Recursos gastronómicos de la parroquia Membrillal. Identificación dentro de la cultura local y provincial
Get PDFGastronomy is always a fundamental pillar for the recognition of a place; each place has its own characteristics where a tourist can identify either by its culture, reñigion, tradition or by what its inhabitants offer; this article is based on the linkage project: “Organization of the Territory based on Resources and Tourist Services, phase V” from which gastronomy is extracted as a resource of local identity, in this case of the parish Membrillal belonging to the canton Jipijapa; the article was guided by the following objective: To disseminate and promote the gastronomic resources of the Membrillal Parish; the methodology used was the descriptive, field and bibliographic that allowed access to data through the observation technique that allowed the identification of the gastronomic resources found in the mentioned parish; in the results it can be recognized that although certain resources are maintained others tend to disappear or be left aside for various motivations; The research gave conclusions that more research should be done regarding the gastronomic identity so that this is an attraction that should last over time; also the research is a door so that from the community, informative data can be established to enrich the canton in terms of tourist reference for local and foreign inhabitants or tourists.
Keywords: Diffusion, gastronomy, local identity, tourist resources.La gastronomía siempre es un pilar fundamental para el reconocimiento de un lugar; cada lugar tiene características propias en donde un turista puede identificar sea por su cultura, religión, tradición o por lo que sus habitantes ofrecen; el presente artículo está basado en el proyecto de vinculación: “Organización del Territorio en base a Recursos y Prestaciones Turísticas, fase V” del cual se extrae la gastronomía como recurso de identidad local, en este caso de la parroquia Membrillal perteneciente al cantón Jipijapa; el artículo se guió por el siguiente objetivo: Difundir y promocionar los recursos gastronómicos de la Parroquia Membrillal; la metodología que se usó fue el descriptivo, de campo y bibliográfico que permitió acceder a datos mediante la técnica de observación que permitió la identificación de los recursos gastronómicos que se encuentran en la parroquia mencionada; en los resultados se puede reconocer que aunque se mantienen ciertos recursos tienden otros a desaparecer o dejar de lado por diversas motivaciones; la investigación dió conclusiones de que se debería realizarse más investigaciones en lo referente a a identidad gastronómica para que este sea un atractivo que debe perdurar con el paso del tiempo; también la investigación es una puerta para que desde la comunidad se establezca datos informativos que permitan enriquecer al cantón en cuanto a referencia turísticas para los habitantes locales y foráneos o turistas.

Análisis crítico del discurso sobre femicidio y violencia machista en el marco de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación
Get PDFThis article aims to analyze the crime of femicide and sexist violence from a legal and communicational perspective. Through the methodological approach of Critical Discourse Analysis, it examines how journalistic narratives in El Diario of Manabí reproduce forms of domination and gender violence. This analysis is complemented by a legal approach based on Ecuador's Comprehensive Organic Penal Code (COIP) and the Organic Law of Communication, exploring how both laws influence the media representation of femicide. By studying 65 editions of El Diario, using descriptive and explanatory matrices, aspects such as sources, evidence, implications, and discursive structures are analyzed. The research reveals how media discourses reinforce gender stereotypes and underscores the need for stricter enforcement of legal regulations to counteract violence against women.

Mediante el enfoque metodológico del Análisis Crítico del Discurso, se examina cómo las narrativas periodísticas de El Diario de Manabí reproducen formas de dominación y violencia de género. Este análisis se complementa con un enfoque jurídico basado en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal (COIP) del Ecuador y la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación, explorando cómo ambas normativas influyen en la representación mediática del feminicidio. A través del estudio de 65 ediciones de El Diario, utilizando matrices descriptivas y explicativas, se analizan aspectos como las fuentes, evidencias, implicaciones y estructuras discursivas. La investigación revela cómo los discursos mediáticos refuerzan estereotipos de género y destaca la necesidad de una aplicación más rigurosa de las normativas jurídicas para contrarrestar la violencia contra la mujer.

