El almacenamiento de maíz y los ingresos en la asociación agropecuaria 27 de Junio de la Parroquia La América
Get PDFFarmers face different levels of poverty, so they look for alternatives that make it possible to optimize their economic income, optimizing the productivity of corn cultivation through sustainable agronomic and post-harvest practices, giving added value to their products through drying and processing of corn, with the purpose of obtaining high quality grain and, in an associative manner, improving marketing channels to clients who offer higher prices and a fair weight. Corn farmers manage post-harvest activity poorly (they store in barns, sheds, jute bags) which cause losses between 10 and 15% of the stored grain due to damage caused by rodents, weevils, and fungi. To avoid losses and quality, it must be preserved as much as possible and it is necessary to have appropriate methods and technologies. Given this reality, it is necessary to increase corn productivity by reducing post-harvest losses to improve the family income of producers, requiring the identification of alternatives to increase their economic income, with the implementation of storage alternatives that allow grains to be preserved for a long time and prevent the attack of various Furthermore, if the grains have been dried properly (less than 14% humidity), pests play an important role, ensuring family nutrition, also so that farmers can regularize the marketing of their corn surpluses and have access to markets in favorable moments. It is proposed to consider the methods: scientific, descriptive, exploratory, analytical and bibliographic for the research.

Los agricultores maiceros manejan la actividad de poscosecha en forma deficiente (almacenan en trojes, galpones, sacos de yute) que originan pérdidas entre el 10 y 15 % del grano almacenado debido a los daños que causan los roedores, gorgojos, hongos. Para evitar las pérdidas y la calidad, se debe conservar al máximo siendo necesario disponer de métodos y tecnologías adecuadas. Ante esta realidad es necesario incrementar la productividad de maíz reduciendo las pérdidas poscosecha para mejorar los ingresos familiares de productores requiriendo identificar alternativas para aumentar sus ingresos económicos, con la implementación de alternativas de almacenamiento que permita conservar granos por largo tiempo e impida el ataque de diversas plagas, además, si los granos han sido secados de forma adecuada (menor 14% de humedad) cumplan una función importante, asegurando la alimentación familiar, también para que los agricultores puedan regularizar la comercialización de sus excedentes del maíz y tener acceso a mercados en momentos favorables. Se plantea considerar los métodos: científico, descriptivo, exploratorio, analítico y bibliográfico para la investigación.

Machalilla National Park faces challenges such as pollution, deforestation, land conversion and climate change, which threaten its integrity and long-term sustainability. Air, water, and soil pollution is caused by nearby human activities such as industry and intensive agriculture, as well as tourism, posing a threat to the health of ecosystems. Tourism can be beneficial to the local economy, but it also creates negative impacts on the degradation of natural resources and the disturbance of wildlife. In addition, climate change, with rising temperatures, changes in precipitation patterns, and rising sea levels, threatens the landscapes and living conditions of the park's species. To meet these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen the management and protection of this protected area, implementing conservation policies, increasing surveillance, and adopting measures to combat illegal activity within the park. It is also important to promote sustainable practices in tourism and take action to mitigate and adapt to climate change. From government authorities to local communities and visitors, it is critical that they consider preserving this important natural and cultural heritage for future generations.

La gestión del ambiente se refiere a la administración responsable y sostenible de los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente en general. La protección, conservación y uso racional de los recursos naturales, así como la minimización de los impactos ambientales negativos de las actividades humanas. El Parque Nacional Machalilla enfrenta desafíos como la contaminación, deforestación, conversión de tierras y el cambio climático, que amenazan su integridad y sostenibilidad a largo plazo. La contaminación del aire, agua y suelo, es causada por actividades humanas cercanas como la industria y la agricultura intensiva, así como el turismo, representan una amenaza para la salud de los ecosistemas. El turismo pude ser beneficioso para la economía local, pero de la misma manera este crea impactos negativos en la degradación de los recursos naturales y la perturbación de la vida silvestre. Además, el cambio climático, con el aumento de temperaturas, cambios en los patrones de precipitación y aumento del nivel del mar, amenaza los paisajes y las condiciones de vida de las especies del parque. Para enfrentar estos desafíos, es necesario fortalecer la gestión y protección de esta área protegida, implementando políticas de conservación, aumentando la vigilancia y adoptando medidas para combatir la actividad ilegal dentro del parque. También es importante promover prácticas sostenibles en el turismo y tomar acciones para mitigar e adaptarse al cambio climático. Desde las autoridades gubernamentales hasta las comunidades locales y visitantes, es fundamental que tomen en cuenta preservar este importante patrimonio natural y cultural para las generaciones futuras.

