de caso y artículos de diferentes revistas, se identifican las prácticas más efectivas y las áreas de mejora en el contexto ecuatoriano. El objetivo de este estudio radica en analizar los fundamentos y enfoques contemporáneos aplicados en el diseño de procesos de productos, con la finalidad de optimizar la producción y garantizar la calidad final del producto. La metodología empleada en esta investigación se fundamenta en un análisis bibliográfico exhaustivo, seleccionando fuentes académicas relevantes que abordan la evolución y las estrategias actuales del diseño de procesos de productos. Este enfoque metodológico permite una comprensión profunda de las dinámicas que intervienen en la planificación, desarrollo y mejora continua de estos procesos. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan que una integración adecuada de las fases de diseño no solo potencia la innovación, sino que también reduce tiempos y costos de producción, estableciendo un equilibrio entre la funcionalidad del producto y su viabilidad económica. Además, se destaca la importancia de un enfoque adaptable y flexible que permita al sector agropecuario responder eficientemente a los cambios en las condiciones del mercado y ambiente, lo que subraya la relevancia del diseño de procesos de productos como un pilar fundamental en la competitividad agropecuaria, evidenciando que la alineación entre diseño y procesos productivos es esencial para el éxito sostenido en mercados cada vez más exigentes.

Las competencias del docente en el Aprendizaje de la formación de los estudiantes del sector Salud de la Universidad Central Del Ecuador

The effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) learning in students of the prehospital and emergency care program at the Universidad Central del Ecuador is closely related to the professional competencies of their instructors. This research aims to identify the competencies that students need for their classroom training, considering the cross-cutting nature of these competencies in their academic preparation. The findings show a direct correlation between the pedagogical and technical skills of the instructors and the level of proficiency achieved by students in CPR practices. The deficiencies observed in students' practical execution and theoretical understanding highlight the need to improve teacher training, integrating theoretical knowledge and practical skills more effectively. The university faces the challenge of raising its academic standards by adapting curricula and methodologies to ensure optimal training for future emergency professionals. In conclusion, it is essential for higher education institutions to strengthen the continuous and specialized training of their instructors, recognizing their key role in CPR teaching and in the training of professionals in the prehospital field.

Resumen
La efectividad del aprendizaje de la resucitación pulmonar (RCP) en estudiantes de la carrera de prehospitalaria y emergencias de la Universidad Central del Ecuador está estrechamente relacionada con las competencias laborales de sus docentes. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar las competencias que los estudiantes requieren para su formación en aula, considerando la transversalidad de dichas competencias en su preparación académica. Los hallazgos demuestran una correlación directa entre las habilidades pedagógicas y técnicas del docente y el nivel de destreza alcanzado por los estudiantes en las prácticas de RCP. Las deficiencias observadas en la ejecución práctica y en la comprensión teórica de los estudiantes subrayan la importancia de mejorar la formación docente, integrando el conocimiento teórico y la habilidad práctica de manera más efectiva. La universidad enfrenta el desafío de mejorar sus estándares académicos, adaptando el currículo y las metodologías para garantizar una capacitación óptima de los futuros profesionales en emergencias. En conclusión, es fundamental que las instituciones de educación superior refuercen la formación continua y especializada de sus docentes, reconociendo su papel clave en la enseñanza de RCP y en la formación de profesionales en el ámbito prehospitalario.

Implementación de un EVA (entorno virtual de aprendizaje) en la Unidad Educativa Semillas de Vida de la ciudad de Latacunga en el periodo 2023

The objective of this research work is to implement a virtual environment as a didactic tool to strengthen the teaching-learning process using Microsoft Teams of the students of the Christian Educational Unit “Semillas de Vida”, in the Latacunga canton. A qualitative, descriptive and bibliographic research will be applied based on the interview technique. In addition, the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) will help create a guide of recommendations that allow you to make the most of the potential of the virtual learning environment. As a result, a virtual environment will be available that allows teachers to manage virtual courses as an online space to support face-to-face teaching. The results highlight the fact of the relationship between the technological update necessary for the implementation of a virtual learning environment, in which it is combined with the teaching and student body.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo implementar un entorno virtual utilizando Microsoft Teams como herramienta didáctica para fortalecer el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Cristiana “Semillas de Vida”, del cantón Latacunga. Se aplicará una investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y bibliográfica basado en la técnica de la entrevista. Además, la metodología PACIE (Presencia, Alcance, Capacitación, Interacción, E-learning) ayudará a crear una guía de recomendaciones que permitan aprovechar al máximo las potencialidades del entorno virtual de aprendizaje. Como resultado se dispondrá un EVA que permite a los docentes la gestión de cursos virtuales como un espacio en línea de apoyo a la educación presencial. Su diseño proporciona facilidad de uso y de gestión. El entorno virtual de aprendizaje responde a las necesidades del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de la unidad académica.