Get PDFThe research, using a descriptive, correlational and explanatory method, examines the impact of the credit portfolio and investments in securities on the profitability and financial stability of 10 active banking institutions in Ecuador with the highest intermediation margin, during the years 2012-2022, using public financial reports and banking statistics. It highlights the need to balance the credit portfolio and investments in securities to optimize financial performance, achieve effective credit risk management and diversification of income sources. In this context, capital adequacy and the strengthening of the regulatory framework are fundamental to boost the performance of the Ecuadorian banking market. The importance of enacting legislation that promotes financial inclusion is highlighted. These findings reveal the complexity of the banking sector and the importance of considering various factors to improve the profitability and financial stability of banking institutions in the country.

Se resalta la importancia de promulgar legislaciones que promuevan la inclusión financiera. Estos hallazgos revelan la complejidad del sector bancario y la importancia de considerar diversos factores para mejorar la rentabilidad y estabilidad financiera de las entidades bancarias en el país.

From a theoretical perspective, the article explores how concepts such as persuasion theory and public policy cycle theory can provide a framework for understanding how political marketing can influence public opinion and mobilize support around development initiatives. social. In practice, various applications of political marketing in promoting social development stand out. For example, electorate segmentation allows political leaders to identify and address the specific needs of different demographic groups, adapting their messages and proposals accordingly. Desarrollo de competencias genéricas en estudiantes universitarios. Revisión sistemática

The objective of the systematic review is to analyze the existing literature on the development of generic competencies in university students, identifying the most common methodologies, approaches, and results to promote these competencies. It was decided to carry out a systematic review to enhance our accessibility to information, based on the guidelines of the PRISMA protocol (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta- Analyses). The findings revealed that the most valued generic competencies include effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. However, several challenges were found that students face, such as a lack of resources, resistance to change in traditional methodologies, and limited collaboration between educational institutions. The development of generic competencies is essential to prepare future educators in an environment that works in constant change. The article recommends the adoption of innovative and collaborative approaches in educational institutions and suggests the implementation of training programs for both students and teachers. This could promote a more comprehensive and adaptive education that better responds to the needs of the 21st century.

Resumen
El objetivo de la revisión sistemática es analizar la literatura existente sobre el desarrollo de competencias genéricas en estudiantes universitarios, identificando las metodologías, enfoques y resultados más comunes para promover dichas competencias. Se optó por llevar a cabo una revisión sistemática para potenciar nuestra accesibilidad a la información, basándonos en las directrices del protocolo PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta- Analyses). Los hallazgos revelaron que las competencias genéricas más valoradas incluyen la comunicación efectiva, el trabajo en equipo y la resolución de problemas. Sin embargo, se encontraron varios desafíos que enfrentan los estudiantes, tales como la falta de recursos, la resistencia al cambio en metodologías tradicionales y la limitada colaboración entre instituciones educativas- El desarrollo de competencias genéricas es esencial para preparar a los futuros educadores en un entorno laboral en constante cambio. El artículo recomienda la adopción de enfoques innovadores y colaborativos en las instituciones educativas, y sugiere la implementación de programas de formación tanto para estudiantes como para docentes. Esto podría promover una educación más integral y adaptativa que responda mejor a las necesidades del siglo XXI.

First, it analyzes how family policies in Ecuador, including economic, health and education measures, contribute to social cohesion by reducing poverty and promoting gender equality. Programs such as the Human Development Bonus (BDH) and the Free Motherhood and Child Care Law are highlighted as key instruments in this process. Secondly, children's rights are explored in the Ecuadorian context, highlighting the importance of education and health as fundamental pillars for the comprehensive development of children and, therefore, for family well-being. The robust legal framework, based on the 2008 Constitution and the Children and Adolescents Code, ensures the protection of these rights. The review concludes that the effective implementation of family policies and the protection of children's rights are essential for the social development of Ecuador, as they foster a more inclusive and equitable environment, strengthening both families and social cohesion in general.

