    Uncertainty After Graduation: A Deep Dive into The Present Scenario of Graduate Unemployment Problem in Bangladesh.

    Youth are considered to be the most valuable asset for any nation. They are going to lead the future. But without their active participation in the economy, a nation will remain in the domain of despair. In Bangladesh one of the main hindrance towards development is, its increasing unemployment among graduates. Joblessness is becoming very acute among graduates which will eventually take a devastating shape for the entire economy in future. Through this study an attempt had been made to analyze the current graduate employability and also to find out various reasons behind unemployment. This is an analytical study. Data were collected from secondary sources including previous researches on this issue, newspaper articles, journals, survey reports, and etc. Through a scrutinizing analysis, this study came up with this conclusion that elevating student’s competencies alone cannot solve this problem. The students along with their parents, the institution, and the government need to work together to handle this situation. Only then, graduates will be able to bring prosperity and growth for their individual life as well as for their country. &nbsp

    Magnitude of Corporate Social Responsibility towards Firms Profitability of Indian Banks

    Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is terns to be self regulating business model that, contributes firms to be socially accountable and profitable to it.  The study mainly related to selected listed Indian banks with the bulk focus concerned to be corporate initiation, motives and outcomes of such efforts related to CSR.  The Study enhances the researcher knowledge on CSR impact on firm profitability. The present study is confined a sample of 10 banks actively performing NSE of India and the financial variables like ROE, ROA, EPS  considered to analyse financial performance. The stated hypotheses are proven with usage of t-test and ANOVA to ascertain the significant relationship towards CSR and Profitability. The study proven that, there no significant change in profitability of banks by CSR activities

    Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is the second major food crop of the world in its importance next to rice. In Ethiopia the crop ranks third in terms of total production next to teff and maize. It is largely grown in the highlands of the country and constitutes roughly 20-30 % of the annual cereal production and plays an appreciable role of supplying the production with carbohydrates, proteins and minerals. Genetic diversity and variability are essential to meet the diversified goals of plant breeding such as breeding for increasing yield, wider adaptation, desirable quality, and pest and disease resistance. Genetic divergence analysis estimates the extent of diversity existed among selected genotypes. In common parlance, genetic variability and genetic diversity are considered synonym to each other which is erroneous. Genetic variability is the variation in alleles of genes or variation in DNA/RNA sequences in the gene pool of a species or population which expresses itself in terms of alternate forms in phenotype. Genetic diversity, on the other hand, is a broad term encompassing all the variability occurring among different genotypes with respect to total genetic make-up of genotypes related to single species or between species. Genetic similarity or dissimilarity can be compared by genetic distance between different individuals. Genetic distance can be used to measure the genetic divergence between different sub-species or different varieties of a species. Different characters of bread wheat show different contribution towards genetic variability and divergence. Estimate of heritability is very important to know the attribute to genetic variance not only in bread wheat but also in any crop plants

    In this paper we are revisits well known problem in number theory ‘ proof of Fermat’s last theorem ‘ with different perspective .Also we are presented for n greater than 2, Diophantine equations K(xn+yn)=zn and xn+yn=L zn are satisfied by some positive prime exponents of x,y,z with some sufficient values of K and L. But it is not possible to find positive integers x,y and z, which are satisfies above equations with exactly K=1 and L=1. Clearly it proves Fermat’s last theorem, which states that No positive integers of x, y, z are satisfies the equation xn+yn=zn for n greater than 2

    A rural economy can be affected by fixed investment in a rural area positively or negatively. Investment in fixed assets is one of the core measures of capital spending in rural China and the rural economy is a prominent part of china’s national economy. It is important to study the dynamic relationship between fixed investment and economic growth in rural China. Based on time-series data from 1990 to 2016, this paper employed a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach to lead the stationarity test, Cointegration test, stability test, and granger causality test. The result indicated that, in the long term, Fixed Investment fluctuation promotes GDP growth in rural China while GDP fluctuation is not the source of fixed investment increase in rural China