For the work, a survey was applied to 200 personnel, which are the entrepreneurs who are part of the Productive Development Directorate, the survey was designed to collect information on the knowledge and use of digital tools for accounting and taxation, as well as the perception of entrepreneurs about the usefulness of these tools for decision making. The results of the survey indicate that entrepreneurs have limited knowledge about digital tools for accounting and taxation, however, the majority of them recognize the usefulness of these tools for decision making. Accounting and tax digitalization can be a valuable tool for informed decision-making among entrepreneurs.

Para el trabajo se aplicó una encuesta a 200 personales lo cuales son los emprendedores que forman parte de la Dirección de Fomento Productivo, la encuesta se diseñó para recopilar información sobre el conocimiento y uso de herramientas digitales para la contabilidad y tributación, así como la percepción de los emprendedores sobre la utilidad de estas herramientas para la toma de decisiones. Los resultados de la encuesta indican que los emprendedores tienen un conocimiento limitado sobre las herramientas digitales para la contabilidad y la tributación, sin embargo, la mayoría de ellos reconocen la utilidad de estas herramientas para la toma de decisiones. La digitalización contable y tributaria puede ser una herramienta valiosa para la toma de decisiones informada en los emprendedores.

El aprendizaje y los procesos lectores en Educación Básica
Get PDFCurrently, reading teaching processes have evolved with technology and the current context that implies changes in pedagogical learning strategies. The objective of the research is to analyze the difficulties in the development of abilities and skills in reading processes focused on gender, ages of basic education students. The quantitative research model is applied from the constructivist paradigm, using as a data collection technique the application of the PROLEC test applied to 194 primary education students, which allows evaluating the reading process individually, the degree of difficulty in detailed and specify the application and correction of the reading processes. The tests used allowed us to explore the difficulties in the basic processes, which are grouped into four blocks that intervene in reading comprehension, thus it was possible to detect the difficulty in the identification of letters, lexical processes and syntactic processes. The main conclusions show that teachers must apply strategies that help each child in reading a text, disorders in fluency and reading processes, so these factors influence learning and require special attention since they are It becomes a skill that allows them to acquire knowledge and also develop their linguistic skills.

El objetivo de la investigación es analizar las dificultades en el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas en los procesos lectores enfocados al género, edades de los estudiantes de educación básica. Se aplica el modelo de investigación cuantitativo desde el paradigma constructivista, utilizando como técnica de recolección de datos la aplicación del test PROLEC aplicada a 194 estudiantes de educación primaria, el mismo que permite evaluar el proceso lector de manera individual, el grado de dificultad en forma detallada y precisar la aplicación y corrección de los procesos lectores. Las pruebas empleadas permitieron explorar las dificultades en los procesos básicos, las mismas que se agrupan en cuatro bloques que intervienen en la comprensión lectora, es así que se logró detectar la dificultad en la identificación de letras, procesos léxicos y procesos sintácticos. Las principales conclusiones, muestran que los docentes deben aplicar las estrategias que ayudan a cada niño en la lectura de un texto, trastornos en la fluidez y los procesos lectores, es así como estos factores influyen en el aprendizaje y requieren de una atención especial ya que se convierten en una habilidad que les permite adquirir conocimientos y desarrollar también sus habilidades lingüísticas.

Concluding the existing recurrence of students with special educational needs in the use of virtual classes and in addition to the various strategies used by teachers from the curricular adaptation processes themselves. The existing gaps post COVID19 continue to show distances in the teaching-learning processes according to the student's own rhythms.

Concluyéndose la recurrencia existente de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales en el uso de las clases virtuales y además de las diversas estrategias utilizadas por los docentes desde los propios procesos de adaptación curricular. Las brechas existentes post COVID19, sigue mostrando distanciamientos en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje de acuerdo a los ritmos propios del estudiante.

Principio de preclusión en el derecho procesal constitucional
Get PDFThe purpose of this article was to review the theoretical and legal foundations of the principle of preclusion, with emphasis on its application in the field of Constitutional Procedural Law, through an analysis of judgments Nos. 154-12-EP/19 and 1944-12-EP/19, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in 2019, in which two extraordinary actions for protection, which had been admitted by the judges of the previous Constitutional Court, were inadmissible for processing. In the aforementioned rulings, a sort of exception to the principle of preclusion is also established. Finally, a reform to the Organic Law on Jurisdictional Guarantees and Constitutional Control will be proposed, regarding the presentation, admission and inadmissibility of constitutional actions.