Keywords: Computational thinking, Digital competence, Scratch, Virtual tool, Educational platform.El pensamiento computacional y la competencia digital en los últimos años han revolucionado la academia mediante el software Scratch en el nivel de educación secundaria, razón por la cual el objetivo de estudio es verificar el desarrollo del pensamiento computacional y criterio de formación del mismo ente educando de séptimo año de educación general básica y docentes del mismo nivel, con sustento en las dimensiones del pensamiento computacional entre las cuales se refirió a: detección de errores, uso de instrucciones, operadores, reúso, identificación de patrones, abstracción y funcionamiento, secuencia, variables, para lo cual se empleó un paradigma pragmático de investigación de enfoque mixto, en la parte cuantitativa se empleó un cuasiexperimento con la aplicabilidad de un pretest y un postest con apoyo documental y de nivel explicativo, los resultados muestran de que existe una diferencia significativa en el desarrollo del pensamiento computacional entre los educandos que utilizan la aplicación Scratch dentro del proceso enseñanza y aprendizaje. Es por esto, que es necesario incorporar Scratch u otro tipo de software por bloques dentro del proceso educativo para desarrollar este tipo de pensamiento.

El entorno familiar y el rendimiento académico
Get PDFAcademic performance, a crucial indicator of educational quality, remains a topic of great relevance today. This parameter not only allows evaluating the level of learning of the students, but also works as a thermometer of the educational system as a whole, including the teaching work and the family environment. The objective is to analyze the family environment and the academic performance of the students. sixth year EGB students from the ¬Tres de November Educational Unit of the city of Cuenca in the period 2023-20224. From the methodological point of view, a quantitative approach was used, in addition, the descriptive statistical method was used, the research sample is the population of 41 students, 20 female, 21 male, are between the ages of 10 and 11 years. In conclusion, the limited participation of parents in their children's lives, evidenced by the lack of time dedicated to them, the little communication about the difficulties they face, generates a conflictive environment at home that directly affects the academic performance of the children the students.

Este parámetro no solo permite evaluar el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, sino que también funciona como un termómetro del sistema educativo en su conjunto, incluyendo la labor docente y el entorno familiar, El objetivo es analizar el entorno familiar y el rendimiento académico de los alumnos de sexto año de EGB de la Unidad Educativa ¬Tres de Noviembre de la ciudad de Cuenca en el periodo 2023-20224. Desde el punto de vista metodológico se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, además, se utilizó el método estadístico descriptivo, la muestra de la investigación es la población de 41 estudiantes 20 de género femenino, 21 de género masculino, están entre las edades 10 y 11 años. En conclusión, la escasa participación de los padres en la vida de sus hijos, evidenciada por la falta de tiempo dedicado a ellos, la poca comunicación sobre las dificultades que estos enfrentan, genera un ambiente conflictivo en el hogar que afecta directamente el rendimiento académico de los alumnos.

From the methodological point of view, a quantitative approach was used, in addition, the descriptive statistical method was used, the research sample is the population of 41 students, 20 female, 21 male, are between the ages of 10 and 11 years. In conclusion, the limited participation of parents in their children's lives, evidenced by the lack of time dedicated to them, the little communication about the difficulties they face, generates a conflictive environment at home that directly affects the academic performance of the children the students.

La andragogía y las estrategias metodológicas en el aprendizaje de la contabilidad. Una revisión sistemática
Get PDFA systematic review of the literature was carried out from 2020 to 2024, with relevant scientific articles in various databases with indexed journals such as Scielo, Dialnet, Latindex, and Web of Science. Of the 50 previous articles consulted with open access, 30 were accepted as a sample and based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 25 for analysis. The articles that form the basis of the study have been taken up at the university level. The objective was to review the literature on the subject of andragogy, methodological strategies in learning and their application in the teaching of accounting. The results show few up-to-date andragogical studies, as well as andragogical methodological strategies for the training of accounting professionals. The contribution of this review lies in the revelation of the insufficiency of scientific articles referring to the constructs considered in this analysis and in the importance of increasing epistemologies in andragogical methodological strategies at a global level.

