Social Media and Big Data – Their Potential Impacts to Sport Event Sponsorship
Sponsorship for mega sports events has increasingly played a critical role to achieve financial benefits in return for business in the past few decades. Not until recent Olympics: 2012 London Olympics in the UK and 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil, started the sponsorship for mega sports events experiencing more vibration in business due to intervention of social media and big data in relevance to the sponsored event. Clearly, nowadays, an important element in mega-events planning is the advent of social media and its impact. The purpose of this manuscript was to examine social media and big data relevant to Olympic events and attempted to develop a comprehensive model to interpret the impacts of social media upon mega sports events. Rio Olympic 2016 along with other mega-events were selected as case studies. The result indicated that social media and big data on the event are primarily descriptive, however, impacts created from social media and big data on the event could be on various levels. Sponsors are recommended to implement a relationship marketing approach to deal with the dynamics of the event market in order to address the influence of social media and big data
Comparison study of two different varieties of pea (Pisumsativum) crop under different quality of water
Agricultural practices are highly dependent on irrigation while the sustainability of agriculture is directly related to the quality of irrigation water. Industrial wastewater effluents used for agricultural practices due to decrease of water supplies in agroecosystems but unpromising effects on plants physical and chemical properties have been reported. Experiment was carried out to study the effect of textile industry effluent via measuring its different physicochemical properties along with trace heavy metals and also in order to assess its quality to be used being an alternate source of irrigation. The experiment was comprised of three treatments (T1= Canal water, T2= Treated water, T3 = Untreated water). The effects of irrigation water quality on two pea (Pisumsativum) crop varieties (Mateur and Pea09) yield were also significant. T3 produced the highest yield on Pea09 variety followed by T2 and T1 which produced the lowest yield as compared to Mateur variety, respectively. As the evaluated results, it can be used to develop future scenarios for optimization of the industrial treated wastewater for agriculture
Seismic potential and neotectonic studies at Karachi, Gadap and Hub areas, southern Kirthar Fold Belt, Pakistan
The dream of accurate and reliable earthquake prediction has not yet come true; however, state-of-the-art knowledge enables humanity to at least recognize earthquake-prone areas. In this regard, neotectonic studies have been conducted in the Karachi, Gadap, and Hub areas to locate earthquake environmental effects (EEE) and to assess the seismic potential. Possible active faults manifestation were studied in the recent sediments to understand the intensity of seismic activity. Southern Pakistan has experienced some major and strong earthquakes in the past such as the Makran-1945, Anjar-1956, Bhuj-2001, and Awaran-2013 with magnitude 7.0 – 7.7Mw. However, only ground shaking was observed in the southern inner part of the Karachi Arc area and no EEEs such as neotectonic deformation features, surface ruptures, and liquefaction were observed during the major and strong earthquakes caused by the distant seismogenic sources. The lithological studies of the Quaternary sediments exposed in the Karachi, Gadap, and Hub areas have not revealed the existence of any distortion, offset in the sedimentary strata, paleo-liquefaction, and fault propagation. It indicates the absence of seismogenic sources and no strong or major earthquakes have been occurring in this area in the Quaternary time except a few minor to light (magnitude: 3-4.9Mw) crustal-scale earthquakes
Postharvest Assessment of Rice Production in Las Navas Northern Samar Philippines
The study conducted to determine the rice harvest for the 2011-2012 agricultural season, harvest contribution to the food availability of the households until the next harvest, identified the main constraints facing by the farmers during the season, and assess mitigating factors to overcome constraints. The survey revealed that 59% of farmers were land tenants while 20% of farmers indicated they were landowners of the land they cultivated and 21% of farmers were landless. The average production per hectare was 20.71 bags. The main factors that have contributed to very low production were the attack from pests and diseases (84%), inadequate farming technique were farmers still applying traditional farming system (trampling) due to lack of appropriate training, lack of capital to pay for proper plugging and irrigation, crop maintenance and fertilization. Farmers' own produced food lasted only an average of 5.86 months. Another source of food was like the purchase of it on local market or store (71%), rely on food casual labor or daily works (49%), taking debts from relatives (37%), selling of livestock to buy food (15%), relying on the gift (9%) and consume seeds stocks (9%) will be among the strategies to allow farmers to live up to the next harvest