En las mencionadas sentencias, también se establece una suerte de excepción al principio de preclusión. Finalmente, se propondrá una reforma a la Ley Orgánica de Garantías Jurisdiccionales y Control Constitucional, respecto de la presentación, admisión e inadmisión de las acciones constitucionales.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article was to review the theoretical and legal foundations of the principle of preclusion, with emphasis on its application in the field of Constitutional Procedural Law, through an analysis of judgments Nos. 154-12-EP/19 and 1944-12-EP/19, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in 2019, in which two extraordinary actions for protection, which had been admitted by the judges of the previous Constitutional Court, were inadmissible for processing. In the aforementioned rulings, a sort of exception to the principle of preclusion is also established. Finally, a reform to the Organic Law on Jurisdictional Guarantees and Constitutional Control will be proposed, regarding the presentation, admission and inadmissibility of constitutional actions.

Implementación de una red wireless para el Instituto Tecnológico Superior Simón Bolívar que permita navegación controlada por rangos de tiempos

For this project, a network design has been carried out, based on a study of the geographical area in order to expand the connection to all the careers that currently operate at the Simón Bolivar Higher Technological Institute; This analysis provides coverage of the entire geographical area of the educational center, taking as priority the library, main courtyards, Classroom Blocks A, Electrical and Electronics classroom blocks. Through this project the institution will be able to enjoy a Wireless network infrastructure that allows navigation and access to the Internet at the Simón Bolívar Higher Technological Institute, when carried out, it is feasible to have greater use of the Internet connection, within the study classrooms, that allows quick access to technological platforms on the web, in order to provide better performance of our academic activities. The main focus of this project is that low-income students will have benefits by accessing the Internet through the access platform, which will be controlling the navigation of the students who connect to the network by time ranges, so that they can carry out their activities. academics. For this project, three Access Point devices were installed that were initially reviewed and analyzed since they have the specifications that are in accordance with the requirements; They were installed in strategic places, such as electronic coordination, library and rectory courtyard, for security purposes, a captive portal was used as a means of access to the network, this allows the network to be secure and reliable.

Para este proyecto se ha realizado un diseño de red, basado en un estudio del área geográfica a fin de poder expandir la conexión a todas las carreras que actualmente funcionan en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Simón Bolívar; este análisis prevé la cobertura de toda el área geográfica del centro educativo, tomando como prioridad la biblioteca, patios principales, Bloques de aula A, Bloques de aulas de Electricidad y Electrónica. A través del presente proyecto la institución podrá gozar de una infraestructura de red Wireless que permita navegación y acceso al internet en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Simón Bolívar, al realizarse, es factible tener mayor aprovechamiento de conexión a internet, dentro de las aulas de estudio, que permita ingresar de manera rápida a plataformas tecnológicas de la web, con la finalidad de brindar un mejor desempeño de nuestras actividades académicas. El mayor enfoque del presente proyecto, es que estudiantes de escasos recursos tendrán beneficios al acceder a internet mediante la plataforma de acceso, que estará controlando por rangos de tiempo la navegación de los alumnos que se conecten a la red, los mismos puedan realizar sus actividades académicas. Para este proyecto se instalaron tres equipos Access Point que fueron revisados y analizados inicialmente ya que cuentan con las especificaciones que están de acuerdo a los requerimientos; fueron instalados en lugares estratégicos, como coordinación electrónica, biblioteca y patio de rectorado, por seguridad se usó portal cautivo como medio de acceso a la red, esto permite que la red sea segura y confiable.

Mobbing y su relación con el estrés laboral en los trabajadores de la unidad de gestión educativa local de la provincia de Chumbivilcas, Cusco – 2022

The sample includes simple random probabilistic sampling, the techniques and instruments include the survey and questionnaire. Results, 71% consider that there are exaggerated comments and scoldings, 80.65 consider that they receive unfair criticism, 77.4% consider that they receive ridicule and gossip from them, 67.7% consider that they receive shouting. Conclusion: where employees present workplace harassment and at the same time it causes work stress by generating various comments of mockery, jokes, scolding, excessive work to exclude and assign work, these actions cause a negative impact on the victim.
Keywords: work stress, mobbing, workers, victim.En este estudio actual, se estableció el propósito general de analizar la relación que existe entre el mobbing y el estrés laboral en los trabajadores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de la provincia de Chumbivilcas, Cusco-2022. Cuya metodología comprende al enfoque cuantitativo, de método analítico y deductivo, de nivel de investigación explicativo, de diseño no experimental. La muestra comprende al muestreo probabilístico de tipo aleatorio simple, las técnicas e instrumentos comprenden al encuesta y cuestionario. Resultados, el 71% considera que existe comentarios exagerados y regaños, el 80,65 considera que recibe injustas críticas, el 77,4% considera que recibe burlas y chismes de su persona, el 67,7% considera que recibe gritos. Conclusión: donde los empleados presentan acoso laboral y a la vez esta ocasiona estrés laboral al generarse diversos comentarios de burlas, bromas, regaños, exceso de trabajo para excluir y asignar trabajo, estas acciones provocan un impacto negativo en la victima.
