Thematic curriculum design of integrating labor education into kindergarten classes
In China, labor education is an important part of the all-round development of the education system and an important part of educational practice activities. The main purpose is to enable students to establish a correct concept of labor, correct their working attitude, love labor and the working people, and develop good working habits. Early childhood education is an important stage in the process of basic education in China. Labor education should be included in its viewing vision and become an important content. It is of great significance to integrate labor education into the theme teaching of large-class children. It can enable children to cultivate good labor literacy, exercise effective practical skills, promote their formation of a sound personality, and promote the development of early childhood education. Through literature research, investigation and interviews, we found that there are some shortcomings in the theme teaching of large classes of children, including that preschool teachers do not pay enough attention to it and do not have a comprehensive understanding; the theme teaching has a single form and the effect is not good;the content tends to be similar, and the evaluation is lagging. In order to effectively solve these problems, preschool teachers should fully focus on the goal of labor education, follow the law of early childhood growth and development, and carry out targeted thematic teaching in combination with children's daily life. These are also effective strategies for integrating labor education into the theme teaching of large-scale children

A Study On Teachers' Resolution Of Children's Conflict Events In Regional Activities
This study begins with the phenomenon of conflict in young children's regional activities. Through an investigation of teachers' resolution of conflict events among young children in zone activities, the current situation of teachers' response to conflict in young children's zone activities was analyzed in two dimensions: teachers' response style and timing of intervention. After data analysis and research, this study concluded that there were three problems: teachers' teaching philosophy was flawed, teachers' handling of conflict events was arbitrary, and teachers' timing of intervention in conflict was inappropriate. Combined with related teaching theories, this study suggests that teachers should improve their educational concepts and optimize the way they handle conflict events; give full play to young children's subjectivity, avoid controlling children, and grasp the timing of intervention to guide young children properly
The Historical Origin of Entrails of Sheep and Its Current Situation of Inheritance
Entrails of Sheep (Yangzasui in Chinese) has a history of at least nearly 900 years in China, but there is not much literature in current scholarship, which makes its spread in history unclear. A review of existing ancient and modern literature reveals that many restaurants selling Entrails of Sheep were located in Lin’an (present-day Hangzhou), the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty (A Chinese dynasty from 1127-1279 A.D.). During the Qing Dynasty (A Chinese dynasty from 1644-1911A.D.), Entrails of Sheep not only became a delicacy for the emperor’s banquets for his ministers and state guests, but also spread widely in the daily dietary life of the citizens. By the Republic of China (1912-1949), people in the north and south of China still retained the habit of eating Entrails of Sheep, and the governments of Shanghai and Beijing included it in the list of secondary food for daily consumption. Nowadays, Entrails of Sheep mainly spreads in northwest and north China. It has diversified characteristics in terms of consumption methods, selection of seasoning and soup ingredients and side courses, however, there are no distinct differences in the selection of main ingredients, seasonings and cooking methods. It is hoped that this study can elaborate on its ancient and modern spread, and thus draw the attention of society to it, so that it can be better protected and promoted

Teachers’ Changing Roles in Developing Learner Autonomy
Abstract The idea of learner autonomy is not new in China, while to develop it in classrooms is always a tough work. For years much attention was drawn to how to fully develop learners’ capacity to be autonomous in every aspect in learning and the teacher’s role in the discussion was considered to be less important. This paper takes a different stand that the teacher plays at least three more important roles: as the example, as the friend and as the adversary to the students. These roles teacher plays help students develop learning autonomy by fostering their motivation, discussing with them the learning strategies and monitoring their learning process. Future empirical studies can be conducted to further examine the effect in practice