De 50 artículos previos consultados con acceso abierto, se aceptaron 30 como muestra y con base en criterios de inclusión y exclusión, utilizando el protocolo PRISMA, resultando 25 para su análisis. Los artículos que conforman la base de estudio, han sido tomados a nivel universitario. El objetivo fue revisar la literatura sobre el tema de la Andragogía, estrategias metodológicas en el aprendizaje y su aplicación en la enseñanza de la contabilidad. Los resultados evidencian pocos estudios andragógicos actualizados, así como en estrategias metodológicas andragógicas para la formación de profesionales en contabilidad. El aporte de esta revisión se encuentra en el desvelo de la insuficiencia de artículos científicos referidos a los constructos considerados en este análisis y en la importancia que tiene incrementar epistemologías en estrategias metodológicas andragógicas a nivel global.

La interculturalidad: Una mirada desde las investigaciones del 2019 hasta la actualidad
Get PDFThe literature review shows the main publications that define the state of the art of interculturality from 2019 to 2023 and the most outstanding aspects from different disciplinary fields, allowing us to identify what has been researched about interculturality in Latin America, with emphasis on Ecuador to date. The selection process of the studies was carried out based on the PRISMA methodology, supported by academic search engines such as Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Science and Google Scholar, proposing inclusion criteria and finding exclusión.se as a coincidental feature that the concurrence of cultures is not necessarily intercultural. The concept of interculturality goes beyond the elementary contact between peoples and is presented as the ethical and epistemological position of the way in which difference is managed. The meeting of cultures becomes a cultural phenomenon if, in one way or another, there is acceptance and a common project. Interculturality is the communication and interaction between people and groups with a specific cultural identity, in which the ideas and actions of one cultural group cannot be superior to those of others, always creating conditions for dialogue, agreement and, therefore, integration and coexistence. It is concluded that the current intercultural context in various disciplines studied poses important challenges but also advances and opportunities to promote cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue. Reflecting on interculturality, described and analyzed by the different authors consulted, with their contributions it is evident that the work is continuous from a vision of dialogue and encounter of cultures, building knowledge and seeking the equality of conditions that have been denied for decades to citizens who safeguard their worldviews from their communities of origin.
Keywords: Interculturality, recent research, literature review, interculturality in various disciplines.La revisión bibliográfica muestra las principales publicaciones que definen el estado de la cuestión de la interculturalidad desde el 2019 al 2023 y los aspectos más resaltantes desde diferentes ámbitos disciplinarios, permitiendo identificar lo investigado acerca de la interculturalidad en Latinoamérica, con énfasis en Ecuador hasta la fecha. El proceso de selección de los estudios se realizó con base en la metodología PRISMA, apoyándose en buscadores académicos como Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, Science y Google Académico, planteando criterios de inclusión y exclusión.se encontró como rasgo coincidente que la concurrencia de culturas no es necesariamente intercultural. El concepto de interculturalidad va más allá del elemental contacto entre los pueblos y se presenta como la posición ética y epistemológica de la forma en que se decide gestionar la diferencia. El encuentro de culturas se convierte en un fenómeno cultural si, de una forma u otra, hay aceptación y un proyecto común. La interculturalidad es la comunicación e interacción entre personas y grupos con una identidad cultural específica, en la que las ideas y acciones de un grupo cultural no pueden ser superiores a las de otros, creando siempre condiciones para el diálogo, el acuerdo y, por tanto, la integración y la convivencia. Se concluye que, el actual contexto intercultural en diversas disciplinas estudiadas plantea importantes desafíos pero también avances y oportunidades para promover la diversidad cultural y el diálogo intercultural. Reflexionando sobre la interculturalidad, descrita y analizada por los diferentes autores consultados, con sus aportes se evidencia que es contínuo el trabajo desde una visión de diálogo y encuentro de culturas, construyendo conocimientos y buscando la igualdad de condiciones que han sido negadas durante décadas a los ciudadanos que resguardan sus cosmovisiones desde sus comunidades de origen.