Gestión estratégica del talento humano: Pilar fundamental en las instituciones de salud en Ambato, Ecuador

This study aimed to analyze the importance of strategic talent management in health institutions in Ambato, Ecuador. Using a document analysis methodology, reports, records, and human resource management policies from various health organizations in the region were reviewed. The findings showed that effective strategic management of human resources is for improving efficiency, quality, and outcomes in the health sector. Institutions that adopted strategic approaches in managing their human talent demonstrated better performance indicators, higher patient satisfaction, and greater staff well-being. In conclusion, to face current and future challenges in the health sector in Ambato, it is essential to implement and strengthen strategic management practices in human resources. These results highlight the need for strategic direction that promotes continuous training, innovation, and talent retention, fundamental elements for the success and sustainability of health institutions in the region.

Resumen
El presente estudio se propuso analizar la importancia de la gestión estratégica del talento humano en las instituciones de salud en Ambato, Ecuador. A través de una metodología de análisis documental, se revisaron informes, registros y políticas de gestión de recursos humanos de diversas organizaciones sanitarias en la región. Los hallazgos mostraron que una gestión estratégica efectiva de los recursos humanos es clave para mejorar la eficiencia, la calidad y los resultados en el sector salud. Las instituciones que implementaron enfoques estratégicos en la gestión de su talento humano presentaron mejores indicadores de desempeño, mayor satisfacción de los pacientes y un mayor bienestar del personal. En conclusión, para afrontar los desafíos actuales y futuros en el sector salud de Ambato, es esencial implementar y fortalecer prácticas de gestión estratégica en recursos humanos. Estos resultados subrayan la necesidad de una dirección estratégica que promueva la formación continua, la innovación y la retención del talento, elementos fundamentales para el éxito y sostenibilidad de las instituciones de salud en la región.

It analyses how AI has transformed learning personalisation, allowing teachers to tailor content and strategies to individual student needs. It also discusses the implications of AI for personalised tutoring, assessment of academic performance and adaptive learning environments. Despite its benefits, the implementation of AI also presents significant challenges, such as data protection, equity in access to technology and the potential dehumanisation of the educational process. Furthermore, the importance of developing transparent algorithms that allow for greater understanding and trust in AI systems is highlighted. The review also addresses ethical issues related to the potential marginalisation of students due to the digital divide and the transformation of the role of the teacher. The article concludes that while AI has enormous potential to improve higher education, it is essential to address ethical and social challenges to ensure its effective and fair implementation.

Se analiza cómo la IA ha transformado la personalización del aprendizaje, permitiendo a los docentes adaptar el contenido y las estrategias a las necesidades individuales de los estudiantes. Asimismo, se discuten las implicaciones de la IA en la tutoría personalizada, la evaluación del rendimiento académico y los entornos de aprendizaje adaptativo. A pesar de sus beneficios, la implementación de la IA también presenta desafíos significativos, como la protección de datos, la equidad en el acceso a la tecnología y la posible deshumanización del proceso educativo. Además, se destaca la importancia de desarrollar algoritmos transparentes que permitan una mayor comprensión y confianza en los sistemas de IA. La revisión también aborda las cuestiones éticas relacionadas con la posible marginación de estudiantes debido a la brecha digital y la transformación del rol del docente. El artículo concluye que, si bien la IA tiene un enorme potencial para mejorar la educación superior, es esencial abordar los desafíos éticos y sociales para garantizar su implementación efectiva y justa.