    Advancement in human knowledge in the utilization of available natural resources to effect positive changes, though useful in achieving the desired purpose, but if not effectively regulated and monitored, may sometimes present undesired side challenges. The quest to achieve nutritional sufficiency to the ever increasing human population through fish production is not left out in this phenomenon. To this effect, this research is meant to understand the muscle deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) concentration response to sublethal effect of ethanol extract of Nicotiana tobacum on juvenile African catfish (Clarias gariepinus). Experimental fish were acclimatized for 14 days before bioassay and ethanol extract of tobacco leaf (Nicotiana tobacum) was made. Central composite design (CCD) in response surface method was applied to make a design matrix consisting of five design points per parameter or study factor. The study factors include exposure time, extract (pollutant) concentration and fish quantity per aquaria. Maximal effect condition as well as significant interactions were obtained and presented in contour and three dimensional plots. Individual effect of process conditions were studied as well. From the central composite design (CCD), process condition that has the maximum effect on DNA concentration in the fish muscle is; exposure time at 120 hours, extract concentration at 0.25 mg/l and fish quantity at 6. It was observed from the study on individual effects, that the process factors caused reduction in muscular DNA concentration of the African catfish (Clarias gariepinus)

    Analysis of Ground Magnetic data by Logarithmic curves in parts of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun, Delta State

    The aim of this study is to introduce a novel technique used for mapping subsurface structures in a sedimentary environment using the magnetic exploration method. Vertical component of the Earth’s magnetic field and its derivative taken at 1.4m above the measured vertical field were acquired in parts of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun, Delta State, using an AMC-6 high precision magnetometer. The datasets were analysed by logarithmic curves. Six magnetic profiles were established in the area five in the strike direction and one along dip lines. A total of ten stations were sampled along each profile with an interstation spacing of 2m. This was followed by the conversion of the vertical field into geomagnetic attributes after the necessary corrections were applied to the data. The data was plotted in logarithm to base two to show the pattern of distribution of the data since the normal plot does not show the distribution clearly as datasets show feeble changes and the readings were close in amplitude values. When datasets are closed we check for the skewness of the data. The result obtained showed regions of high data concentration which corresponds to a peak (highest point) on the logarithmic plot and indicates anomalous zones of interest within the subsurface. Map of vertical components of the area showed steep slope (closely spaced contours) observed towards the North-Eastern part of the area while at the central part, anticlinal structures which decrease gentle outwardly were observed and a gentle slope which decreases towards the west was also observed. The result indicates the presence of anticlinal structures in the subsurface which have valley-like depressions between the

    The use of renewable energy sources is a fundamental factor for a possible energy policy in the future. Taking into account the sustainable character of the majority of renewable energy technologies, they are able to preserve resources and to provide security, diversity of energy supply and services, virtually without environmental impact. Sustainability has acquired great importance due to the negative impact of various developments on the environment. The rapid growth during the last decade has been accompanied by active construction, which in some instances neglected the impact on the environment and human activities. Policies to promote the rational use of electric energy and to preserve natural non-renewable resources are of paramount importance. Low energy design of urban environments and buildings in densely populated areas requires consideration of wide range of factors, including urban setting, transport planning, energy system design and architectural and engineering details. The focus of the world’s attention on environmental issues in recent years has stimulated response in many countries, which has led to a closer examination of energy conservation strategies for conventional fossil fuels. One way of reducing building energy consumption is to design buildings, which are more economical in their use of energy for heating, lighting, cooling, ventilation, and hot water supply. Passive measures, particularly natural or hybrid ventilation rather than air-conditioning, can dramatically reduce primary energy consumption. However, exploitation of renewable energy in buildings and agricultural greenhouses can, also, significantly contribute towards reducing dependency on fossil fuels. Therefore, promoting innovative renewable applications and reinforcing the renewable energy market will contribute to the preservation of the ecosystem by reducing emissions at local and global levels. This will also contribute to the amelioration of environmental conditions by replacing conventional fuels with renewable energies that produce no air pollution or greenhouse gases. This study describes various designs of low-energy buildings. It also outlines the effect of dense urban building nature on energy consumption and its contribution to climate change. Measures, which would help to save energy in buildings, are also presented