In this paper, the research on hybrid wireless pressure sensor (HWPS) concept on 2D wireless real-time application is welcome. Thismethod emphasisedand address the anomalies problems, attenuation problems on pressure sensor signal and the Loss time response problemsacquired during signal transmission of above 100meters that resulted to erraticraw data parameter display on the real-time software programand wrong pressure reading problem acquired along the process. This method generates signals from the Wi-Fi connect antenna embedded on the sensor and the wireless real-time device sends a corresponding I.P Address that matches the communicating sensor. The experimental simulation result was performed on HMI real-time software with Orion application, Laptop with 2.30GHz processor, 111GB Hard disk, 2.00GB Memory, Wireless pressure sensor with an embedded antenna, and Software dongle analyzer
Effect of Intestinal Microbiota on Brain Activity: ANN Analysis of Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Modern biotope genomics has been able to determine the characteristics of each individual. The intestinal microbiota has a direct effect on the brain and behavioral activity of the individual. Any change in it modifies the mechanisms of emotional signaling, behavioral and visceral nociceptive reflexes. The resulting signaling mechanisms of the gut microbiota and probiotics including variations in microbiota production influence brain activity. Studies on rodents with reported vagal signaling in response to intestinal and probiotic pathogens. Diet, genetic factors, environmental factors may play a role in these alterations. The result is that is proven by functional brain imaging. The resulting effect of this interaction can be recorded in specific areas in the brain using functional magnetic resonance imaging. Depending on different biotopes in different people, levels of stress or relaxation are recorded. The analysis of these variations allows having an idea of the effect carried by each alteration in biotope and drugs administered to soothe stress for example. However, these effects are far from accurate. Human physiology is much more complex to draw hasty conclusions. If the effect is much more pronounced in women is that they are more emotional, sex is a factor to consider. In this study, we propose an intelligent system for analyzing these variables. The analysis of the MRI image is very complex due to it is a question of defining the exact contours of the activated brain zones. Given the complexity of the system, an artificial neural network analysis with deep learning is proposed. The constructed system is supervised learning. Input variables are (Biotope classification, genetic factor, diet factor, sex) and an output variable that expresses the degree of effect on activation of brain areas in relation to the centers of emotions recorded in functional fMRI. The established algorithm randomly introduces values to the input factors of the system to read predict the emotional effect on the individual
Economic Security Assessment in Palapag Northern Samar Philippines
This study was conducted to assess the economic security of Palapag in terms of food production, food consumption, livelihood, income, and living conditions of the municipality of Palapag, Northern Samar, Philippines. Analyze the extent of disaster response provided by the government, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), International Non-Government Organizations (INGO), and concerned groups and individuals to the affected population and how people cope with crises using their local assets or resources after the disaster. Families sometimes received food assistance (26 kg rice and canned goods) from the local government and other concerned NGOs & INGOs good for a few days. There were families who are members of Cash transfer (a government program) who receive cash grants to improve the health, nutrition, and education of children. This will also augment the expenses of the family for the food, health, and education of their children. The family copes with the food shortage of food by reducing the number of meals per day, replacing rice with root crops and vegetables. Borrowing of money from small sari-sari shops in supporting their household (HH). Taking children out of school and rather obliged or forced to help the family to earn income in the form of labor. Selling of productive assets like land or livestock in case of emergencies related to health, education, and death. Migration by both men and women to big cities for applying as domestic, construction, and factory worker

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied: the Role of Justice in Pakistani Society, an Overview
The present study aims to present an overview of the role of justice in Pakistani society. Any society whether the family, the community, a nation or the world, benefits from having justice as a prevailing virtue. Such a society is dedicated to the notion that all of its members should benefit, and no one person or group should have a greater benefit or rights than another. Conversely, no person or group should be denied similar benefits to those that another group enjoys. Justice means punishing actions or words that are wrong and upholding things that are good. This helps ensure that wrongs will be ended and rights will be upheld thereby leading to a safer society for everyone. It is important to remember that justice is directly influenced by the ethics and values of each culture. This study highlights the basic flaws of the Pakistani justice system and gives suggestions to reform the justice system of Pakistan