Acreditación de la mecánica dental: El paso de ser una actividad artesanal para tener reconocimiento de carrera tecnológica
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to analyze the evolutionary process of dental mechanics, from its beginnings as an artisanal craft to its consolidation as an accredited technological career, highlighting the significance of this change for its professional recognition and relevance. Specifically, the research seeks to understand the historical trajectory that enabled dental mechanics to transition from an artisanal activity to a technical career recognized by the higher education system, as well as to assess employers' perceptions of the generic and professional competencies of graduates. The research is based on a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews with key informants who provided detailed information about the accreditation process and the recognition of dental mechanics as a technical profession. Additionally, the study examines the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats (SWOT) present in the current academic training, offering a comprehensive view of the opportunities and challenges the profession faces. This analysis also includes an evaluation of employers' expectations regarding the professional profile of graduates, providing a complete overview of the competencies demanded in the labor market. Finally, the research results offer valuable insights into the evolution and recognition of dental mechanics as a technological career, providing key data for the continuous development and improvement of education and professional practice in this field.

De manera específica, se busca comprender la trayectoria histórica que permitió la transición de la mecánica dental de una actividad artesanal a una carrera técnica reconocida por el sistema de educación superior, así como evaluar la percepción de los empleadores sobre las competencias genéricas y profesionales de los egresados. La investigación se basa en un enfoque cualitativo, utilizando entrevistas a informantes clave que aportaron información detallada sobre el proceso de acreditación y el reconocimiento de la mecánica dental como una profesión técnica. Además, se analizan las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas (FODA) presentes en la formación académica actual, proporcionando una visión integral de las oportunidades y retos que enfrenta la profesión. Este análisis también incorpora la evaluación de las expectativas de los empleadores en relación con el perfil profesional de los graduados, ofreciendo un panorama completo de las competencias demandadas en el mercado laboral. Finalmente, los resultados de la investigación aportan una perspectiva valiosa sobre la evolución y el reconocimiento de la mecánica dental como una carrera tecnológica, brindando datos clave para el desarrollo y mejora continua de la educación y la práctica profesional en este campo.

Acto jurídico nulo y su plazo de prescripción extintiva como afectación al derecho de tutela jurisdiccional efectiva
Get PDFObjective: Its purpose is to explain how the null legal act and its extinctive prescription term affects the right of effective jurisdictional protection. Methods: by its nature it is within the qualitative paradigm, the method that was used are the legal dogmatic, scientific, analytical and inductive, because the doctrinal analysis was carried out regarding the legal act, the claim of nullity of the legal act, and the extinctive prescription and imprescriptibility, which allowed us to obtain a complete vision. Results: as a result, a bill to repeal the pertinent part of the first paragraph of article 2001 of the Civil Code is proposed, and article 201-A is added at the end that regulates that the nullity of the legal act prescribes after ten years. Conclusions: this scientific article intends to highlight the process of constitution of null legal acts, the extinctive prescription as an affectation to the right of effective jurisdictional protection and the bill of repeal and/or modification of the first paragraph of article 2001 of the Civil Code.

Métodos: por su naturaleza se encuentra dentro del paradigma cualitativo, se utilizó el método dogmático jurídico, científico, analítico e inductivo, porque se realizó el análisis doctrinal referente al acto jurídico, a la pretensión de nulidad de acto jurídico, y a la prescripción extintiva e imprescriptibilidad, las cuales nos permitieron obtener una visión completa. Resultados: como resultado se, propone un proyecto de ley de derogatoria de la parte pertinente del inciso primero del artículo 2001 del Código Civil, y se agregue el artículo 201-A en el extremo que regula que la nulidad del acto jurídico prescribe a los diez años. Conclusiones: el presente artículo científico pretende remarcar sobre el proceso de constitución de actos jurídicos nulos, la prescripción extintiva como afectación al derecho de tutela jurisdiccional efectiva y el proyecto de ley de derogatoria y/o modificatoria del inciso primero del artículo 2001 del Código Civil.

Methods: by its nature it is within the qualitative paradigm, the method that was used are the legal dogmatic, scientific, analytical and inductive, because the doctrinal analysis was carried out regarding the legal act, the claim of nullity of the legal act, and the extinctive prescription and imprescriptibility, which allowed us to obtain a complete vision. Results: as a result, a bill to repeal the pertinent part of the first paragraph of article 2001 of the Civil Code is proposed, and article 201-A is added at the end that regulates that the nullity of the legal act prescribes after ten years. Conclusions: this scientific article intends to highlight the process of constitution of null legal acts, the extinctive prescription as an affectation to the right of effective jurisdictional protection and the bill of repeal and/or modification of the first paragraph of article 2001 of the Civil Code.

Through the universal declaration of Human Rights, the first steps were taken in terms of regulating the guarantees that must be maintained for every human being belonging to any country; however, each nation had to conceive its own legislation in depending on their own characteristics and needs, such as guaranteeing due process to each citizen. The objective of this research lies mainly in knowing what refers to the legal implications that derive from the enjoyment of due process, such as respect for the human rights contemplated in the constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. All this using a documentary bibliographic methodology in which a search was carried out on the web of the main databases such as Dialnet, Scielo, among others. The main result highlights the fact that although the right to due process is fundamental and must be guaranteed, it still presents ambiguity in its application, as well as it is a right that is violated on multiple occasions, which demonstrates weakness in the system. national legal.

Por medio de la declaración universal de los Derechos Humanos, se logró dar los primeros pasos en cuanto a la regulación de las garantías que se deben mantener a todo ser humano que pertenezca a cualquier país, sin embargo, cada nación debió concebir su propia legislación en función de sus propias características y necesidades, como por ejemplo el garantizar el debido proceso a cada ciudadano. El objetivo de esta investigación radica principalmente en conocer lo referido a las implicancias jurídicas que derivan del goce del debido proceso, como respeto a los derechos humanos contemplado en la constitución de la republica de ecuador. Todo ello mediante una metodología de tipo bibliográfica documental en la cual se realizó una búsqueda en la web de las principales bases de datos como Dialnet, Scielo, entre otras. como resultado principal destaca el hecho de que a pesar que el derecho al debido proceso es fundamental y se debe garantizar, aun presenta ambigüedad en su aplicación, así como también es un derecho que se vulnera en múltiples ocasiones, lo que demuestra debilidad en el sistema jurídico nacional.

Los procesos lectores en la educación básica ecuatoriana. Una revisión sistemática
Get PDFThe study aims to analyze reading processes in Ecuadorian basic education from a bibliographic review. A systematic review. The initial search for information was used as a methodological overview, using keywords and different databases such as Google academic, Dialnet and Scielo, considering 88 articles related to the topic, of which 18 in Spanish and 2 in English were selected. However, it was necessary to apply inclusion criteria such as: studies on reading or reading processes, studies published in Spanish, studies published between 2018 and 2024. For exclusion, the following criteria were taken into account: studies focused on higher education, Duplicate studies, studies in languages other than Spanish. The Results reflect a significant contribution in the use of reading processes from a semantic, lexical, verbal and perceptual point of view, showing significant progress. Concluding that with the use of strategies from the This includes perceptual, lexical, syntactic and semantic aspects, which contribute significantly to the learning of reading.

Una revisión sistemática. Se utilizó como recorrido metodológico la búsqueda inicial de la información se utilizó las palabras clave y diferentes bases de datos como Google académico, Dialnet y Scielo, considerando 88 artículos relacionados al tema, de los cuales se seleccionaron 18 en español y 2 en inglés. Sin embargo, fue preciso aplicar criterios de inclusión como: estudios sobre la lectura o los procesos lectores, estudios publicados en español, estudios publicados entre 2018 y 2024. Para la exclusión se tomaron en cuenta los siguientes discernimientos: estudios centrados en la educación superior, estudios duplicados, estudios en otros idiomas que no sean español. Los Resultados reflejan un aporte significativo en el uso de los procesos lectores desde el punto de vista semántico, lexical, verbal y perceptivo, evidenciándose avances significativos.
